Excellent service by Kenny, Andy & Steve. Of course the owner Joe should be included. They take the time ( IF one listens) to explain what is wrong & NOT wrong with one's vehicle. Thanks to you all, always a pleasure to keeping my vehicle in top running condition by visiting Autobahn Motorwerks.

I've been going here to get my BMW worked on since 2018. I've had three different BMW's since then, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. I wish I would've known about Autobahn sooner because Baron BMW charges way too much, they lie about "necessary" repairs, and my vehicle has actually come back in worse condition than when I originally brought it in on more than one occasion. However, the staff at Autobahn are always friendly, especially Kenny. They get the work done in a reasonable time and it's quality work. If you own a BMW, this is the place to bring your car for maintenance.

Been using as our exclusive mechanic for years. They are honest, and charge very fair prices. We are about to get our second BMW, and a lot the reason why is my confidence in this shop.

I usually stick to Baron BMW for my car repairs, but I decided to try this place out because it's closer and costs several hundred dollars less for the same fix. They were quick, friendly, and got the job done right. Overall, it was a very positive experience.If you're into paying extra for valet service and a fancy atmosphere, then the dealership might be your thing. But if you want straightforward, high-quality repairs without breaking the bank, this place seems like a solid choice.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BEST BMW SERVICE in Kansas City!!! Oil changes very reasonable.. they are very diligent , was told 3 hours it took 2!! Kenny nicest guy you could meet! Discovered this place 3 years ago, won't go anywhere else!

Fair, honest and some of the best guys in town, took them only a day to take care of my radiator replacement. Planning on exclusively using Kenny and the team for all future repairs on my BMW

Awesome establishment!This shop saved me over 700$ in repairs. Didn t try to sell me parts I didn t need, unlike other shops/dealerships. They even fixed a small issue I was having afterwards on the day I brought it to there attention. In and out in less then an hour. Autobahn Motorwerks embodies the word Integrity! Will be using these guys from here on out.

Took my car in here to replace my driver side Halo Lights, and they did a very good job. It was fast, professional, affordable, and quality work. It's in a convenient location, the store is clean, and the Mechanics are courteous. I For sure plan on taking my car back for routine maintenance

They ve done great work for me over the last year, and always stood by their work. When my engine fan was going full blast intermittently, even after they thought they fixed it, they worked on it 2 or 3 more times at no extra charge until it was finally fixed for good. (It was tricky because it would act fixed for a day or two each time.) That s just one of the handful of issues I ve taken to them and I ve never been let down.

Did a great job on my 3 series. Priced far more reasonably than the dealership. Service was quick. Staff was kind and courteous. Really all you can ask for from a mechanic. Take your BMW here.

I have been using Kenny at Autobahn Moterwerks on my BMW for the past 5 years and let me tell you, THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about BMWs but they are the MOST honest. They do not try to over sell or over price you. I trust them 100%. If you have a BMW, go see them. Kenny the manager is a great guy. Had a problem on the way to work car broke down. I call the shop and Kenny said bring it in no appointment needed. Fixed it in no time really fast. Kenny and his crew are the best in the business. I have owned 8 BMWs to date and this is by far my favorite independent shop. Over the years I have had quite a bit of work done by these guys and they always get the job done. They always honor their work and get me in right away each time I call. Save yourself the time/colonoscopy of going to Baron and just go to Autobahn. Thank you guys for all your great work on the e90 335 and continued work on the f30 335.

I took my mini here a few times for repairs the last time they replaced some coils and after I received my car back the AC didn t work, I had never had issues with my AC before and then later found out one of the hoses that connects the AC was cut. It just happened to be cut when it was in their shop since it always worked perfectly fine before, when I told them that this was not a prior issue they told me I had to pay $500 more to fix the AC. They said they had no idea how the hose was cut and that they wouldn t take responsibility of it so I just took my car with broken AC in 100� weather.

