Katherine is the awesome. I walked in at 10a Saturday. She was there all day by herself. By the time i left there were 5 other couples. She was handling them all.I got the vehicle no one wanted and no one could drive. 5 speed transmission. So happy. Not to driving little cars, but the Honda fit seems to be just that. A Fit. All i wanna do is drive.08022023Vehicle issues, is that a car I haven't even had a chance to register needs a new motor. The fast that CAR HOP has no way you talk to the service department to check on the status of repairs of said vehicle that I have not been able to utilize for work in order to make a car payment. No, updates at all. The fact the repair shop doesn't even order parts but car Hop does and then forwards to the repair shop. Is crazy. And no way to contact at all to get any type of timeliness.04/10/2024Did Future customers CarHop in Missouri, warning do not choose this company there is a very inappropriate and very unprofessional working for them by the name of lyric. She has refused on many many many many many many times to address me by my last name and my status Mr,Ms, Mrs...She refuses to call me buy a proper address and I am tired of making complaints and referencing to her unappropriate unprofessionalism.She's made a very inappropriate comment to me and I will not stand for it any longer

Carla and Courtney did an amazing job assisting me and wife searching for a vehicle that was suitable for not only us but also our 1 and 3 year old. They spoke with the upmost respect and also helped us find a car in our price range and even stayed close to 3 hours after closing to finish paperwork! If you re looking to get an affordable car go to carhop and ask to speak with Courtney or Carla!

Waste of time. Self employed. Brought bank staments for the cash uploads from the businesses I own and now they need paystubs. Was something different every time I called. Lyric is hands down the only person that has customer service and is very polite. Talking to other with attitude no thank you. The only car I drove had a check engine light on already. Found out they don't like to fix problems with the vehicle even with the 18month warranty. Dodge a bullet.

Katherine was awesome and amazing and just totally fantastic! She was able to find a car for me within my down payment limit. Wonderful and friendly folks! I definitely recommend to those with credit issues.

Car hop is horrible. Got shoved into what turned out to be a rebuilt totaled car. Nothing but problems from the second week. Have spent over $6k in repairs and not done yet. Will NEVER buy a piece of gum from them and will scream their curses to anyone who will listen till I know that they go out of business. I curse the ground that they walk on. Totally dishonest. They should be ashamed.

We were in an emergent situation and went here. They only offered us 1 car, they promised us that they would work on payments with us if an issue ever happens, they did not. They said we broke the dash where the Manuel is kept, it was broken when we got it, they said almost a year ago that they had ordered us the missing seat we still don't have one, we've replaced so many things in the car it's ridiculous and even our mechanic is angry at them, they said they gave us a new battery they did not and it was filled with water because it froze solid, all in all don't go here they will screw you over then laugh about it.

Just bought a vehicle with a very low down payment, and sort of low monthly payments. I also don't have ideal credit. Huge bonus for me. A couple issues in the car but they say they will fix these problems with no out of pocket costs for me. I will come back with an update. I'm very skeptical of buying from any dealer so the trust is always low. Beside that everyone was very helpful in my visit today and I get to drive out with a new for me vehicle. Angela and Jen were very patient. I can tell they really care about they re customers. I thought that I would get denied because of my credit but I was able to get approved still. I definitely recommend coming here!

They sell you a vehicle with as little done to it as possible the warranty is a lie told to u and u will be without your ride for long periods of time, account manager is rude, stay away from this company, trust all the negative you read and all the law suites they have been apart of, no drivers license no insurance cause they dnt care go some where else

I came in without a lot of money and bad credit and they were able to work out a plan to put me in a very nice care with good miles. I was treated with respect and very happy I was able to get approved since my car broke down completely. Thank you Carhop

Financed a vehicle through Car Hop, the transmission went out a yr later, after the warranty and they offered to pay half of the bill.I couldn't have fixed it with out there generosity. Thank you to the whole Carhop Team.I will be back for my next vehicle.Nice staff, highly recommend.

Oh lyric the lady you get absolutely knows missouri doesnt have a lemon law experience was alright at first I was told I pre approved online and talked to a representative he said I was approved for 800 down payment on a few vehicles I get there and after being told I had some options to test drive I get one vehicle and told the others are out of my down payment range the car I got no sooner than I get home the check engine light comes on it starts idling roughly and randomly accelerating I call the car lot immediately the lady I got as I was trying to explain to her about my problem kept trying to talk as I was talking basically over talking me and she Ultimately hung up never giving me information about the mechanics shop I'm suppose to go to and after that call experience trying to get help on my newly purchased vehicle I have contacted corporate I'm a father of 5 kids needing a vehicle that is in good condition and I get hung up on after paying 800 dollars down and agreeing to 440 a month payment

SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE SCAMMERS PHISHING FOR INFORMATION. Was working with this lot and completed a credit app online with all of my information but then after when I tried to check status via phone and email, the company became unresponsive. With all of the scams and identity theft going on today I wouldnt trust this company this seems like bad integrity and I'll be making a complaint to the FTC for a scam. They obtained all of my personal information. I even left a message with the branch manager.

Whoa!! CarHop listens and clearly takes note had a 5 star then had a HORRID Experience going to buy a 2nd car with staff and management... And then went in a few weeks later and the staff is different besides (lyric account manager) but she was always cool.. Jennifer and Angie (Topeka Manager) completely blew my mind with professionalism and sincerity and went WAY above and Beyond what anyone would normally do.. Jennifer the new manager is a ROCKSTAR ELITE and Anyone that went and had a bad experience before I challenge you to go back and you will be Glad you did... and Angie Is literally an ALL-STAR may not be at this location, but in the Topeka area MUST GO SEE HER!!

Katherine and Michael are the most UHMAZING people I have worked with. They have awesome customer service and make sure they go through every detail and you leave completely satisfied. They have extremely reasonable payments and are super flexible. They are awesome people and a GREAT place to go for a car!!!

Manager Catherine at CarHop is very unprofessional. Hung up in my face when I informed them that the truck I was sold is a lemon and they fuels put my title incorrectly as well as there a lien on the truck. I am unable to get my truck registered. They refuse to correct the problem. Please beware of buying a vehicle with them.

This was such an amazing experience for me and my husband! Would return if we needed! They found the perfect starter for my tiny family! Katherine Jaques was so kind! So sweet! And truly appealed to what we needed! We drove from Saint Joseph TWICE! Just because we loved the customer service here!

Everything went really smooth and was handled in a timely manner. The staff were all nice and respectful Katherine and Mike are really nice people. Mike explained everything to me and made the possible as stress free and possible. They helped me get into a really nice car Elantra right away. He made sure I understood my options as well as the entire process. If you re looking for a car CARHOP is the place to go.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely the WORST people to buy a car from. I never missed a payment on my car after 6 months of having it the POS won t start at all because the alternator went out . But the useless a** branch manager MICHAEL claims it s normal ware and tear and it s not in the warranty. Sorry buddy an alternator is not normal ware and tear on a car you ve only drove to work for half a year. 0/10 do not recommend these people AT ALL. God forbid you call with a problem with your car all you get is attitudes from everyone

The experience we had at this establishment was phenomenal everyone inside was cheerful happy joking around They help me and my wife both leave with a car. Michael , Lindsey, katherine where all fantastic and very helpful 11/10 would recommend this place. It was also me my wife's 1st time in a car dealership And everyone that was there Made us feel so welcome.
