One of the most helpful auto repair experiences I have had in Kansas City. He sent pictures of the repair that needed to happen and allowed me to purchase my own parts since I had worked in auto repair in college. He communicated well about scheduling and completed the work faster than expected. Great place.

It was one of my best experiences with auto repair. Mike and the rest of the staff were very kind and allowed me to walk in and have my wheel well repaired within a couple of hours. Professional in their craft and reasonably priced!

I had never been here before, so when I stopped in off of the street to make an appointment I didn t know what to expect what I got was greeted right away and told I could come in at their earliest available appointment. Appointment day came I showed up early, in case of paperwork, there wasn t any even though they didn t open for another 15 minutes because they were already up running and ready they took my vehicle in and had me out for my appointment was even scheduled to start. This is my auto repair shop now.

Honesty & Integrity.My car started to shake on my drive into the office. Mention my car issues to a few co workers who all recommended Burlington without hesitation. I spoke with Mike and dropped off my car to get checked out. He called me to let me know it was a spark plug that wasn't firing. I felt the pricing was very fair and he got my car road ready within a couple hours!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had to get my bread truck fixed and Mike was awesome along with his whole team.My moter and Radiator both had to be replaced Both Motor and radiator had to be ordered and it was fixed in about 3 weeks. Not only that they were about $6500 cheaper then The mechanic shop that I previously had my truck at.Excellent service can't say enough about him.

This is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I m not somebody who understands cars very well and instead of using that to make more money, his team teaches me about maintenance. I have never been overcharged, even in situations where I had planned to spend much more. I almost hesitate to leave a good review for Mike and the crew at Burlington Auto because I'm afraid they will become more in demand and I will have to wait longer...lol. But seriously, FINALLY an HONEST mechanic! Mike is a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable and competent, friendly, VERY reasonably priced. I trust Mike to give me an honest estimate, and if he needs to do additional work, will always call first and OK it with me. Oh...and it helps that they are right across the street from my job so it's extremely convenient. Thanks Mike!

Burlington Auto has been in business for decades. I have been going there for about 30 years. Mike is the second generation owner and offers great service at a fair price. He is honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't! I like this "practical" approach!!

What a great place. Can't say enough. Great service. Great job. Great price. The only place I will take my car. And highly recommend it. He looks at tells you what is wrong with the car and about how much the cost will be. Could not be more satisfied. Went back to him today. Still completely satisfied.

I had a great experience here. I moved in from out of state and needed an inspection. They were very nice and fit me in even though I just walked in. My car passed inspection and they kindly pointed out something that needed to be fixed in the near future. I asked them for a quote and they gave me one. I called them in later in the week and they told me to bring it in the next day. I brought it in and it was fixed after a few hours. Mike was great all around. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Mike at Burlington Auto for my AC. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional mechanic. I dropped my car off about 8 blocks from my work on my lunch break. I appreciate he dropped me back off at my work. He charged up my AC and it's been working great since. However, if the freon does leak out because of any other issues, I trust that he will find and take care of the problem at a reasonable cost.

First experience was fine, they had to loosen 3 bolts. They charged $280 dollars for that. It was the exhaust manifold they didn't offer me back that alarmed me, after all I could recouped 25 dollars. Since I had to pay $140 for a part I could've gotten for $80. The really bad part was being charged 100 dollars for giving me back the refrigerant they took from my system with dye already in it so there was no need to add on. I'll give it a four only because the owner raceway drives on the weekends while his customers "who don't want to work" pay excessive vehicle repairs.

Went here for the first time after another shop told me I needed to spend 900.00 to pass inspection. Mike was so friendly, helpful and quick had me in and out in no time! He will be my go to for all car repairs in the future! Fair, honest, quick cant say enough about them!!! Thank you!!

My 20-yr old daughter was buying her first used car, and we needed a mechanic to check it out. We happened upon Burlington Auto Repair.We were so impressed with their knowledge and how they treated her that we have been bringing it back every since for service. Great guys who truly care. Truly one of the best shops in the area.

Great shop and overall experience. They got me in quickly, completed the job fast and cost was very reasonable. Kept good communication throughout the process, explained in detail what was wrong and didn t try to push any unnecessary repairs. Would definitely recommend.

I dropped my Hyundai Tiburon off this morning at 9 am and received a call back by 1pm letting me know that what I thought was wrong wasn't actually the issue and it ended up being something so simple. Mike is awesome and honestly after this experience I wont go anywhere else. Very thankful for the guys at Burlington Automotive!

Well to be honest I went in there asking for directions but the guy that was Look like he was somebody that would be in charge that the 1st thing I noticed is how clean it was inside and how nice he was about helping me Find the place I was looking for he even called another employee to verify the directions he had given me were correct I was thinking totally awesome and it was really clean.......again And that would be a place that I would take my car for repairs If i Ever needed Is work done just a great vibe all around