Our pregnant daughters 2007 BMW 335i was in much need of work (gas smell) and after looking at many local shops online we decided to go with Autobahn Motorwerks because of their good online ratings. They performed a inspection on 07/20/18 and gave us an estimate of $4,852.00 for repairs. After negotiating the price down to $4,500.00 with Kenny, we decided to go with them. Long story short my daughter picks up the vehicle and within 4 hrs the vehicle catches fire while she was driving (see pics) . She was fortunate to escape albeit she had to go to the hospital (7 months pregnant) due to smoke inhalation. The next morning I immediately contacted Kenny and informed him of what happened. He was very defensive and took ZERO ownership of what had occurred. I good faith I asked that just the "Labor" cost of the repairs be refunded and received an overwhelming NO. I even escalated the matter to the owner Joe and his response was "we already gave you a discount". Buyer beware. If your getting your oil changed they might be a good place but if your doing major work, they will not stand by anything that goes wrong! Ladies, stay away. They took my 7 month old pregnant daughter to the cleaners.

Autobahn Motorwerks is 100% a top notch facility. There is no job too big or small for these guys. If you want quality honest work these guys are your best bet. Their mechanics are 2nd to none, and I would put them up against any certified BMW tech. They have taken care of me time and time again. Their ability to quickly diagnosis the most complex issues is truly incredible. Save your time and money and start with Autobahn. Thanks for all your hard work on the f30 335!

I've been in the automotive business over 32 years. Kenny originally thought I would need 2 parts for my 09 BMW X-5. Upon further review he informed me only one part was needed as a wire was just frayed and could be fixed. Could have done that without telling me and I would probably be none the wiser. Because the part was not required the bill was almost half the original estimate. Old school honesty. He has my business and anyone else who will listen to me. In the car business all you can ask for is a fair shake. I got one from Autobahn Motorwerks, Inc.EricAll Star Auto Parts and Sales, Inc.

This place has been amazing. I broke down several hours from home and needed to find a shop that had BMW parts and knowledge. These guys know their stuff. They were nothing but courteous and professional. They even stayed past their closing time to finish my car for me so I could get home to my baby and husband. I couldn't thank them enough.

Received a partial diagnosis. Was told pump was no longer working which was correct. Opted not to have work done here and do it myself as was a easy fix. Was not told that left strut was leaking also. Had to find this out myself. May have been no way for them to know if pump wasnt working or maybe it would have been a nice upsale once pump was replaced. Either way 115 for a diagnosis shouldnt only diagnose what buyer suggest may be the problem. I paid for a full diagnosis. So would expect one

I took my 2007 BMW to BARON, and they said "wait two weeks, and we will then take a look at the problem"THEN I took my car to Autobahn and the guys took a look at the problem, diagnosed it and made the repair to the crankshaft sensor and ordered the part. all total- 600$ and 2 days in the shop.AWESOME!

I had a great experience at Autobahn Motorwerks having my BMW 330ci repaired and I felt the price for repairs was right on the mark. I spoke with Joe who was very perceptive to my needs and during repairs he discovered a couple other things that needed attention that could have caused me a lot of aggravation if not discovered at that time. I will go back for all future repairs.

Brought for an alignment for my E28 535i after replacing all the front suspension bits.When I had called Baron about a two-wheel alignment, since the E28 only has front toe, and no cast or camber, and nothing rear, the "head service tech" insisted the E28 had full four-wheel adjustment, and insisted the suspension didn't have to be pre-loaded with strategically placed weight during.Called Autobahn, and the guy who picked up the phone (And he didn't condescend about how he knew how to change the oil on an E90, but probably never touched anything older than an E34) immediately mentioned it only needing front toe, and confirmed they know how to pre-load.Satisfied with the phone interview, I stopped by early morning and they had me done around 1130 and the car tracked perfectly.As someone who does (Almost) all the work on my baby, I'd take it back to Autobahn for more invasive work, just after seeing the amount of reasonable care expressed during, not just on my car, but other customers'. Little things, but they went a long way to showing they aren't cutting corners, and that's very important to me, even if they're a couple bucks more than non-specialty shops.

I have worked with and trusted Joe and Kenny at ABMW since I was 15 years old. Now 22 years later the team at Autobahn has maintained, serviced, repaired and modified all four of my BMW cars covering three different series. There is no other option in Kansas City for my bimmer than Autobahn Motorwerks!
