Had a car breakdown and needed it back ASAP. They bent over backwards to help me out and even worked on New Years to get it done. Prices were excellent, service was excellent, and quality was excellent. Recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs.

I've been using Vic's/CNC for over a decade with multiple vehicles. They have fixed simple things to doing several engines for me. Solid troubleshooting and work!

Thanks for all the great work on our vehicles. Y'all are so quick fair with pricing and take care of vehicles while in your care. We'll definitely be back if we need anything worked on. Sheila and Vic know there cars and parts well very trustworthy shop! I forgot to mention they even showed me the parts that were worn out and broken even though I knew it needed to be fixed that's what honest peeps do.

They are very customer friendly. They have always explained issues in detail to me and I've never had an issue. I have used them for my ford's, acuras, and Chevy vehicles over several years. They r honest and prices r affordable.

Scam shop! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! They steal parts off your car and give you bad replacement parts like you won't notice it's not yours. They say people break in their lots all the time. But really they taking the parts and selling them. When confronted, they yell at you to get off their lot! I'm in the process of getting paperwork served to them to take them to court! If I could give no stars I would.

No frills shop that does quality work at fair prices. They were recommended by a neighbor who has used them for years. They did a wheel bearing repair on my niece's 2016 ford, great job.

Family run scam shop. I am exceptionally good at communication. Called several times before I took my car there- explained my problem to multiple people there. Explained I did not want to fix a part if there were going to be other issues. They were informed several phone calls with Sheila and Marrissa and Vic's grand daughter. I was very responsible with the time the took to do it. They had my car over a week without working on it. Called me- gave me a list of things to fix ; rear brakes, rear tires, oil pan gasket. Informed them I would take to another shop to get these things done. THREATENED that I have to get done there or they wouldn't garruentee my $1450+ work. I agreed- thinking that they had looked over my car like I had TALKED to someone about 3+ times (as I've explained I didn't even want to get it fixed if there were other problem because I didn't have the money and it wasn't sensible for the car). 3 days later I get a call asking if I heard my "bad news" from my boss (that they called and informed about my car before me). Said " we got your timechain installed and your oil pan gasket in- ran for a few min. then the motor blew" ........ummmm so you didn't check over my car? you didn't listen to everything I have said to you when I've talked to Sheila and Marissa multiple times being very clear. Ive been told multiple times by other mechanics if the timechain is not installed correctly- the motor will blow. Now they dont return probably 5+ calls and when I call to ask why they dont return calls "oh, our voicemail has been broken for a long time" Now this place screwed me out of my car. I am a hard working mom that explained my situation to then clearly. Typical mechanic shop ripping people off. I even took my car here because I called several weeks in advance and they told me they were comfortable doing. Huge let down. My co-worker also got ripped off from this place. Paid $600+ for her car to have the same problem. Horrible Scam Business. Do not take your car here.

Excellent service is what brings me back time after time. Vic and his friendly staff are knowledgeable, their services are reasonably priced and they treat you like they care about you.I've brought a mix of cars and trucks to Vic's and they expertly serviced them all (BMW 540, SAAB 9x5, Jetta TDI, Jeep Grand Cherookee, Chevy Avalanche) and always with a smile.

This place is awesome! Very friendly HONEST and reliable. After a long search I have found my lifelong mechanic. A good honest mechanic is hard to find. I highly recommend Vic Austins!

Business hours state they open at 6am however multiple times I have stopped by at 7am and there is no one there and business is closed. Attempt to call and there is no answer. Prices may be fair however advertised business hours are not accurate and are a disservice when trying to take care of things before and after my own work schedule. Especially when they advertise they open at 6amService: Engine repair

Great pricing for auto repairs. Work is done on what needs to be done. DO Not scam/add repairs that don't need fixed. As a woman that has been ripped off by other auto repairs: this place doesn't. HIGHLY recommend.

Called Monday for an appointment to fix A/C controls. Was told to bring in first thing Wednesday. Was told would be ready that day and no later than the "first thing the next morning", Now I'm told (Wednesday at noon) that it will be tomorrow and "maybe a week" because "we're busy" "its hot" and "we have to remove the whole dash". I am fully aware of all three of those facts. I'm also fully aware of what they told me in the first place. Told them to just stop where they are, and now find out its $50 for the estimate as "we haven't quite started yet".Just picked the car up. i was wrong. It was not $50 for the estimate. It was $60. The extra $10 was to be smugly told off by the owner's daughter that what mom told me about delivery was all wrong as what I heard was not at all correct.. Wow. I though it might have been me until that tirade. Definitively won't be going back to Frick and Frack's.

They are not good for Michanecal .I have one car they charge me 500$ for little sound on the wheel ,but they can t fix it ,..every week they said we fixed your car ,but when i went to shop give them money ,drive on the my car have it same sound , i bring they said now we know what s need , charge me more but at the end they can t fixed and they never fixed.
