If you are thinking about purchasing a car at Kansas City Audi, I highly recommend that you work with Jason! He was knowledgeable, authentic, and had excellent customer service from start to finish. Purchasing a car can be overwhelming and tedious when you aren t in the right hands, but everyone here made it efficient and easy. Major thanks to him and the rest of the Audi team that helped me. I love my new car and will definitely be back to KC Audi in the future.

Ordered a 2022 Audi Q5 from Jason after my lease ended with my Lincoln. Jason was super helpful, always replying via his personal cell phone, and was always straightforward and transparent. I ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Tara in service for about 3 years now and I cannot say enough good things about her! Tara is always accommodating with a loaner when unexpected issues arise. She always has a smile on her face to greet me and to help me whenever I pull into the service drive! Great experience at Kansas City Audi.

Our salesman Ricardo, was outstanding!!!Started greeting with hello my name is Ricardo, very polite and listened to our needs. Ricardo help ease the stress that is normally associated with purchasing an automobile, but not at Audi at least not with Ricardo he made our purchase happen smoothly and was informing us every step of the way. I recommend if you purchase a car to deal with someone who cares has integrity and professionalism like Ricardo, That was extremely important to my wife and I. He was fair and honest and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Thank you Kansas City Audi for having hired a true professional.

We, as out of state buyers, are very pleased with Audi KC. We found the right car at the right price. We had a excellent experience with Brayan Ramirez, a young and talented salesperson who was able to satisfy every question that we had in a timely fashion and presented us with a beautiful 2023 CPO Audi A4 to take back to Colorado. Jason was incredibly helpful. He took time helping me understand a long term plan for purchasing & owning an e-tron electric Audi. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me all of the positives as well as a plan for battery upgrade, the details of warranties, etc. Very grateful to have spoken with such a smart, honest, and kind person. I stopped in to service without an appointment. Tara greeted me and was very kind and professional. They couldn't get my car in due to prior appointments but they did take a quick look at my car to make me feel safe and know I could still drive it. I can't thank them enough for that! Ricardo is such a stand up human, ended up being a friend by the end of the experience. We had a more than fair trade in value, above KBB, and negotiation of our new vehicle. He has a level of professionalism, candor and friendliness that s refreshing in this industry. I ve been a loyal customer to KC Audi for almost 5 years and the customer service across the board is the best I ve seen in Kansas City, a huge reason we went back without shopping other dealerships since we knew we would have a great experience. Pompous, arrogant, unwilling to actually help a customer. Perhaps the annoying young woman at the desk would be more inclined to smile, help or otherwise if her face wasn t caked over with so much makeup it looked like a bad drywall job. Shawnee is by and far leagues better than this place.

Very impressive process. We drove a couple of cars, discussed each one with Jason, and made our decision. All of our questions were answered thoroughly without the slightest bit of pressure. The paperwork was quick and simple and we had our new machine that afternoon. I will recommend Molle and Jason to anyone who is car shopping.

I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle! I worked with my hometown dealership for a month and a half and worked with Kansas City Audi for a day and was able to get everything I wanted and needed accomplished in 24 hours. That includes a purchase of a new vehicle, a trade-in of a used vehicle and travel time of six hours, round-trip all in 24 hours. Brad was wonderful to work with! I could not recommend Kansas City Audi more!

This is, without a doubt, the Audi enthusiast's dealer in the KC metro. The sales team is phenomenal and they don't play games. Sal, Kelly, and Jeff have treated me extremely well and I will continue to purchase from them as long as I'm stationed in the continental 48. My last transaction was trading in an S4 for a factory-ordered RS3, and I literally could not have asked for a better experience, from placing the order through flying through the finance office out the door. My two service appointments with Cassie have also been great, with a loaner when needed and quick service when not.
