Will never take my vehicles here again. I will also do everything in my power to make sure anyone I know does not come here either. This place lies to customers when they order parts wrong. Very unprofessional. (Break things then blame it on something else to add money to the ticket) take to long on oil changes and other repairs. They don t care about their employees. Creates hostile work environments then forces that employee to sweep it under the rug. Their head mechanic has come back on cars due to them being incomplete or rushed even tho that person will have 1-2 weeks with the car. Only have 2 trusted mechanics work anything and the head mechanic isnt one of the 2. Of your car is in that shop and you call and ask what s the hold up I bet you will get multiple different answers on why it s taking so long each time you call in. The The ownership cares more about profits than the safety of their employees. Every rack that is in that facility has not been inspected for safety in years. One of the racks, the locks don t even work for one of the pegs which is a safety violation And I m pretty sure OSHA doesn t approve situations like that. The new ownership only cares about profits not employees, not customers, because profits are the bottom line if they cared more about their product and cared more about their employees and their customers they would fix the racks have them inspected so that everything moves fluid so customers are more happy getting their car back completed correctly on time. There are brand new machines to do services on the cars because we much rather care about the money than the employees. Instead of telling customers the truth on what s going on with repairs, they will lie to you to get more time on the vehicles so they don t look like they are in capable of doing their job. Their parts system is a joke every time you order parts. Somehow the part are always wrong, which intern causes more time for the customer which they lie to and say that they just don t know what happened from experience. This place is a joke, and you would be better off, putting your money into an actual place that actually cares about it employees And customers. This is my opinion everybody has their own opinion my opinion is this place is utter garbage and not worthy of anything other than a broken down POS is that you can t afford to pay so they ll put you on a payment program where you never have to actually pay For your repairs. I am surprised and shocked. This company is still float. I do not see it being in business over a year from now being that it s so dead, but yet cannot complete cars on time and actually get cars in and out of the shop. I hope no one else decides to go there after reading my review, I hope that you go anywhere else. Other than here. I would even further recommend going to other places other than here places where they re going to care for you in a timely manner care about the employees who will take care of your car for better than these other people at this shop .

I have been going to Goodyear on Barry Road for 20 years. I have always had good service at a reasonable price. I get my oil changes there the charge started out at$38.+ it went up gradually over the years. Until it was $58.00. Then I looked around to compare prices. The last time I went it they charged $90.00 for a 6 qt conventional oil change with filter. Last time I went there.

We have loved having this shop close to home and have trusted in their mechanics when my husband didn t trust himself to do the job! These last two encounters have been beyond unprofessional! One of our cars needed an expensive repair, so we called to get it in! The lady on the phone answers the phone with, Call back Tuesday and hangs up! Then we had an inspection on another car scheduled today (even had a confirmed text) and when my husband got there, she dismissed him and said she can t help him! Then tries to send us another text saying we agreed to 12:15 for the inspection! Her demeanor overall is revolting! Shame if the mechanics there are still good, and they have this lady running the show! Not a good look Goodyear!

Stopped in here on a trip to KC on a Saturday evening, one hour before they closed when truck started acting up. They test drove my truck, explained what was happening and figured out a way to get a few things fixed so I could get back home. Did not price gouge me. Very nice

I have been a customer here since they opened in 2001. They are always courteous, professional, and willing to help. Call ahead because they are always busy. Good service is hard to find these days.

Impeccable service. I came in without an appointment and the manager Pierre was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. He had my car ready in a short time. They also have a courtesy ride service if you preferred to leave your car and will pick you up when it's ready- free. Cost of the repair was very reasonable. Just found my trusted and honest shop. Thank you. Julius

This used to be a solid shop for anything on a vehicle. Within the last 12 months, I Believe there has been a change of ownership/management and I'll not be returning. Keep looking if you're shopping for service.

This is by far the best service station around. The entire staff is wonderful. The dark haired lady gives 5 star service. She s my favorite. When you get your car serviced here, they check fluid levels and everything. You leave here knowing your car was in the best possible hands.

Kay glenn was rude and hateful she wanted to refuse to give her name and sign off on a delivery. She had an attitude about it and when there was a glitch on the app signing she brutally wrote on the device then repeatedly hit the device to confirm the delivery.

Manager Andy is excellent. He is competent and honest. I also was treated well by the former manager Ken. Its not always the cheapest place or the fastest place but they do excellent work. I do not mind waiting or paying if the service is good and honest. They worked with me on the price during a hard time during the covid19 pandemic. Blake is also good to work with. one time they were so busy that they didn't have time to get to my car that I dropped off in the morning for a drop off appt. Steve the owner was there that next day when I returned. Steve was very personable and seemed to genuinely care about my experience, my car and it's repair.

