Baja Image did an outstanding job repairing the dent in my driver s door. The service was quick and well done. I highly recommend Baja Image for any dent repairs, they are professional, have a very reasonable turn around time, and my car looks good as new!

This is such a great shop. The guys are down to earth and their customer service is excellent. Dropped my truck off in the morning and they kept me updated throughout process. Prices are affordable.Brought her back to her original look. I will definitely be using these guys again for any cosmetic repair. Thanks guys, keep up the amazing work.!!

Baja Image recently completely removed any trace of the dent in a passenger door of my Subaru. It was L-shaped, likely from a wayward grocery cart. They were such nice and professional people, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Baja!

There were lots of competing places that all had great reviews along with Baja, but they were the closest to where we live and thought we d give them a try. Our Escalade had two dents right on a crease along the top of our front and rear passenger doors and a small ding on a crease on the rear passenger fender over the wheel.I happened to catch them when it wasn t busy and got a fast and fair quote Friday afternoon. They didn t require an appointment and dropped it off this morning 2/5/24 around 8:45am. At about 11:45 they called telling me it was ready.After the service we received and the great job they did, it would be well worth the drive even if they were on the opposite side of the city. It couldn t have been a better experience and they ve earned my business. When this type of accident happens again, and it will, I will definitely be coming back to Baja!

These guys are exceptional. I brought them a difficult repair and they 100% delivered. I think what impressed me most is I was treated with a small town personal approach. This seems to be a lost feeling today but these guys did everything they said they were going to do and then some. They are worth the drive up North to let them fix your problem.

This was around 7/2022, Good job. Straightened the wheel arch and the rear door corner. This ain't cheap, but well worth it.Update 3/24, they took my compact that is in extremely good shape and fixed the edge on the rear door after it was deformed by a branch that flew to it on the road. This time they outdid themselves, look at it (the black car) who would say it was hit right there?

I had a couple really sharp door dings I needed dealt with. These guys got me taken care of really promptly and the car looks amazing. Can't even tell they were ever there. I totally recommend this shop, definitely worth the money and they treat you really well.

Absolutely fantastic job removing hail dents! My car looks great! Everyone I dealt with at Baja Image was very nice and friendly and they took time to answer all my questions about the repairs. They dealt with my insurance company, which made it completely hassle free for me. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend Baja Image for paintless dent repair!

They did an amazing job on our car!! They have wonderful customer service as well. They also put cartoons on for my toddler while in the waiting room. They definitely go above and beyond! The dent in my car is gone!! I can t tell it was ever dinged up!! Great experience.

Jim and Trent were great! They got me right in and repaired my door ding in less than an hour. Looks like it never happened. Very clean shop with a comfortable waiting room and atmosphere. Highly recommend Baja Image they are very friendly, professional and courteous. I would give them 6 Stars if I could. Thanks again guys.

Overall great experience, wonderful and friendly customer service by Tim Davis. Cost was a bit more than expected given the size of my dent, but I understand there is a minimum cost of operation. I am very pleased by the repair job, and wouldn't be able to tell there was a dent in the first place. The whole process was quick and easy. I appreciate the great job everyone involved did.

I ll update this after my service appointment Monday, but the initial process is worth of a review. The wind pulled my door into a concrete post when I was getting gas. I called 2 body shops and neither one was willing to even look at it same day to tell me if it could be repaired, let alone tell me how much. I stopped in Baja as I was right next to it. I was given a very reasonable quote to fix and was scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Can t really beat that in my opinion.

My husband and I are both happy with the removal and touch-up of a couple small dents and touch-up of a number of dings on my 2015 Prius. My car looks the best it has in years! The price was reasonable and the owner was very helpful and personable. We recommend!

It s heartbreaking to get that first door ding on your new ride but Joey and the crew were there to make it look like it never happened! I couldn t be more pleased. Exceptional work, great customer service, very reasonably priced, and easy to schedule. I sure hope that was the last door ding but if (read; when) it happens again, Baha Image willbe my first call.

It seems so unusual and refreshing to receive polite, professional service these days that I actually shed a tear or three when I picked up my car and saw that somehow through some ninja type magic the horrendous door scrape/dent on my SUV was totally gone. It's like it never happened. And, to top it all off, there was no pay-related shenanigans or drama. The very fair cost was exactly the number they had written on the estimate the week before. From the estimate through the completed work, the guys at Baja were honest, kind and courteous and just darned excellent at what they do. They should be proud and I hope they are. Call these guys first or do what I did and just stop by and ask for help. They are very nice people. Thank you, Team Baja!

Had an oopsie with a pressure washer and the vehicles fender. Baja was quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to get me in, and quick to get the dent removed. Looks like it never happened! They ve got my business for any future accidents.

This place does fantastic work and customer service is top notch. Brought my truck with a door ding that my dealer s warranty PDR service had botched. I was worried it was no longer going to be repairable with PDR. Owner took a look, asked if I had time to wait a bit, and 20 minutes later I was out the door and the door ding was nowhere to be seen. If this place can t get your dents out, and make it like they were never there, then the dents likely exceed what s possible to correct with PDR. Highly recommend.

I had a shallow door ding in the passenger side wheel area that needed to be repaired on my Toyota Highlander. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and I paid what I was quoted. The car looked like new! I mentioned that I had gotten a NEW door ding in the past week when I was paying for the work they had just completed. I asked them what was the best way for me to TRY and remove the mark? They went back and buffed it out! Fantastic folks and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service from the first email to picking up my car after work. I had several obvious door dings, and a nice old dent from a shopping cart. Years of parking outside had resulted in too many door dings to count. The team at Baja Image took care of all the ones we spotted during the initial quote and several more once it was in their shop without charging extra. They were able to get my car in quickly and completed the work in one day. Would absolutely recommend!

The crew at Baja did such a great job fixing a small dent in my car door that I had them clean up the car's headlights. Their cloudiness is gone and they look like new. These guys know their stuff!

Great shop! Great service! Great people! I took my car in after getting a large door ding right on the body line of my car. I wasn t sure if it could be completely repaired, but they did it and it looks brand new! They did such a great job and were so nice - they even gave me a ride home and picked me up. I highly recommend and, if needed (hopefully not!), would use them again!
