I purchased a 2005 BMW Z4 from Autobahn Motors two years ago, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Alex, the person I worked with, has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I encountered issues with the car. Despite the expected challenges that come with owning an older vehicle, Alex consistently provided me with excellent recommendations for car shops, resulting in cost-effective solutions. The level of service and support I've received from Autobahn Motors, particularly from Alex and Jose, has been outstanding. I highly recommend them for a positive and customer-focused car-buying experience.

I bought a 2012 Audi Q5 about 5 years ago from Alex at Autobahn Motors. Never any sales pressure from him during buying process (very refreshing). I have had a few issues with the car over time, which we anticipated with the purchase of an older car. I reached out to Alex each time for help. He bent over backwards multiple times to provide the best contacts to use. Each time the issue was fixed by using his recommendations/contacts at a fraction of the cost that the dealer would have charged. He put me in contact with a body shop, ordered brake parts I needed, and suggested a fix for the mechanical sunroof issue on those occasions. He never asked for compensation even when offered. I highly recommend Autobahn Motors and Alex. My experience with him has been fantastic. I continually look at his inventory because I will be back when another vehicle is needed.

I purchased a Mercedes E350 Wagon not long ago. Had it looked at for concerns of how the transmission was shifting. The technician thought it was a simple update to the software and the transmission would re-adapt the shifts. So I bought it. Turned out that never resolved itself. I had it further diagnosed and it needed a major repair- with a lot of doubt I gave Alex a call and told him what was going on. I didn't expect anything as I bought it "As Is" no warranty. Alex did not hesitate to help me out with the major repair the transmission ended up needing. I would 100% recommend his dealership to a friend.

Nice people, but terrible experience. Purchased a Saab from Autobahn and it continues to give me problems. Vehicle appeared to sit on lot, until sold, with little attention paid to the maintenance schedule. Dealer offers 30 day warranty to combat this, but my vehicle continues to have many issues within the first 4 months of ownership. I took it back to address the AC compressor and window issues first. After 10 days, I finally got the car back with a new compressor. Kudos for that, but was never offered any loaner while the vehicle was out (window continues to have issues). The steering and suspension has gotten noisy and the brakes continue to squeak and squeal. The parking brake only works when fully engaged. More importantly, the ECU has gone out and I'm facing a $1600 dollar replacement just to get the car operating safely. I tried to contact the dealer for repair shop recommendations and was met with silence.My main issue is that I paid an absolute premium for a car that doesn't work. Thousands of dollars over what leading websites valued in outstanding condition. The car looks good, but has been nothing but problem. Do your due diligence!

Alex was INCREDIBLE to work with. He was very patient with me, talked me through all my fears, and truly worked with all my wishes. He treated me like family. I got a beautiful new car and he gave me a very fair amount for my trade in. I truly recommend getting your next vehicle from him . Once you meet him, you ll know you have a car place for life . Buying a car is a experience in its own, looking online I spotted a car I liked, for a car priced under $10,000 I was surprised buy the quality of the photos. Most dealers would try and cover up a ugly car by posting too good photos, but this was not the case. I sent a vehicle inquiry, Alex responded within the hour answering my questions. When I went to look at the car, the pictures were not photoshopped, the car was as clean as it was in the photos. Alex gave me a walk around and was very knowledgeable about the car, during the test drive he allowed me to set the car up as if I daily drove it. In the days following, him and I stayed in touch. Though I was not able to buy due to circumstances not in any fault to Autobahn, not once in our texts messages back and forth was he ever pushy, or trying to convince me to buy, even if at times I was annoying. Even thought I ended up buying a car elsewhere and the one I originally sought after at Autobahn sold and found a new home, my experience at Autobahn has lead me to recommend the dealership to other potential buyers as I knew Alex would be professional, respectful, and caring towards them. My first experience with Alex and Autobahn, could not be more impressed. Bought a 2013 Volvo C30 in pristine condition at a very fair price. No pressure, just fair and square dealing. Paperwork so complete, it took 18 minutes at DMV to get title and plates. Had to go to a Volvo dealership to add a third key fob, they ran their inspection without being asked to, everything scored perfect.Adding here, I loved my Volvo, but not enough to keep the engine from failing (through no fault of my own). When I learned I was in the market for a "new" car, I called Alex and told him I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. Since my age has increased and my car needs have decreased, he put me in a great little Fiat 500, which I took delivery on today.The level and quality of service provided by Alex, Jose and his other employees remains top notch. It's a great little car, and in absolutely pristine condition. Thank you Alex, Jose, and the rest of the crew.

