This store is always stocked with what you need. I was looking for a battery for my GMC. Everyone was out, I called and they had it available. I really appreciate that. Kuddos to management. Thank you so very much.

Love this store. Jeremy and Ashley are so helpful. They really came through for me when I had an electrical problem with my van. I was able to fix it myself without the need for a mechanic.Thanks y'all.

I had replaced cabin filter on 2006 Mazda 3. Put everything back together, no blinkers no wipers. I was at my wits end. Yesterday O'Reilly sold me something did NOT need and tried to sell two more items. At AutoZone Mike asked me to tell her m step by step what I did. Got in passenger side dropped fuse panel One of my connections no on tight! He fixed it right there on the spot. Did NOT try to sell anything to me. This is my first review ever on an company. That's how impressed I am. Thanks again Mike! I won't go back to your competitor again. Didn't realize the store was this close to me. Been AutoZone gal since 2006 and will now be for life. Go team AutoZone!

Rude without reason.I returned a part that the mechanic didn't need after all. A Wheel Bearing. I had purchased the part with Cash on a Friday and returned it that Monday Morning. The older Black Employee who "helped" me had an automatic attitude. After thoroughly examining the receipt he proceeded to JAB at the keys on his keyboard while slamming around stuff...spoke in a flat tone and eventually gave me my money shortening me 4 pennies. When I stood there looking at my receipt and what he gave me he goes "Oh I owe you four pennies." He gave me the pennies and didn't say have a nice day or thank you or anything. I don't know what his problem was but the next time I need a part it won't be from an AutoZone.I've been to other AutoZone locations in the past and they never had any attitude when I've returned an item.Do better...

My car died & roadside assistance was no help, I walked across the road to auto zone, the manager figured out it was my battery connections, helped me tighten them & got me on the road. Thank you Clarence at the Truman Road AutoZone in KC, Mo. Truly a great guy.

I called prior to going to the store to pick my part up to make sure they had it in stock. Once I arrived at the store I was told they didn t have it there that I needed to go to their hub location off Nolan Rd. I paid for the part through the commercial clerk took my receipt headed to Nolan Rd location only to be told the representative at the Truman location ordered the wrong part for me and since it was purchased under an commercial account I had to return back to Truman who by the way had the correct part for my vehicle in stock. Get back to the Truman location they exchange the part again I took it to the mechanic and it was still the wrong part go back to the Truman location only to be told I needed to get the correct part from their Sterling location. I started this journey at 11 this morning finally got the right part after three that s utterly ridiculous.

Absolutely rude employees. Kept me on hold 15+ minutes twice before finally answering. Employee had the nerve to get an attitude with me because he didn t know what the part was I was searching for. After explaining it to him like he was 5 he told me it was a warehouse item before just hanging up . Didn t tell me the price or anything. A good reminder why I don t spread my commercial accounts to this vendor , and why they are literally the LAST people we call for a part.

Night shift is very lazy, always leaning on the counter on their cell phones. Always lock the entrance door ,most people leave cause they assume they are closed shady lazy!

Went to buy windshield wiper 's. The young man that helped me was with a customer when I got in line. When he saw me waiting, he said hello, and asked how I was. He told me where to find the windshield wipers in the store and another customer helped me. The young man that worked there came outside, and put the new windshield wiper 's on for me. Very good experience, great customer service. I wish I had gotten his name.

No, no, no and NO. This specific AutoZone is the reason why I do NOT use ANY of their stores. Only one helpful employee in the entire store. If you don't already know precisely what you're looking for, don't go here. Horrible customer service and their automotive knowledge is almost non-existent. Trust me on this one, STAY AWAY.

Terrible service! Their manager Oscar Ram�rez was extremely rude and wouldn t listen to my issue in regards to a product I purchased at their store and was still under warranty. I spoke to his employee a few hours before going to the store and said that I could take it in as it was still under warranty. Don t recommend to go to this place.

Really bad service. As a mechanic shop I spect to get good customer service and friendly. But not interested I get bad energy, long waiting.I don t know why but it looks like these folks just trying to see who works lees.They just talking to each other and long lines of customers wanting to get service..I hop they do something about it

If they don't have it, they will find it for you quick. If you go to their website they have nice promotions and offer discounts so don't forget to sign up for email alerts because they will send you coupons and info about promotions that will save you quite a bit of money.

The people at this location are awesome. My ball joint broke at the BP across the street, they had the part and helped me with tools to get it fixed. I was absolutely blown away! Best parts store in KC for service!

They couldn t get my battery replaced in Chevrolet Silverado. So they sent me to Chevy dealer who wanted $ 100 to put it in. Went to a different auto zone and a they put it in.

I gave them a $20 bill and the cashier told me that I only gave them a $10 bill a customer agreed with me that he seen me give him a $20 bill then they gave me the correct change he was very bold in trying to steal my $20 bill

New building, fairly helpful staff. Had a return and it was easy. Used an electronic discount code and I had to help the employee enter the code in the correct location, but he stuck with it and accepted the help instead of declining the discount.

Came to return a defective part. Had the receipt and original packaging. Was denied because the part did not match to the default pic for the item. Employee was rude and did not resolve my issue. Only positive was that the store was clean.

Had a part I online that I didn't need. I Never even opened the packageing and even had the part over the 90 days for a usual return. Luckily I was able to receive store credit.

If you need a part this is a place to start and no hassle on exchange I've had good experiences here if one store don't have it they can send you to another and next day delivery

It's a great place when you need a part for your car they have everything you need in there like them the customers always right but the workers are great
