These guys got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service, and they were several hundred dollars less than "the other commercial glass place" here in the northland. 5 Stars.

Great price on full windshield replacement. They can do the service here at their office or mobile service at your home. They also do showers.

Had a broken double pain window and the young ladies at Binswanger helped me out immediately. Kind , Courteous, efficient. Tanner came with the window answered all my questions and replaced the window in 45 minutes Talk about being Polite, Efficient , Courteous and on top of all of that the work was excellent, Thank You Tanner and Thank You Binswanger Glass for employing Professionals That really know the business and takes great care of the customers!

We requested a bid for a glass stairwell. It took 3 1/2 months to get an estimate. And the estimate came in more than twice the price that we had anticipated. I had to call numerous times to even get the quote. Estimator did not offer to work with us on getting this quote to more reasonable range by a possible redesign of the glass stairwell. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I drove 70 miles one way (with diesel at 4.70 a gallon) for an appointment that was set a few days prior. Over the phone, I was quoted 150 dollars for a reseal on my truck. Assuring me they can do it. They did say there's a small possibility the glass might break during removal, and if it does, it will be 250 dollars. When I arrived, I was immediately told that my truck is old and it will have rust behind the windshield and there's a good possibility that they won't be able to do a reseal. The man hadn't even seen the truck yet. I informed him it was a frame off restoration, and was in great condition. He said he'll look at it and see what he can do. Once in the garage, he went on to tell me that he thought the top was cut off and rewelded due to the overhang not being to his liking. I informed him that wasn't the case. Then continued with his opinion on the design flaw. I was frustrated at this point, due to feeling this man did not want to do the job. He offered a quick patch job on the inside, and when I asked what about the water coming in from the outside and sitting in there, causing that rust he was so worried about prior? He said it doesn't matter now because I probably already had water behind it anyway. Are you kidding me? When I pressed for a reseal, he brought up needing new rubber trim around the windshield. Once again, this truck was restored and the trim was in perfect condition. He said that he'll have to go get some trim while I waited there, "if I wanted him to". I said no, id just like my reseal. Like a used car salesman, he then says, "I'll have to talk it over with her inside", and came back saying that it was going to cost 450 bucks when all was said and done, pressing for the new windshield and trim. I immediately left and told him to keep his estimate. I've come to one of two conclusions, 100% bait and switch, and/or this man didn't want to do the job and made so many excuses that it ran me off. Biswanger, I've used you before, but I won't again.

I filled out information sheet online and customer service was quick to respond and set me up with a local representative to schedule a front windshield replacement. Staff was very friendly in both cases and answered all my questions. After making an appointment and taking my vehicle to the shop I told it would take approximately an hour and a half. I walked around the area because of social distancing at this time did not allow anyone in the lobby area. My vehicle was done very quickly and a lot shorter than the time that they quoted me. They didn't excellent job and their price is extremely reasonable.I would definitely go back here for future work and recommend this place to anyone!

Have always had good service.. this time am not sure what I should have expected so doing more research. I took my vehicle into get a crack from a rock repaired and I was a bit disappointed in the repair it is about 70% better.. so will have it looked at by another repair shop and if it can't be done better will replace the windshield

They replaced my left rear door window. The window was replaced within a reasonable amount of time. The installer explained what to expect concerning the replacement. He also thoroughly vacuumed up what remained of the broken glass and also refolded a blanket that was on the rear seat. I was very pleased with the customer service and will recommend this business to friends.

Having come from another shop, I was very wary. However, I was pleasantly surprised with an extreme proffessionalism; I simply voiced my concern in specific areas of the install, and the installation was flawless.They had to order a cheap glass with a bit of warping on the edges, but it's far and above the glass I had before. All-in-all, very good experience, will seek their services should I need them again.Service: Glass installation

Really friendly people, I called up that day and he told me to just bring my car in. Their prices are way better than what safelite said they would charge to fix a chip in my car's window (about half the price).My girlfriend also brought her car in and she had multiple chips/cracks in her windows and they only charged her for one and gave her the additional one for free. They did an excellent job, and were pretty fast. I will be using them in the future.

Great experience with Binswanger Glass. Michelle did everything she said she would do, on time with no problems. Replaced our car's rear window glass in one day during recent snow , ice and freezing temps. Much faster than the nationally advertised company that said it would take a week.

