Do not I repeat do not purchase A vehicle at the Kansas City location. I purchased my vehicle on Sept. 21, 2021 and soon as I got home my check engine light came on went back the next morning requesting my$2000 deposit back and was told I could not return my vehicle asked for the Manager because for one this is not my first rodeo purchasing A vehicle and should be entitled to my deposit back . At this time the Manager Crystal told me they couldn t return my down payment so at this time I m pissed to the maxThey took my vehicle in for service and was informed in need of A Catalytic Converter remind U was said to have been repaired but why this check engine light still on. Took my vehicle somewhere to get codes read and again informed the code which shows Catalytic Converter to be replaced. I again goes back to this dealership and was informed being was an Aftermarket part replaced is the reason why my check engine light was still on, and now just recently had to spend $2000 for A Engine Timing Chain replacement and was informed by my Mechanic that I took my vehicle to that this same job has been done on this Vehicle before with old used parts You know what Auto Zoom y all really need to diagnose your vehicles before ripping off customers cause I am not too happy & soon looking into getting A Lawyer

I had a recent experience with Auto Zoom Kansas City and wanted to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my car broke down on October 5th, 2023, and I reached out to Auto Zoom for assistance since they own the car. Initially, they were unable to tow it to their shop due to their tow truck driver quitting. Eventually, on October 25th, my car was picked up by someone from Auto Zoom.However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and updates regarding my car. Despite being told that someone would call me with an update on the car's condition and the cost of repairs, I never received any such call. Instead, I received calls solely for payment collection purposes.On November 10th, I was informed that they would not be able to look at my car until I paid a "diagnosis fee." This meant that my car had not been touched until that point. Reluctantly, I paid the fee that day, but was then informed that I had an additional late fee balance of over $100. I explained my financial situation, having already spent money on alternative transportation like Uber, Lyft, and rides from coworkers. The lady I spoke to said she would assist me and proceeded to have the car looked at.When I visited on November 15th to check on the status of my car, I was informed that it had been looked at but had to be towed back and forth between two locations. They had started the diagnostic process but were unable to complete it. I had another conversation in person on November 17th, this time with the manager. Unfortunately, she displayed a rude and short-tempered attitude. She informed me that they had started working on the car but stopped because I was behind on payments. When I requested written documentation of everything discussed, she outright refused, stating that she didn't want to do it.Throughout this entire experience, I felt unheard and disrespected as a paying customer. I am behind on payments due to the financial strain of paying for alternative transportation while my car remains unfixed. The lack of communication and poor customer service skills from Auto Zoom have only exacerbated the situation. I cannot recommend their services, especially during the upcoming holiday season when reliable transportation is crucial.

First time being financed for my car. Had my vehicle for two years. I would recommend AutoZoom,to anyone who is looking purchase an car. Drove off the lot with an excellent vehicle , including with no major issues to repair. Check them out!!! Also,they are very professional.

This place is trashy, cars busted, horrible costumer service, I'm happy that me and my wife don't have to deal with them anymore. Honestly a relief. Not even sad about the car, and that's sad.

This place was Awesome Christian, Nicole awesome people I have the worst credit, I mean awful and they got me approved. It's like they look at people as individuals and there needs. The car I got wasn't what I would have picked, but it was what I was approved for and I had a couple different opinions. When I say the nicest people ever there so nice. Thank you Christian and Nicole.

"Well its a used car, you are going to run into problems sooner or later" is what I got told on the phone when I called (Just a couple days out of warranty) The car just didn't turn on one morning and after taking it to the mechanic I was told that the problem was the somewhere in the motherboard, the car was perfectly fine under then. But it is odd I got told that considering it hasn't even been 3 month since had THEIR mechanics give me the green light that everything was good after I had to pay them to replace the "Spark Plugs". I don't think we have even had the SUV for 6 months when we switch out a Dodge (Yes, from them too) because it was turning off in the middle of the highway.I do not recommend them and their 'Warranty', they do not take responsibility or take you into consideration. Look elsewhere.

