Jesus did a great job providing me with information about my vehicle. Although it was busy at the time, he did a great job multitasking and taking the time to explain to me my car issue. Very professional and knowledgeable!

When I get good service I to the Google reviews. My Tucson died on me 2 days in a row. I recently had the engine replaced as part of a recall so I was skeptical if it was something really connected to that recent repair. Came to Autozone to have it tested and was quickly helped by Danielle, a friendly and extremely knowledgeable associate who tested my battery, listened to my diagnosis and gave me info for picking a new one, and then even installed it for me! She tested my alternator and starter too afterward. I will probably come to this Auto Zone from now on for my vehicle needs. P.S. shoutout to her black girl magic of knowing so much about cars and on how to be so hands on with them. Lol I admire that and aspire to be this well rounded with car skills fr! Thanks again Danielle!

Went in to exchange a light bulb because I thought it was incorrect, but the Manager Arthur was so helpful he not only came out and took a look at it himself, but put in the work and effort to teach a young man a lesson. Much appreciated, great location and great knowledgeable staff.

Always has great parts all the management and staff are great they even set up me a commercial account and they walk me through how to purchase parts I never go anywhere else this is the only place I shop to get all my parts most of their parts come with lifetime and the management and staff always know just what to give you I never had to take anyting back here unlike a few other places great job keep up the good

The few people that I seen at the store were very nice. The store was clean as well. The employees were very helpful I got me some windshield wipers and some fluid they even help me put my windshield wipers on so thank you very much to AutoZone especially Arthur

They always have the right part. If not they can get it within a day. And they can even print off oem instructions for the job your doing. The best place to go for your on the spot fixins.

Car had just died and when I walked into the store Briseida stopped to greet me and was quick to assist me with a battery check. I ended up needing to buy a battery right then and there (unplanned), and she was super kind and professional and accommodating and knowledgeable to explain me my options and assist me with the purchase and installation. VERY pleased with her service.

Store#: 2069 Kansas city3435 independent, Kansas City,MO 64124Briseida Cervantes Zea is a very hard worker I visited the store today 12/1/22 to check & test my battery and she was the only one that acknowledged me even though she was very busy with other customers everyone else was either talking to each other, on their�phone or not doing anything I greatly appreciate her customer�service but she should be moved from there to a better store where she isn't working alone..... PS She's the best hard worker there and she be appreciatedThank you

Door dash was willing to leave my battery outside my apartment complex. I was on my way down and intercepted. It did arrived on the day ordered. You have to be super aware of delivery process.

I ordered a CV Axle online. I paid online and it was so easy. I received a text less than an hour later informing me that the part was ready for pickup. So I went to pick it up from the store. When I walked in, they had it ready by the counter and within a minute had the printed receipt and the part and was on my way. I'm very impressed with the way Auto Zone communicates with their customers.

The staff was courteous the price for the part in my mind was a little high but less than their competitors. I didn't walk around the store very long before the staff asked if I needed help which they were more than happy to take care of my needs.

The parts that I bought from them, are still holding up to this day, and I have gotten a new valuecraft battery 129.00$ last year as well and it is still great to this day!!!!

I needed a battery for my car tonight and I was told to go to Autozone, they had the battery ready for me and put it in tonight. I had a very short wait time. The manager, Devon was exceptional, put it battery in no time. Thank you Devon.