It's as if the don't care at all about your business. I am going on a couple weeks of trying to get a window replace through them, a little more if you count the confusion due to apt complex, which I am not for the purpose of this review. These people have to have the worse customer service of any place, that aims to make money, that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Multiple phone calls were made by me in an attempt to have someone come out and measure my window. It turns out, they can't tell you when the estimator is going to call to set this up, just hat he will be doing it soon. After spending nearly a week waiting on this magical phone call and calling back, I am told they were able to locate my original measurements (from the time the apt had them come out) and the window was on order and they should be calling within the next couple of days (tomorrow or the next day) to set up installation. Well here I am 7 days after being told this and haven't heard a peep. This place has been a huge waste of time and effort. If you care about the security of your home then stay far away from this company. Apparently they do not care if you become a customer or not.

So, I bought a used car there in Kansas City over winter break and before taking it back to Columbia for school, my parents had to buy a new windshield because there were some cracks in it. While we were on the road, the windshield frame started coming off because it wasn't installed properly and Binswanger thankfully wasn't too far from where we were, so we hoped that they'd be open so that they could do something to hold it together long enough for us to make it to CoMo. They weren't open and we were awkwardly in the parking lot wondering what to do when a few employees and a manager walked out of the side of the building and once we explained what happened, they gladly fixed it as best they could right then and there and free of charge. I still haven't been able to find anyone in town to reinstall the windshield, but the frame is still holding together extremely well. So, they definitely deserve a 5 star rating for that. Thanks!!

It was really easy to make an appointment and they worked with my insurance. Very professional and clean. While I was there some older woman came in wanting a hole drilled into a jar, and they were so kind to her and they did it. I would recommend hem to anyone.

Very Poor Service!! They very rarely answer the phone, when they do you're put on long holds. They have not yet responded to any voice messages. If you get to talk to them, answers are vague, if not completely wrong. My job was for 4 new windows, repair to 6 foggy windows, and one broken window. Their bid was more than twice what their competitor bid. Stay away from this place, they really don't want your business.

Had them come out for a shower door install on October 12 and they told me it would be a maximum of 10 days to receive the material and schedule an install date...it is November 11 and the job is still not done. After 10 days I had received no word on the status of my order so I called late on a Thursday and was told that they would get back to me either that night or on Friday...no call was received. I had to call again Monday and they had to call the warehouse and get back to me; which this time they did and all I was told was that it was not in yet but should be tomorrow. I called again the next day and they said they didn't see it yet..see a pattern here! The product finally came in and we scheduled an install date of November 3rd, which was now a week after the maximum date they told me it would take. The install was going well and then tragedy struck and the installer broke one of the shower doors as it was going in. I know accidents happen and was understanding of that even when the installer told me he would order new glass and it would be another 3 days for it to come in...un-oh. It is now November 11 which is 7 days later (5 business days as the front desk guy so eloquently explained to me...great customer service too) and a month after the measurements, and it will be at least another week until the glass comes in, and I had to call again to find out that information as well! I know that sometimes in construction things take longer than expected but this is bordering on absurd! The wait bothers me but not as much as the fact that they don't have the decency to call and let me know the status of my project. I had relatives coming in and this shower door was for the guest bathroom. I got the measurements 3 days before they came in for a month stay and they are now leaving in 4 days and the shower still wont be done for another 3 days after they are gone! I know that lack of planning on my part does not constitute an emergency on their part but over a month for what should have been a 3 hour job? I will never use them again and will never refer anyone too them!

Great Job!! Installed custom "E" commercial glass windows (119" x 77") for our sunroom when other glass companies in town said it was impossible. It was a tough job but they made it seem easy. They were on time with delivery and the guys who did the installation were great. Will definitely use them again.

The poorest service I have ever received. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I left my car at the business address I gave them. Secured another car to do my business and they Never showed up. I called them to ask what their issue for not showing. They said we called and you did not answer your phone. No, I was working. Fool me once, but I don t have time for such incompetence. .

This place exemplifies you get what you paid for given that is was the least expensive replacement service in the area. However, I received two warped windshields and now makes a terrible shaking noise when driving. If I had to do it again id pay 100 dollars more and go to Safelite.

I work for an insurance company and always recommend Binswanger. We have never had an issue with any of the work, and they have always provided top of the line service. I truly appreciate working with a company who cares, and especially our rep Trish.

I had a little chip in my windshield, which I took in to get repaired. It started to split a few months later. Called Barnswanger about it and they didn't seem too interested to resolving the problem. I took it to another windshield repair company to look at it and they said the resign was out of it. It cannot be redone, so it will eventually crack all the way, hence new windshield. Very disappointed.

I had a previous chip filled that wasn t done correctly and started to spread. With negative degree weather and safelite giving me the run around I started to worry about it. However, the team at Binswanger got me in right away and fixed the previous work in under 15 mins. Highly recommend!