This place should be shut down and all the owners and employees should be sued by all the customers whom they lied too stole from and robbed for selling cars with terrible problems once you get it off the lot. This Auto zoom place should be burned down while their robbing people for their hard earned money with lemons

terrible service !!Don t purchase a car from here I m warning you!!My dad only had $500 for a down payment they told him he could get a Kia soul. Once that payment got received they gave him the car but the car wasn t working properly. The heater wasn t working , the front lights are not working. Like what kind of service ? All my dad wants is his money back or that car back. It s been 2 weeks. If we don t hear from nobody I am suing this company. Terrible terrible service.

I had the most I personal experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I'm not writing this because I was denied. I had called beforehand to explain my situation. I just finished chemo and radiation. They said NO MATTER what I'd be leaving in a car. I took the $30 uber there. told them my budget and down payment. They gave me their word again. I sat in a room for 30 minutes alone, I emailed my income.Than a gentleman came in and said we needed 4,000 down. Way out of my budget. Ibasked why . He shrugged and said not my decision. Bit atleast I know where I stand and left me there to see myself out. He was extremely friendly to everyone else.

Bad experience sold me a SUV that makes sounds while driving. $89 for an oil change which I did elsewhere cheaper. Scratches on the vehicle. It's just getting worse in my hands not even worth it's price. At a point of getting my old vehicle fixed and turning this one in. Couldn't even pass an inspection. Had to get headlights fixed. And one plastic isn't even clear like the other. Never again will i use this company needed a vehicle for work but wasn't worth it

Erik was terrific at helping me get into a good pre-owned car. I had been turned down by every other dealer until I went to AutoZoom. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and was patient as I went through the financing process. Great job Erik!!!

So glad they said no. Got a much better car and deal elsewhere. . They sold my information. I'm getting calls from dealerships that admit they got my information from auto zoom. I called them and she claimed they didn't. I'm sorry I went near the place.

We were looking for somewhere that reported to our credit to help build it up, this was the first one to pop up. Read all the reviews and thought wed give it a try, they were awesome! And when I say awesome, I mean they were the best! We were in and out and driving away in our new car! Thanks to everyone @ AutoZoom for being such great people! Def made our car buying experience the greatest one yet!

I walked in with $900 and drove off the lot the SAME DAY!!!! The process was simple and super easy and most of all Francisco helped me every step on the way. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, they made sure any questions I had were answered and worked with me the whole time. Definitely would purchase another vehicle from this car lot , two thumbs up and 5 stars across the board!!!!

It was our first time coming to AutoZoom They are very respectful and professional they worked with us and got the suv that we wanted. We were help by Francisco we love the fact that he speaks both languages English and Spanish we appreciate him taking his time with us, my wife and I love our new Nissan Rogue, we were the last customers on a Tuesday afternoon and we still got the best customer service and they didn t rush us out everything was top notch and make sure everything was clear for us which is very important I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends you won t be disappointed.

They will work with you even if you have questionable credit, and get you into something pretty reasonably nice within an hour. And if there's anything wrong with the car, they seem to have a great team that will work on your car for you. Overall, if you can come in with some provable income, and a decent down payment, the friendly staff can make a deal with you. Francisco Haley and Crystal were great.

Look into what your buying. This company sold my dad this car with Corrosion and rust underneath the entire bed of the car, and the axel end up giving way about a month after getting the car. Lucky for us it was under warranty! But the lady in the reception makes you feel like your stupid for even calling and trying to get your car fixed. Even after making a appointment and paying 200$ Deductible I still have no car

They have the rudest customer service reps ever I was only one payment behind and they started calling my reference they treated me worse with the second car that I got from them even though I paid off the first car Ann It s so hostile with her African-American customers it s crazy my girlfriend that s white don t get thatany off that and been behind 5 payment. Ann even threaten to come and pick up my car and the payment wasn t even do yet still had one more day

Fransisco was the sales representative that got me in a very nice and reliable vehicle! He took the time out of his day to work with me and with what I had to bring to the table. I didn't think it was gonna happen but Fransisco made it happen for me and I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to the people!!!!