I bought a fiat 124 abarth, test drove it once and fell in love, booked it right after the drive. The owner Alex is knowledgeable, and very passionate about cars/SUVs, I wasn't sure about reliability of a fiat but Alex assured me and gave me a little history lesson of Fiat, plus it was under warranty but he assured that he checks the cars personally, provided me with the history of the car, a printed carfax, and tends to type all the options of the car on his website by himself so he knows what's installed. He was open to negotiating price and I cannot be more happier with my purchase. Title takes a little time (obviously less than 30 days and it was around Christmas), but he will let you know when he has it delivered to his dealership/car boutique, absolutely pleasant to work with, had no issues at all with purchase. He will detail the car, and I mean DETAIL, not a car wash, before you pick up. He loves Saab (most innovative car makers of all time) so if you are a Saab fanatic, see him for sure he keeps them hidden. I am buying my cars from him going forward, honest passionate car boutique.

I live in Minneapolis and was looking for the perfect Fiat. I finally found it online down in Kansas City, Missouri at some place named Autobahn Motors. I called and spoke with Alex, the owner. Based on that one conversation, two days later I flew down to KC. I was picked up at the airport by one of his people and driven to Autobahn. The Fiat exceeded my expectations. Paperwork took less than 10 minutes. Alex was a wonderful guy to meet. As were his employees. A one-of-a-kind first-class dealership. If you're looking for any European import, do not miss the opportunity of checking out Autobahn Motors.

I could not have had a better experience. I came to see a Fiat but Alex handed me the keys to a MINI Cooper Coupe and told me to check out out. I didn't know that they existed and I wasn't very sure about it but I gave it a chance. I took it for a short drive and it was nice, took it for a longer drive and fell for it. It was the perfect car for what I needed and I didn't even know it.Alex was super patient with me trying to make up my mind (also the awful weather we had all of January and February) and went above and beyond to make sure that I was in the car that was right for me. I will never go anywhere else. Autobahn is everything that you want a car dealership to be. Very happy to have this as a part of Kansas City.

We bought our BMW X5 from Alex at Autobahn Motors. Alex goes the distance to make sure the car is good. He checks the cars over, and when he sells one, it's been safety inspected, and in perfect drivable condition.Hes a man of integrity, and it shows in the way he runs his business. I would recommend Alex at Autobahn as a great place to buy a used car. The best used car dealer in Kansas City- hands down.

Bought three four cars now from Alex down in Westport. Lot always has quality imports and Alex is always willing to work with you as a buyer but no financing thru Autobahn. He backs up his word and I recommend to anyone looking for an upscale ride including Saab, Fiat and more

I was curious about the 5 star reviews for Autobahn USA and then I met Alex and I immediately wanted to write a novel of appreciation. Not only will I never go anywhere else in the Kansas City area, but if I ever move out of state I ll travel back to purchase from Autobahn. Alex is rare find nowadays. I had driven a Volvo C30 that had been mis-advertised so I was searching for another. I happened to stumble upon a pristine 2008 C30 T5 that had just been listed and low and behold it was 2 miles from home. I was nervous about another used car salesman experience but it seemed unavoidable.From start to finish this has been a positive experience. Alex is easy to speak to, knowledgable about his cars, and clearly puts effort into making sure he isn t misrepresenting any of the vehicles on his lot. During my test drive we spoke about how strange the market is right now and how difficult it is to find genuine human beings that care, on top of quality cars (and at decent prices).I knew the car was mine as soon as I saw it. I drove it on a weekend so I had to wait until Monday to speak to my credit union to complete the financing logistics but I never felt nervous about the car being sold to someone else when I wasn t looking. Alex s communication and commitment to the customer experience is immeasurable. He fully understands that he s not only offering a vehicle but a lifelong relationship with someone who will come back again and again. I know I will. I will send everyone I can his way because I know they won t be disappointed.There was an issue that came up after driving the car for 1 day and immediately Alex facilitated getting it fixed. After that, I pointed out something small that wasn t working and offered to pay for it if he helped find the part. Immediately he let me know that he would gladly help me fix this small thing, at his expense, as this is how he does business. This sort of treatment - at a used car dealership, no less - feels like a rare find in 2022.I know when I m ready to try something else, I ll be trading this little gem in for the next perfect car and I have no doubt Alex will help me find the perfect one. Alex, your kindness and customer service has been one-of-a-kind and I truly appreciate doing business with you. Until next time!

