I actually had a sells women named Christina Dennis she was amazing! She made me feel like I needed a new car instead of wanting a new car. She had a lovable personality and she will help you no matter if she gotta stay late. Her customer service is the best I saw at any lot. She actually made this my new place to get any car from and I will be referring anybody I know too her. Thank you for helping me and my family with a dependable car we really appreciate it

We stopped in to look around and I left in my dream Wrangler! Christina is absolutely amazing! She knows the business and cares about her customers! This has been a long time coming for me, working hard to turn things around. Christina is patient and understanding! I recently had an excellent car buying experience here that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by front desk. Jordan the salesperson was great also.He patiently answered all my questions, providing detailed explanations and even going the extra mile to demonstrate various features and options.Another aspect that impressed me was his honesty and transparency. There was no pressure to make a quick decision; instead, he encouraged me to take my time and make an informed choice.Negotiating the price was a smooth and transparent process as well. The entire team was fair and reasonable, presenting multiple options and working with me to find a deal that satisfied both parties. I was hopeful, the people acted friendly. Found a vehicle that was a "manager special" that had 4k loaner miles on it. A couple weeks later a pre existing issue I was unaware of broke under it and me thinking it's under warranty and these people have been nice would take care of it.... yeah. 3 months later and $3,208.00 dollars and a $500.00 deductible later after being accused of wrecking it and then lying I will never deal with these con men again. Horrible people and terrible business ethics. I did a voluntary repossession and will gladly pay the difference to never deal with these people again. Money's not an issue. Waiting on repairs is not an issue. Calling my morals and honor into questions when you sold me a busted lemon. I don't think so. Never again.

Nothing but good things to say about the new Cable Dahmer Jeep! They are working on refreshing the interior, but the service department is top notch. I schedule my appointments on their site and they make it easy to get the work done and it is done right.

This has not gone well. The brand new car needs an oil change within the first 2000 miles; I put a call into the service department and we are STILL waiting for them to return the call. We have had to come back to the dealership to sign more paperwork that they missed and we were told they would detail the car and fill it up with gas for the trouble but we never received any of those offers when we arrived. The deal we made with the sales rep and manager was no money down and a set price per month; they are calling us now saying we owe extra money (~$800) since they didn't do the math correctly and messed up the taxes and the sales price. The finance department has not returned my phone calls. We overpaid on the pay-off of our trade and we are yet to receive any information on that money back.

When i say they are sells men i really mean that. They gone do whatever they gotta do to get you a new vehicle and they gone talk fast and make it sound good. But i had a great experience with Dayz he was very helpful and considerate. Make sure to ask for him and get you a new vehicle!

Christina Dennis is amazing! She was diligent, patient, and helped with everything we needed. She didn t pressure us, she gave us exactly what we were asking for. The best saleswoman on the floor. My son and I have been looking for a fun weekend vehicle for months when we met Rodney Brogden. We specifically wanted a Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission. Cable Dahmer had a good prospect for us. Rodney was very cordial and helpful. He made the process relatively simple and straightforward. I was told that my service work can only be done 48 hours after check in of my vehicle, meaning I have to drop my car off and wait 2 days for it to even be diagnosed. I was assured this was the process even though I scheduled the appointment days before. They were also 35 people deep on the wait list for a loaner car so that isn t happening.Update: I was informed they're increasing their loaner fleet and are getting rid of the 48 hold for diagnosis. My car was given back to me the following day rather than 2 days later. However, one of the issues wasn't resolved. Still working with the dealership to get it back in and fixed. They have been helpful since my first interaction. Will update for you all once resolved.

I ve bought from two other dealerships before but Alan s assistance is very unique and friendly. He worked with my schedule and communicated with me. Let me start off by saying the entire staff is amazing. First of all I really didn't think I could get a new car. I actually was going to try and get my old 2011 dodge charger fixed. Although I know I needed a new car I just didn't think I would qualify. However, the guys at Cable Dahmer had some other options for me. Not only did I get a brand new 2023 Dodge Charger, they paid my loan off, gave me a low down payment and, I have an outstanding APR rate. The team players at Cable Dahmer ROCK to say the least. I would like to thank the entire staff that helped me. Troy, Q, Mike, Chris, Sharlanda, the lady who offered me snacks and drinks, and, even the GM (yes I said the GM) made my experience worthwhile. It was more staff that I met and talked to. It is too many to name. I apprecite you all. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Had a repair estimate on a 2014 RAM 1500 for $4k. Ok, fix it. After giving them $4k, drove off the lot and got less that a block before noticing the same problem. Returned the truck. Now they want $3500 to fix the real problem. Service manager was too chicken to come out and talk to me about it. So, paid $4000 for NOTHING! They will not stand behind their service estimates so why would anyone use them??

The process was a great experience and makes me want to buy a car from them again. I love my new/used ride. I have referred others here. Nice atmosphere and I had a great feeling through everything. I m very unhappy with the service here. I d recommend you look elsewhere. They told me they have a loaner, but it s only for 2 days, after two days it 45/day, even if the delay is on their end or it s Sunday. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, it took until Monday morning for the repair to be diagnosed and the request sent to the warranty company.I had to return the loaner and now, a full week later I ve been updated that someone might start repairing my car tomorrow. Maybe. I m so frustrated because I can t keep paying Uber to commute. No repair cost is worth this.Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable shop.And I won t be emailing the wecare email. You have my email if you want more details.
