The cashier/worker in the front could have been a bit more considerate as we needed only one part, small as the palm of my tiny hand, a literal OIL CAP, and he refused to let us in as OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE STILL ALLOWED TO SHOP. They close at 7:00 pm. It wasn t even 7 yet. This associate proceeds to stand at the door as we re driving off to tell us we re closed but you close at 7:00 pm Okay. Extremely disappointing AutoZone, do better for loyal customers, please.

The parking lot was a zoo. People just parked anywhere, everywhere...a truck came in to deliver and ended up having to block the ONLY exit cuz of the craziness in the parking lot.That's my ONLY complaint here, though, and the people in the store do not get paid enough to play traffic control, I'm sure.Inside, the store was clean, organized, well-stocked, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and efficient.

Cannot process warranty for a part on my car and the part has a one year warranty. I have not owned the vehicle I am driving for more than 8 months

So, I want to say that the prices are good, but the two ladies that were there took a smoke break every 10-15 mins. When I came in to the store they were outside (about 19� ) and smoking (both of them) and said "we'll be right in". When I purchased the battery the girl said "we can't help you change it because we both have the flu" which was kind of odd. They kindly handed me a case with tools so I cool carry the battery and tools outside by myself. What kinda made me feel uncomfortable was that when I was changing the battery, they both came outside to smoke another cigarette while they waved and smiled at me. They declined to help me change a car battery (which I'm capable of doing myself)Bottom line is that I'm sure at another store I probably would have gotten some help to finish my task faster and I'm not entirely sure that purchases include installation. But these ladies either put in a little effort in keeping that job. Or stop being so clinical about their hobbies and personal habits during work hours. Not recommended at all if I go there again and find these two ladies, I'm most definitely walking out and go someplace else.

Very friendly very busy went in to get a thermostat for my daughter's car a Dodge Durango brought in the original no longer makes that one so we got the one closest looked like it to fit but thank you for the help and I put it in and it works great Thank you

The store is decently stocked, but when my friend and I went in to purchase parts, we were given an incomplete set (which happens, I understand that mistakes occur) but when we immediately returned to the store to get the missing parts (that we paid for) the sales associate tried to blame us, even though we had a receipt and the rent-a-cop decided to chime in as well, speaking down to us and making bigoted comments. Definitely not returning to this location again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I needed a list of things for my car. The man that "helped" me was LAZY! I told him what I needed. He slowly put the items in the system then would print a ticket. When finished he handed me the tickets. In shock I said I wanted to buy the items. He gave me the craziest look. I asked if he was going to get the items so I could buy them. He said "you didn't say you wanted to buy them" After a few more " you didn't say", I left. After spending over 30 minutes there, it was almost closing time. I knew there was another one not too far away. Google found and called the number for me. The man that answered said he would wait for me and get the things I needed. (look for their review) . I will never go back to this location. Go to the one on Truman Rd. It's worth it!

We were visiting my son in Kansas City (We are from Nashville) and our battery went dead. The young lady (Krista I think it was) was very helpful, found the battery and was going to even install it for me. No need as I'm and ex auto mechanic. Very polite lady and good service in time of need. Good price on the battery too.

I was impressed by the courteous and friendly staff. however it is in a horrible area of town. I went in to get a battery charged and unfortunately they said the charger was down and had been for a few weeks.

Whoever the extremely awesome young lady was that was working on Monday 3/12 (I believe she had just transferred) shared some good news she got regarding her job yesterday. We high fived and I bought my goo-gone. It was cool. She was so pleasant - whoever that is - keep her happy - she turned my day around with her awesome attitudes.

The big light skinned guy is rude and dismissive and seems to not like his job. He's got a sour attitude every time i go in. He lacks courtesy, customer service skills, and common decency.

My vehicle broke down in their parking lot. The battery that I took in to be charged ended up being no good. Traveling from California and finally making it here to Missouri after breaking down and the vehicle being in the shop for a month I was broke and didn't really know anyone here in Kansas City. The manager was so amazing and helped us with for and use of the bathroom while we tried to figure out what to do since we were broke after passing 800.00 to get it fixed. At the end of the day the manager and a couple other employees came out with a new battery and put it in for is and took the no good one. Unfortunately it ended up being the starter also which we had just had replaced. But the service and compassion if the employees at this location was beyond great. By far was the best service from any auto store I've been to .... Especially O'Riley....

Stopped in to get a windshield wiper Male Clerk , was friendly and helpful but, after I purchased it I decided, to return inside and get a little more better quality one. But, was helped by a young lady, who was very short and rude with me when , I was trying to explain my wanting to exchange for a better quality windshield wiper!

Despite the obvious fact that the guys working are not the ones who are smart enough to ask for weekends off we got what we needed. They're doing good, give them some slack. Somebody's got to work Saturday...no problems!

I came in and asked to purchase a brake light and Joe, at the counter, automatically says, "Do you want me to put it on for you?" The car, my daughter's car, wasn't there, but he told me if she brought it over he'd take care of it for her. And he did. Joe was an amazing blessing. This AutoZone is my go-to place any time I have a car need. They're so helpful!

Not a fan of O'Reilly because quality of parts in stock. Not everything works in plastic form. Triples time invested to change same part 3 times. Advanced had cast metal not plastic and fixed in one change.

I bought my audi to recharge my battery employee told me he didn't have the tool to unbolt my battery which was a lie,Employees are rude act like they cant come outside and help because they are cold shouldn't be working there if you cant help customers find what they are looking for especially for vehicles will never go to that location again get better employees who actually love what they are doing.

The workers are aggravatingly low and unassuming, never intentional to help the patrons. the place is always packed with people, who are left standing for long periods of time, while they laugh and talk to one another. I'd rather drive all the way to Warnall Rd B4 I go to this location.
