Kevin H., store at 10245 N Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64155. Helped me save $1000+ after my alternator light came on. Called a few auto repair shops and they told me to bring my car in but the min cost would be $850 to $1000 or more to repair. Took my car into AutoZone and Kevin was a blessing. He took the time to test the system. After all test came back normal he stated the corrosion around the battery may be the cause. He cleaned the corrosion and the alternator light went off!! You have no idea how grateful I am for him to take the time to try to fix the problem. It would have taken every penny I have to pay for the repairs! We need more people like him in the world! Thank you, Kevin!!!

At the AutoZone 10245 N Oak, KCMO Shawn provided me with the best customer service. Definitely, I will go back to this auto parts shop, every time I need something for my car.

Came to the store and saw a lot of trash outside. I went into the store and there was trash overflowing inside of the store too. Price tag was incorrect on the item we bought. This store has bad sanitization and can t keep their prices up to date. You can t expect customers to pay higher than what s marked on your price tags. We will be going to the O reilly Auto Parts from now on.

Asked to check battery to see if it was bad. Turned out to be a bad battery. The gentleman was helpful with picking out a replacement but then Didn t want to help put the battery in my vehicle. Which is a service they provide according to their website. The gentleman said that they had 6 other people in the store and that s why he couldn t help me.

0 stars. Rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking on the phone with. Matt (5stars) at a different location did not have the battery I was looking for, but told me what I needed and advised there were 3 at a nearby location (north oak) I called 3x. The first time they said they did not have it even though their system showed they did. I called Matt back and he told me the brand and power I needed and that it was listed at the n oak location. Call n oak, they say again they do not have it and was dismissed shortly after being put on hold to "look" for it. I check the website and it says 3 in stock at n oak. Third call, I ask why it's showing avail on website if they don't have it. Was shouted at by the 2 employees as they said "it's not on the shelf" I asked "so you can't sell if it is not on the shelf?" Genuine question... only to be rudely hung up on. No wonder there's so many 'now hiring' signs.

Thank you Lane M at auto zone! Your a real one. Treated me with upmost respect and made a stressful situation So easy! took less than 5 minutes and he helped in Every way he could. Found the light I needed for my car, even installed it! To top it all off he opened the door for me and refused a tip I was trying to offer. If anyone deserves a raise it s this guy!

Visited this place to get some filters for my car. As soon as I entered the store, I was graciously created and promptly service. The person helping me was able to quickly find the filters I needed, best of all, he replaced them for me at not charge!! I offer him $10 dollars as a tip and he very professionally declined even though I was very insistent of him taking it; he didn't. Now this is first class costumer service at its best! My congratulations to that team and the management for what clearly is reflection of good training.

Absolutely amazing! The people here go out of their way to help. I came in and wanted them to check my battery, they discovered that my battery was low on charge but the reason was because my alternator was putting out 12 amps instead of 14 apps. They also discovered a loose connection on my negative wire. They sold me a spacer and came outside and put it on for me while I waited. For no extra charge! They always are friendly nice and go out of their way to fix what you need fixed! I glad they're in my neighborhood.

I have been patronizing this neighborhood store since it opened. I went in today to buy some oil for my mowers. Not complaing about the $9.99 a quart price cause it is what it is. But the woman that rang me up could use a lesson in customer service. After the purchase she handed me the receipt without a word, turned and walked away.....No offer to bag my purchase, or thank you, leaving me to loose carry the oil bottles out.....I think there's a O'Reilly Auto Parts 2 blocks down on N Oak that I will try next time. No more AutoZone for me!

I stopped in on two occasions recently and both times the service was very good. They were helpful and quickly attended to my needs. Facility was nice and clean too. I'll be back again when the need arises.

Never am disappointed when I come to this location. It is clean and well organized. I also never feel like I'm being swindled, which is nice. My family's bought a many of car batteries here because the location is perfect! Nice, knowledgeable staff.

Horrible customer service was never given receipt for purchase had to return item 15 minutes later would only give me back store credit I told him I was never given a receipt and said well too bad that s just the way we do it proceeded to put return on gift card I walked over to register and there was my receipt still in the machine on employees side of counter

HORRIBLE and I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Said in front of my face that I was an annoying girl and that my problems weren t their problems and that they were tired of us coming in to get parts and help. Specifically Nick and Alex, who basically ignored me and talked down to me the entire time. All I wanted to do was get WORKING jumper cables to get my car started and a new battery, but I get treated as if i m not a paying customer. Will never be returning and will be reporting to corporate.

Always been helpful. I've borrowed tools and taken advantage of their free scanner several times. Staff always asks how they can help me. Never been pressured by any sales pitch, just helpful advice.

Best service by Terry!! I had my tires rotated at a different location and they messed something up big time because I left with my Service Engine soon and Airbag lights on. Terry was very willing to help me figure out what was going on and got it fixed. He is super nice and very helpful!!

I am completely shocked at the experience that I just had at this AutoZone.I went there today to buy jumper cables to try to jump start my car. I bought them and went back to my apartment and tried to jump start it (with some help from neighbors!) and it unfortunately wasnt working. So, I went BACK to this AutoZone & bought a new battery. I then went back to my car at my apartment and installed the new battery. I then continued trying to use the jumper cables and was continuing to have issues. It didn t take long after that to realize that the cables weren t even working/charging. So I had a neighbor go get his cables and use them and they worked right away. I then went back to this AutoZone and right when I walked in, I noticed that the guys at the counter were annoyed by me being back. I then explained the situation and that the cables were defective. I asked to return them, and they denied my return because they can t return electrical items even if they aren t working. They then insinuated that I wasn t using them properly. I stepped aside to research AutoZone s return policy, and while I was doing so, the guy (later found out his name was Nick) was saying to these other customers I m just so tired of dealing with this girl, this isn t our problem . I then calmly picked up my stuff off the counter and asked for their names. One of the guys didn t give his name, and the other had to repeatedly tell him togive me his name. He then identified himself as being Alex . I asked the other guy (I believe he was the manager) and he said his name was Nick. I exited the building, went to the AutoZone off Ambassador Drive, and they returned the cables for me no problem and their customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!I urge you not to go to this AutoZone because they will treat you poorly.

Thanks for not being open when you re supposed to be. I tried the door at 8:07 and the lazy a** at the counter just looks at me and stays seated. As I sit in the car for a few more minutes I decided to leave then he slowly appears at the door. Sorry to interrupt your morning break!
