Just purchased the i4 m50 a couple weeks ago. Carlos Valdez and Samara Voyles were great throughout the handoff process. Carlos has been giving me constant updates during the 18+ month wait for the car, and a main reason I enjoyed the buying experience at BMW of Kansas City South. Great job! Highly recommend Carlos if you're looking for a new BMW.

Great experience at BMW as usual. I usually work with John Strode (who is amazing) but got to work with Norm this time. He was so nice and helpful. Great communication and the cherry on top was him arranging for me to get my dirty winter tires delivered to my house since the interior of my car was freshly detailed. I never hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. They are great!

My recent purchase of a 2024 X3 from BMW Kansas City South was very smooth. I had the pleasure of working with Demise Scott who was very personable, very knowledgeable regarding the car as well as the process, and very professional in his approach and manner. He made buying the car a fun experience!Once the sale was complete, Samara Voyles did a great job of helping me understand all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle and made sure I fully understood all the benefits of the BMW app. Nice to know customer service is alive and well...!

I had the best experience at BMW of South Kansas City! This is my second bmw and I can tell you how nice and personable everyone I worked with was. My salesman Giuseppe Baldin was very down to earth and real, and put my wants and interest in the first. When I arrived he had the vehicle we discussed ready for me to test drive, he walked me through almost everything I needed to know how to use to get things goings even showed me the new features that I had no idea about! If you re shopping for a BMW I d stop here and ask for Giuseppe he s awesome!!! And everyone at the dealership is very nice and helpful and will help you find what you re looking for nothing nothing less!!! Carlos was my advisor and did a great job explaining the benefits of the 2 different cars I was interested in. He set up test drives for each and helped me with my final decision. Courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. The entire team was very helpful.I just had my set up appointment with Samara. She s the Technical Genius to help set up and explain the unbelievable technology of the 740. Answered all my questions, so knowledgeable and patient. You can tell she loves and takes pride in what she does and is very good at it. I won t hesitate to contact her with questions.

My entire buying experience was near perfect! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed because of the greetings from the front desk. Then I met my Client Advisor Carlos Valdez and he quickly impressed me with his care of me and my needs. Through every step of the process Carlos kept me informed and up to date. My process was smooth and quick to get to the financing portion. When I got to the business end of signing docs, Josh Rhodes was just as impressive. He not only thoroughly explained the documents to me, he made sure all of my questions and worries were answered. The whole staff was kind and made you feel welcome and I could not recommend Hendrick BMW of Kansas City South enough! Thank you all!

Great first time experience and first time BMW owner. The fact that my sales man Giuseppe Baldin took care of me and not once forced me to do what I didn't want. He let me and my wife take our time with our decision-making and didn't ever rush us. My experience here definitely made me feel comfortable and extremely happy with my choice. Highly recommend this dealership.

First time bringing my car for service at KC South. Oil change and rear bumper inspection for a potential vehicle recall. Whole experience took over 5.5 hours to complete. Severe lack of transparency and communication that the process was delayed due to maintenance folks unsure of how to remove the back bumper. No loaner vehicles available while my dog had to wait at the groomers nearly 2 hours past when she was complete. Best part was when I finally got my car back and drove away, the check engine light was on so I had to go back for another 30 minutes because they didn't follow standard protocol. It's unfortunate that as a BMW owner in KC, there are only a handful of places I can take my car for service. I can promise though that I'll be trying to find a different location in the future, even if it means driving out of my way.

John and Paullie could not have been more professional and helpful in getting this issue resolved. They were prompt and thorough in their responses, and actually helped me provide the info needed to get the original dealership to pay for the repairs. Jason provided outstanding service when a screw punctured my tire. He looked up my tire protection plan and ensured my discount. He ordered the new tires in a day, and the tech team completed the work the next morning within record time. Jason even went above and beyond to have Alex and Levi deliver my car to my house. I brought my car in for service and Jason Danley was my service advisor, I was super please with how easy it was to get a hold of him, and if I left a message he called right back. I must say Jason was super pleasant! I felt really comfortable speaking with him he made sure I understood everything before I left from picking up my vehicle. Now can't forget to give the mechanic a shout out, my vehicle was on point. They got it running SUPER GOOD! Thank all of you for the outstanding customer service.

My car had an unexpected engine problem and I took it to Clinton Wong for diagnosis and repairs. He and his team did an excellent job in keeping my M3 up and running and in great condition again. I like the walkthrough video that they emailed me showing my car's condition while the mechanic is describing his findings.

We had a tremendous buying experience at BMW of Kansas City South. Giuseppe was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable while explaining all the amazing features and benefits of the automobile I purchased.The Sales process was extremely smooth unlike other car buying experiences my husband and I have had in the past. We were presented with a discount because of Jeff's mililtary service in the Navy; which we were grateful to receive.Samara, Genius is the Master of technology, an absolute Wiz for everything BMW. She was very patient as she educated me about the intricacies and nuances of my new car. She was a pleasure to work with as well.The front desk staff, Sales Manager, and the folks in Finance were all very friendly and extremely efficient. Sales and service departments were both great to work with. I bought a used X7, after taking home there were some issues, my sales guy had me bring it in. He looked over everything with me, then his manager came and looked everything over. Josh was able to get me right in with service to find dates that worked for me to have a loaner car. Service was very efficient and addressed all concerns I had.

I am preparing for a long road trip and needed my 335i X drive serviced. Clinton Wong is my excellent service manager. He embellishes humor with serious analysis of what is needed. He is a joy to work with and I feel confident that the car will perform at its best. He cares about each of his customers. I totally appreciate the service I get. The analysis is straightforward and the virtual presentation allows me to see exactly what they are doing. I would recommend BMW SOUTH. They are the best in the region .

Had a great experience with my car purchase. The saleperson, Jawad, was great to work with and had excellent communication through the initial inquiry process through a deal being made. The other team members that assisted from the Sales Manager, Product Specialist and Finance were great and didn't feel pressured in the least. Overall, we reached a fair deal and I was very satisfied with my purchase and interactions with the dealership.

These folks not only were incredibly professional, but they also went out of their way to ensure that everything on a car I purchased from a private individual was good to go. Their mobile team was awesome and handled everything they could from my own drive way. I was very impressed and the first time I have ever seen a dealership and maintenance team that was so easy to work with. They have my business!

Moved up from FL 2 years ago, and now use BMW KC South as my place for oil changes and other services/repairs.The latest issue was precipitation leaking into my car, and leaving a puddle in my passenger floorboard.The team investigated, and "fixed" (not cheap) but the problem persisted. I brought the car back in, and my service rep (Clinton Wong) was quick to assure me I wouldn't be charged again for the inspection/troubleshooting.The tech found a clog in my sunroof drain, which they cleared out with some compressed air, and I was able to re-claim my car the same day that I dropped it off.I received no charge, which is highly honorable of them, and now look forward to further rains :fingers-crossed:

Giuseppe was a real treat to work with. We weren't sure what kind of experience we would receive going to a BMW dealership. When we met Giuseppe while he was shoveling snow and ice from the walkway. We didn't know he would be our sales advisor until he opened the door, shook our hands and said "how can I help?" Knowing that he would help in any capacity around the job gave us a really good feeling. Giuseppe was kind, made us feel comfortable and was pleasant to visit with. He walked us through the buying process with listening ears and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions and was receptive to our needs.