I have been searching for my favorite, former car for years, but no one seems to give up their Volvo XC70s. Every time I saw one, it was gone by the time I made up my mind to inquire. Autobahn has had some over the years, but I was always a step behind someone else. After seeing another one popup on their site recently, I inquired online and had a call from Alex within an hour. I went to test it and when I met Alex it was like seeing an old friend. Very down to earth, honest person, as well as Jose, who I also dealt with. These people and their cars are the real deal. The buying process was professional, yet very comfortable. I would recommend Autobahn to anyone looking for a fair and honest used vehicle buying experience.

We were extremely pleased with our purchase experience from Autobahn Motors. The prior reviews are very much true, based on our experience. Mr. Alex was truly a pleasure to work with, making us feel comfortable enough to purchase a Mercedes completely site unseen!He was honest and forthright, assisted us with obtaining a pre-purchase inspection from a local shop, made repairs as we had discussed, helped arrange for shipping, and kindly held onto the vehicle for a few extra weeks until we had moved into our new home in another state before shipping. The vehicle arrived exactly as described with paperwork fully intact. Definitely would make another purchase in the future without reservations.

Great experience. I made a deal with Alex over the phone. I was extremely pleased. He made the process quick and simple. I drove from Iowa to pick the car up and it was worth it. Not only was the car I bought clean and well cared for. His entire lot was immaculate. If you re looking for quality for the money and a good experience, give AutobahnUSA a chance.

My son and I visited Autobahn three years ago but ended up finding our car at another establishment. I remembered the "feel" I had at Autobahn and am happy I went there first this time around. I got a fair price for a great car. The pride that Alex and Jonas and others take in this business is always apparent, and just as much in the communication as in the vehicles and numbers. "Above and beyond" can be a cliche, but I don't hesitate to use it to describe Autobahn. They serve their customers, and they obviously care about their ongoing reputation!

A year ago I bought a 1988 16v Turbo Saab 900 from Alex at Autobahn Motors USA. It was a remote transaction. Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is responsive and reliable and was always available to answer questions. He recommended a quality independent shop to conduct a pre-purchase inspection and fixed all the items that he said he would as agreed. He was willing to arrange shipping but in the end I was able to do that. One year on and I could not be happier with my Saab 900 Turbo. And I am grateful to Alex at Autobahn Motors USA for making a remote transaction so reliable and such a pleasure!!

The purchasing process is honest, transparent, and low pressure. I could not give a better recommendation to anyone looking for a late model European car than Autobahn Motors.

I bought my first Mini Cooper from Autobahn Motors a few years back, a 2007 Base, and I still get complaints to this day when I drive it. People can t believe how old it is and how sharp it still looks. I told Alex I was coming back after that purchase of the Mini, and I kept my word....I went back and bought a Volvo S40 T5 and it truly is a head turner! Pristine condition and a powerful engine at a very fair price. I am blown away by this dealership, it s rare to find such excellence in customer service and honesty in any business nowadays. Alex knows his stuff and he gives you all the information you need to make your decision. They are not pushy, the cars practically sell themselves! A totally pleasant car purchasing experience. Check them out if you are into the high end foreign car brands and I m sure you ll come away with one from here. And oh yes, my next car will be purchased from Autobahn Motors also!

If 5 stars in the best, I give Autobahn 5 stars plus! Alex is obviously very selective in choosing the cars he sells on his lot and it shows! I bought a Land Rover LR2 and it is immaculate inside and out. IT truly looks and drives as if it were brand new! I LOVE my car and buying a car from Autobahn is a simple & pleasant experience. If you want to buy a pre-owned high end car, I HIGHLY recommend that you visit Alex. He is honest, trustworthy and delightful to work with. A refreshing experience!

I cannot possibly write enough positive comments about Autobahn. I have worked with Alex for my last 3 car purchases, over almost 20 years. My most recent purchase is by far the most all-around perfect car I have owned. The cars at Autobahn are beautiful, reliable and have the good word of a very honest businessman behind them. He will help you find the right car for YOU. He does not push you into cars that are out of your price range or not what you came for. Their service is so helpful and accommodating!!!
