This was my very first time at alter ego. I was welcomed very warmly by Amy and asked if I needed any help. She was very kind and considerate. Also very helpful and knowledgeable about things. This is a very cool store with lots of stock and things to spend money on haha. Whether you write a metric or a Harley you can get stuff here. Clothing helmets parts baggage etc anything you need for your bike you can probably get it at alter ego. If they can't get it for you in store they can order it for you. I'm glad a fellow biker told me about this place.

The gentlemen at Alter Ego that s fielded a couple of my calls regarding parts for my Deuce was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me find a solution. If you re near this place, I would give them a look. Great work.

Awesome selection of equipment and even better staff. They had helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even did the install. Super convenient!!!! Will definitely be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

I placed an order online on August 26th 2021. On September 15th I sent an email inquiring about by order and still have not gotten a response or my merchandise. On Sept 23rd I get a email from pay pal crediting my money back. Still no communication from this place.

If you re looking for something special and you can t find it, go to Alter Ego and they will find at a great price. Best motorcycle shop in the state.

Very unhelpful over the phone trying to make sure they had what I need in stock before I made the 120 mile round trip: finally just had to gave up felt like I was an inconvenience to the guy hopefully the Shawnee store will call me back soon and I can get better service from her

I just went to this shop for the first time at the beginning of summer. Every time I come in the staff always treats you with respect and does their best to help get you what ever it is you might be looking for. There is never a since of trying to be sold on something you're not sure about. Keep up the great work.

Good prices way better than Harley I went to go there but they were closed for the weekend for the holiday and not sure why they took so many extra days but I really need to be there and couldn't get what I wanted but other than that I've been there a couple times in the past they're pretty fair on the prices and kind people

Everyone in the store was very helpful and the one lady that assisted me with purchasing a helmet was very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten here name. She informed me that for the new rider course at the Harley Davidson Dealership you must have a 3/4 helmet. Another assistant in the store actually called the Dealership to verify the new requirement of the 3/4 helmet. I am always happy, excited to see women riders and ones that can help new riders like myself! She was awesome!!!

Went in to buy my wife some chaps.she got the help she needed did everything they could to get her the ones she wanted.we did end up going with a heavier pair.the fit great my wife is extremely happy.check them out lots of parts for a harley.hug selection of sunglasses gogels that u can think of.alot more fun than shopping online.

They gave me the wrong part wouldn't fit charged me 40$ to put back on the shelf should be told that before I buy items will never shop here again. Said it was my fault the part didn't fit when I asked them if it was still going to be able to fit when I had this other part on my bike they said yes with no problems. So I get it home and it doesn't fit come back and the guy was like you don't know what kind of bike you have I couldn't believe how he was talking to me bad coustomer service

Excellent customer service! I bought a light bulb for my bike and the parts guy even installed the bulb for me! I won't shop anywhere else! Fantastic prices!

Very nice people. I was trying to get carb jet for older quad. They tried but didn't have what I needed. They suggested other options. I ended up getting online.

This place is going downhill I went in there to try to get new handlebars and a new seat for my Harley After 10 minutes of waiting my turn. He didn t even want to help me or show me options of different styles of seats and handlebars he could get then he started helping somebody else that was behind me in line while I was still asking simple questions he couldn t answer He acted irritated the whole time I talk to him.poor service I ll never go back he lost my business
