The rep I worked with, Tyler went above and beyond to find the style of tire I was interested in. Appt was quick and easy and the finished product looks great. Got an oil change while it was there as well

I had a great experience at this location yesterday getting four new tires. I really appreciated first of all that Shannon called me the day before to confirm my appointment and go over the potential cost. Then being in the store Shannon continued to be kind and patient and my appointment was done in a little under an hour which I appreciated. I usually get my oil changes done at my dealership, but I felt so comfortable and taken care of there that I went ahead and made another appointment for Monday. Highly recommend this location and their staff.

Jacob was so great to work with! I am not local and had a blow out on the highway. He assessed the situation when the tow truck brought my car in. He contacted the tire company that sold me the tires to see if I could get the roadside assistance. He was very kind friendly and made sure my car was up and running in a short time.. I would definitely travel for 45 minutes away to use him again! Great experience with him, and Big O Tire. I would definitely use them again.

Always helpful! Bought 4 new tires 11 months ago. Recently had an issue with one going low. The guys always drop what they are doing to get me back on the road. This last time the tire was too damaged to repair, and they got it replaced and back on the road within 2 hours of dropping it off at lunchtime! And I only paid labor. Thanks guys!

The team is thorough, very friendly, and very quick to get your car back to you. Jake, the store manager is a very down to earth, warm and helpful manager, who leads a team that cares about the individual, doesn't give you any lowball prices, and make sure to give quality work. I definitely recommend them for anything you need to be done quickly and efficiently, they have not failed me yet.

Jacob at the skyview branch was kind and friendly. Explained the level of wear on my brakes and rotors, without pushing me towards upgrades. Their alignment package and repairs were far better priced than the dealer. Will be returning here in the future

Great experience.My day started with a blown tire on the freeway at the beginning of a 9 hour drive. I called Big O Tires to see if they could help me out with my situation. They got me a name and number for a tow truck service and quickly got me to there shop. Where they assessed the damage and gave me my options. They were reasonably priced tires so I bought all four and got my brakes replaced. Very fast, and friendly. I was back on the road in just a couple hours.What a great experience

Had appointment for 4 new tires at 10 am and even being short staffed they had my vehicle in and tires coming off at 10. From the time I walked in the door till when I left, everyone was great help and friendly! Was out the door little after 11 and that included getting alignment done. The technician that replaced my tires moved quickly and walked around my vehicle to make sure everything was just right. When the so much not favorite part came (paying the bill, lol), everything was explained well to me and honestly the prices were great! They have definitely earned all my business from now on! Thank you for the great experience and getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner!

Personally been taking our 3 vehicles to Jake since he started at this location. The ownership has changed several times but the quality of work Jake and his team hasn t changed. I ve had problems but one thing is Jake always seems to know a solution that s fair and always makes it right.

Went in to get my inspection so I could title my vehicle. I was immediately greeted and continued to be when new staff came through. I was in and out in 10 min or less. The manager of the store was in the lobby, interacting with everyone. I ve never had a bad experience at any Big O, but every single person at this location was trying to have a positive impact on everyone who walked in.

I was traveling through Kansas City 2000 miles into a 3000 mile roadtrip and blew out a tire on my 1947 Ford. The guys at Big O got it changed and got me back on the road really quickly. They were awesome.Thank guys.

This trip was a pleasant one. I had an emergency need for a new tire and they had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, no joke. The store manager Jake was great and honest guy. They clearly care for their customers and their craftsmanship and it shows from a customer side even. Highly recommend and will be back.

I had two new tires installed on my airstream trailer, not an easy job. The installer had to move his gear outside to install them. He torqued the wheels to specifications and then helped me put the spare back up in its cage, again not an easy process. He recommended and replaced the valve stems with high pressure stems, something I would have not thought of. Just excellent service all around.

Truly impressed with Jordan (nice fella at the front with dark, curly hair)! I needed a tire replaced quickly - a screw was in rear passenger tire of my Edge - and he made sure all my tires were safe to drive home on. Professional, courteous service. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!

Great prices, staff, and quality service!Taylor was excellent and very informative. He made sure I understood what was needed and that I was completely satisfied!I was told by the dealership that I needed to replace all air filters each costing $200 on my truck that I never drive, Big O Tires said the filters were fine, and should last for a while longer.Thanks Big O Tires and thanks Taylor!

My experience is always been great at big o tires and have used them for years. They found that I needed a new radiator cap instead of a head gasket, which was good news to me.

The quality of service was incredible. We have visited this location many times and have received nothing but top notch service, communication, and treatment but this time more any any other. My husband brought my new car in for an inspection and chose to wait with it. I ended up tagging him out to go handle home things so I was waiting at the completion of the inspection. One of the employees, Jordan came to get me in the waiting room because of his feeling of what he found in this car knowing it was newly purchased. He brought me to the garages which has never happened before because he felt like it was desperate I see what I was sold. He explained fully what they found and what I was looking at in terms of finances right from the start. Answered all questions I had without an ounce of judgment. This staff understands that they may be delivering news that is hard to hear and they are truly sensitive of this information. My husband and I always feel like we re in the company of friends while being here and this visit was no different. I felt very taken care of as well as having full confidence that this team would not send me on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I would trust this team with any and all vehicles in the future. I will recommend this team specifically Jake and Jordan to anyone who I come into contact with. I have shared the unfortunate details of my situation and I have followed that up with the care I received.I am writing this as a strong woman who is very independent but has only once received service on my cars that has not included belittling conversation or misogynistic behavior. Two locations. The Skyview KC Big O and the Lees Summit Big O. We are permanent customers of Big O.

Bought a set of four about 6 weeks ago, from this location and I just realized I never reviewed the excellent service and guidance I received during the selection process. A purchase of this size is never something you look forward to but the coupons and financing they had available made the process quick and easy. Thanks, Big O!

I was very impressed with how the location had changed. My service was over the top. Dan took care of my oil change before I get comfortable and connected on their free Wi-Fi. Then I had a concern about my tire before I left. Even though he was booked he snuck me in between to put my spare on since my tire had a bolt in it. I would come back and look into new tires. I thought that was amazing because I didn't know what I was going to do. Thank you so much Dan you were awesome. I will return. Also a big to that new waiting area. That's the best I've ever seen in this city, but not considering dealership.

Oil change and tire rotation alert!Big O Tires didn't rotate the tires!Everyone here is really nice and you get a tire rotation with an oil change! I took my car in about a month ago and was so happy with the service I brought my wife's car in on 4/1/23. Her car has a scratch on each of the front rims. This is how I know they didn't rotate the tires. I told them and they were happy to get it done while waited of course.

If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Big O on 12/28/23 to let them know that ANOTHER one of the tires that they sold me in October of 2023 had yet another huge buldge coming out of the side wall. Taylor C said she was going to order one to be in Friday. When I called Friday, they had no Idea what I was talking about and had to re order it for Saturday. Atturo tires have a 3 year manufacturer defect warranty. This is the second time these tires have done this in two months. They are clearly defective tires and they would not stand behind it. I had to pay $200 for another tire that is probably going to explode on me again. Wouldn't give me any managers phone numbers and basically could care less about me and my situation.
