Came here to get a new back wiper. After taking a while to find it I asked Jaylyn (A worker here for help) He went the extra mile and even installed the wiper for me. Thank you Jaylyn.

I had purchased 2 oil filters for my daughter's car that were the incorrect type. My fault. I returned them with no hassle and tried to get the correct filter. With the help of a patient and knowledgeable young man we finally got the right one. I will go back for other auto parts.

The gentleman who was in the checklane was able to answer all my questions and clarify my doubts. I dont know much about vehicles and helped me to find what my car need it for my weekend trip. He was smiling while explaining me. He seems to enjoy what he does, he is very knowledgeable and also went about and beyond in this interaction. I felt very confident to shop here and will return everytime I need something for my vehicleIt s a pleasure to find not just a seller but a great attitude and service all just in one person.

JC is awesome! Took care of my batteries replacement very well and professionally! He found out it was wrong size battery and signed me up for new battery Gold! Did the replacement for me and recommended additional product to help prevent wear on my new battery. Friendly and professional! I'm glad I came here today!

I was driving my daughter s car, which was unfamiliar to me, when it started raining. I realized she needed new wipers, and I pulled in to AutoZone. JC was so kind. Before I could even ask for help, he got what I needed from the floor and went out to replace the wiper for me in the middle of the thunderstorm. He was so gracious! He even seemed happy to do it! I will come back.

There is a guy at this location who came all the way from California and is still going a long way to assist and keep up with customers. I have had a great experience here regardless of who was on the clock. Way to build brand loyalty.

I needed wiper blades and front headlight bulbs. They didn t just sell them to me but JC was kind enough to install both the wipers and the bulbs. I know not everyone would go out of their way to be of that kind of assistance. JC saved me a lot of frustration of trying to figure out how to replace the bulbs in my headlights. With this quality of customer service this place will always get my business.

I visited on Sunday to buy a battery cause I thought that was why my car was not starting every time. Aaron helped me, I purchased the battery, he installed it. I tried to start the car and it did not work. He tested my battery and the battery I purchased. Both were working fine. By the sound he said it could be starter issues. I returned the new battery, he put my battery back in. My experience was much better at Auto Zone than at O'Reillys. Auto Zone is farther away, but this experience convinced me, the extra distance is worth it. Thank You Aaron.

I stopped in on Friday January 19th. I was on my 30 min lunch break, I grabbed a roll of pinstripe tape and went to the counter where there was only one person running the registers. I stood in line for around 15 min when someone else ask if I was ready to check out. When I got to the counter I was asked if I was paying cash or debit. When I replied cash I was told I have to wait on the other register witch is the register that has been tied up since I walked in the store. So I had to return to work and did not get to make my purchase and spent most of my break in the store waiting.

Called about parts, was told they had in stock, drove there, waited 30min for several people to act like they are simpletons and look everywhere for parts only to find out they don't keep up on stocking what the receive and it's just thrown back there and they had to dig through stuff to find. Incompetence at it's finest.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be doing business here. I ve been going to this store for over 2 years and our latest experience was very disappointing and has left me being very frustrated. We took our car in to get a battery check and we were told that the issue with the car was the alternator not the battery (we never started the car). No diagnostic data was shared except that our battery was at 84%. We ended up needing AAA to help us jump our car three days later and they ran two separate diagnostic tests on the battery and alternator and we got completely different information. I called and spoke to the autozone manager to ask for clarity on the situation. I wanted to know how they could diagnose the alternator when they never started the car and that their reading of the battery said it was just fine when it was dead on two other separate readings. The manager shared that AAA didn t do it correctly and that they didn t test the current with the alternator. I contacted AAA and they in fact did run that test and said there were no issues. The lack of customer service and the quick referral to spend $600 to replace a part that isn t bad is unacceptable. There was no accountability for wasting my time and money and when I shared that I was disappointed and wouldn t be coming back he said yeah, it happens .

Not personally a pro in the auto mechanic field or auto parts in general but I stopped in to get a sway bar link and upper control arm for my gm Sierra truck. Rambled off the info of my truck and the parts I needed and with the most efficiency I've ever see anyone in a Retail Position have Tamirra (gm) very knowledgeable and professional immediately found what i was looking for and sent me off with a friendly experience and a smile. Thank you Tamirra! Whole heartedly would recommend this store in he future!

I m allowing my 11 y/o son to write this review because he was so impressed:so i was walking around and helping my mom get some cleaning stuff to clean my dads car for father s day and i didnt know where fabric cleaner was so i asked a worker where it was and he gave me a lot of respect, and i asked him what his preference was and he showed me like the best stuff to get, i totally recommend this place. also- thank you Jay!

Had rough day and the two employees who helped me with changing out the battery in my Accord really helped!Unfortunately the battery wasn't the issue, it's the alternator, but I'm still happy about having a new battery and warranty.

Store Manager Tamara (TT) went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me at the Ambassador location. She was able to help me put on windshield wiper blades while also helping other customers. She is an amazing manager and I will continue to use this location ONLY for my vehicle.

I have been coming in for years. Great people pre 2015. Now I get lied to all the time, told I can't buy something as it was not to be put out ? And told to come back, as new items arrive in November for the holidays. Well I found the fox body mustang limited edition autozone die cast. And was told there was a nother different one in back, asked to see it. Was told no, it was being held for some unknown person. Then he got the next associate which Then told me, it's not being held for someone, but not to be placed until December. Then asked where I got the fox body, I said I just paid for it, it was on the cooler. Went back today, same associate told, the manager bought said jada die cast last November, and has never took it home. Then remembered what he told me last time. Long hair beard, needs to be sent for retraining, and to do his job properly. Why tell someone you have a item, but refuse to let them see it, or tell you the truth about it. So to the manager, I would love to hear what you think of this. And you well recognize me I'm sure. Lol thanks.

I was in auto one and got a windshield wiper and wash fluid. One woman there opened the fluid and then found she couldn t put it in. After getting oil change I went back and manager would not take it back accusing me of using it. Bad experience and he refused to listen. I have liked auto zone elsewhere not here. I even told him who it was and he still refused. I want my money back.

I was in the store on Ambassador Thursday am about 9:30The gentleman behind the counter- Jeilyn- (not sure of spelling) was doing a memorable job of handling customers. Polite, appreciative and multitasking. He needs to be teaching customer service skills to all employees.
