Although this place has some I don't want to be here faces from the employees they are not lazy they are super helpful and go out of there way and beyond to help others before you even walk into the store they ask if there's anything your looking for and u can just describe the items and they will take u to the location of that said items

Car battery died so I called to see if they had one in stock. When I got to the store, the lights shut off and they closed an hour and 15 minutes early with no warning during the call. Extremely unprofessional.

The condescending manner in which I was treated during a purchase I recently made here was unnecessary and unwarranted. I am not a car person and do not know what type of engine my car has. What I do know is that I can go in to an auto parts store, provide my VIN and the service agent can help identify what part I need. However, the sales rep helping me made it very clear that I wasted her time by not knowing my information offhandedly despite approaching the counter with my VIN in hand. She made several comments regarding that, always with a young lady tacked on at the end. I left annoyed by the interaction and honestly forgot about it. A couple months later, I again need to go to an auto parts store for something and went 2 doors down to Advance Auto Parts instead. My experience there was a night and day difference. I approached the counter with my VIN in hand, and was greeted with warmth, respect, and quality customer service. I know this review likely will hold zero weight, but I just wanted to acknowledge that customer service here has major room for improvement. I will not be back.

I went in to get oil for my aunts car only had money for 2 quarts and it needed 4 and Adam G. helped and gave me 2 quarts of oil he had in his car so we can get home safely because we are 2 hours from home! Thank you so much again Adam G.!!! We truly appreciate you!

Great customer service every time. Had an issue with my AC and a manufacturer provided a faulty part but Rod, Shawnda and Christine were patient in helping to make sure we tried an alternative and ultimately refunded our money. Appreciate the patience of this crew.

Went in for oil filter. Didn't have K&N in stock and I'm looking at other products. I'm trying to figure out why one filter is 6in long and the other is 3in long? Do you have to add more oil for a bigger filter etc. When a lady yells at me to leave the store. She accuses me of swapping filters. I explain that it is physically impossible to do that because they are different sizes. Also don't you all open the filters at the register? she says she's not going to argue and I need to leave. I was never greeted when I entered the store. I was never asked if I needed assistance. The first words I'm greeted with are "You Need TO LEAVE!" Seriously, don't shop here. Go to O'Reilly's on 103rd and State Line.

What amazing store I can t say enough great things about them I went in looking for a windshield washer wiper blade the next thing I knew I had new blades installed on my car for free they are truly amazing I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Christian you are incredible.

For the 1st time that I have gone in this store someone actually helped me. As I entered the store I was greeted, asked if I needed help, and took me directly to the part that I wanted. Typically when I go here I wander up-and-down the aisles and till I either give up or find what I'm looking for. Usually they seem to be short staffed and the people on duty are at the counter, looking things up, or checking out other clients. It was a nice change today, to feel welcome, and to receive help without having to beg for it!

They were professional and helpful. I had a strong attractive young man install a battery in my car, which he did a amazing job! I had just previously been at the park where I had been traumatized by duck attacks again and needed all the help I could get!

I went to purchase a tire air pump and was very let-down by the quality of customer service I received. I just wanted an affordable air pump to put air into a flat tire - I did not need anything fancy. Upon finding one for about $27.00, the store employee told me that the one I wanted to purchase was bad. I asked him why and he just said "they don't work." I then asked him what SPECIFICALLY was wrong with it (because why would a store sell something that does not work?) and he could not provide me with a definite answer. Then, he began to lecture me on where I should go to fix leaks in tires, saying it would cost me $30-40 to do so. This is a complete lie - there are many auto repair shops (Goodyear, for example) who do plugs for free and when I told him so, he scoffed at me said "well good luck finding one." He also forgot to desensitize the air pump I bought so the alarm sounded when I left. Auto industry sales workers already have a negative reputation for being pushy and attempting to up-sell customers and this place further drives in the nail. I will not be returning to this store, and perhaps this one particular employee is the only bad one at this Autozone, but my experience there was definitely not good.

I went to Autozone on Wornall on one of the snowiest and coldest days of the year in Kansas City and bought a new car battery for my Toyota 4Runner as it was completely dead. I had jumpstarted the vehicle to get it to the store and left it running out front as I wasn't sure if I could get it started again if I shut it off. I was assisted by a wonderful store associate there, Kristen. She quickly found the battery options for my vehicle and then, in spite of the bad weather offered to install it! I was amazed! She had me shut the car off and told me to go inside out of the cold (single digit cold temperatures) while she installed it. In no time at all she was done and had me come back out to try starting the car - which started immediately. Kristen, thank you for the help, your great attitude, your get it done personality and your ability to get me rolling again! You are one in a million when it comes to customer service! Thank you!!!

After initially going to Advanced Auto to have my back wind shield wiper changed, I was told by a man there that he could not change it, and that he needed a special kind of tool, he told me I I would have to have it done at the dealership which was crazy!! I left there and went to Auto Zone down the street on Worrall. There was a young man there who couldn't figure it out either. He handed it to a young woman who came out to my car and immediately was able to change it with no problem. Women truly rock and she showed who of the three was the most capable!!! I didn't get her name, but she's my hero and a real Rock Star!!!

On the coldest day of the year thus far my car was having trouble starting but I was able to get it jumped. I went to the store to get my battery tested and turns out it was just about completely shot. I was able to purchase a new one and they had it replaced it all within about 15 minutes. Best customer service by far.

They wouldn't help me add my A/C Charge Can too my Vehicle. Sh*t, they wouldn't even find me a hood prop let alone just told it open while I hooked the A/C Charge Can Top off to Car's Low-Side, SMH!

I blew-out my tire on a very cold evening a couple blocks from this location. I went in to Autozone and explained my situation. The staff was SO helpful. The woman working called several tire shops and was able to help me find a way to switch my spare to get to the tire shop. They knew they wouldn t be able to sell me what I needed and were still so so helpful. I will be shopping here for any of my auto needs going forward!