I had a good experience. The price was reasonable and they got the job done quickly. This has nothing to do with the shop itself or the people working, but the location is also a huge plus for me. As a mom of young kids, I REALLY appreciated that there was a park within walking distance so I didn t have to try to keep the kids calm and sitting while we waited. I just walked over there and let them play until they called and said our van was done. :)

When I was in a jam, Steve, the owner of Barry Road Service Center, came out of a meeting to take my call. Then, because his people were all booked, he referred me to competing Goodyear tire center, and they took care of my issue. I recommend Steve and BR Service Center. Thank you, Steve!

Called in for an oil change, they got me in on short notice and was able to get it done before the end of the day. Brought my own oil and they had zero problem with it! Fair price, very friendly staff associates. Would definitely give this place another try!

If you haven t found Goodyear s Barry Road Service Center and Adrian, specifically then just keep on smashing your head against the wall until you see the doorknob within reach....! These guys are AWESOME. Courteous, professional, dialed in, everything you want in local automotive guys who get it without ripping you off or exploiting a senior citizen.They re local, they re grounded, they look out after you and your vehicle. More than once I ve been here for a minor fix and my only payment has been a handshake. Who does that anymore? Very few, and those are the companies who get your business.Use the pros at the Goodyear Barry Road Service Center.Thanks, Adrian. Huge respect for you and what you guys do and are all about. I ll be back with my friends.

I made a appointment for a 60000 mile service. It's not a lot, but involves some inspections as well as changing the oil, filter and also flush the coolant. I was quoted $144 for flushing the cooling system.They didn't call when they said they would. The car wasn't done when they said and the charged me $164 for the flush. I won't go back.

After ten years of service at various nearby locations, this repair shop has been my top choice for getting most repairs on any of my cars. Yes, they have tires and they've dutifully scouted out the ones that I requested. They also don't try to upsell you on anything but tend to business of getting what has to be done taken care of. They have consistent, high quality workmanship and customer service. They've earned my trust.

Extremely friendly staff that is focused not only on great work, but also great customer service. They never cut corners and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. I will never take my car anywhere else and I suggest the same for anyone who wants a job done right!

Avoid Barry Roads Service Center! I took my daughter's car here to fix a problem with her car not starting. After three visits where they kept the car for multiple days and them charging me over $1,200, the issue was revolved when they finally looked at the most obvious source of the issue. Had the diagnosed the issue correctly, the repair would have cost only $167.Do not go to this place unless you like being without your car, like being overcharged, and love headaches.

Awesome and super friendly staff! The service technician took me to my daughter's vehicle and showed me the problem with it. They are up front about what your vehicle needs and how much the parts and labor will cost. This is a great shop!

Before today I would have given them 5 stars, however after my experience today they've gone down to 1 star. I made an appointment to have my tires changed and get an oil change on my fleet vehicle, I showed up and was told they weren't going to replace the tires today because they didn't have time. Why did i make an appointment then? Then the guy at the service desk lied to me, he said he didn't even have my tires in stock, but then as i was leaving he said he needed to get my tire size from me. If he doesn't know what size my tires are, then how does he know that he doesn't have my tires in stock? Because of one employee they have lost my business.

These guys are crooks. I took my car in for inspection, one that I work on regularly and have built much of. The inspector told me that the reverse lights weren't working, but they could "look into it" for me. Also, on the drive home I noticed that the shift linkage was loose, which it had not been when I left the car with them. When I got home I took a look at what was going on. Two bolts that hold some of the shift linkage in place were removed and the wire for the reverse lights was disconnected.Again, these guys are absolute crooks! Trying to get me back for repairs on simple things that they took apart during my mandatory inspection. I would have loved to see what problems they tried to lie about had I allowed them to check it out for me.

This service center does very good work at a reasonable price. Easy to work with. My only gripe is they have an upcharge on parts...which makes no sense to me.

I went to Barry Road Service Center for years. They are honest and fair, and always took amazing care of my car. Unfortunately I moved away when my job moved, but I highly recommend these guys!

Tried telling me my truck needed 4 new brakes and calipers for the tune of $880. My truck only has 2 brakes and 2 calipers on the front, the rear are drum brakes. I don't appreciate them trying to pull a fast one on me.

I'm a certified mechanic and I took all my vehicles to them for alignments and tires. Good bunch of people. Clean store fast friendly
