Got us In quick, knew immediately our issue and fixed an alignment from a regular shop. Truck rides smooth, goes straight down the road. Handles better than any new truck we ve driven. I wouldn t waste my time going anywhere else.

I can t even describe what an amazing job chad has done for my truck. I was suggested to see him by many other happy owner operators to get a real alignment done. The hype was definitely not for show. He s extremely knowledgeable about his work, tells you what is wrong, why, how he s gonna fix it, and after it s said and done gives you advice on what to do next. My truck drives so much better than it ever has since I obtained it. This man deserves a pure 5-star rating hands down. Truck drives straight and I m not holding the steering wheel left to go straight. I was ecstatic on how he was practically teaching me on what he was doing as he was doing it. You get to watch him work his magic and see how the alignment is done. I m amazed. I m not very mechanical oriented as I want to be but I definitely picked up some knowledge on all of this because of him. Highly recommend.

Excellent and quick service. Chad went right to work on my truck. Showed and explained to me what was wrong and the necessary steps he was gonna take to correct it. Driving like a complete diffrent truck now. Thanks Chad for you excellent work and service. Will be back.

I came to have some trailer work done and pay Chad a visit. He wasn t in when I arrived. As t&e was finishing up the billing, chad showed up. FYI, I had just had an alignment done in august at 16,000 miles, so I wasn t expecting any issues. Chad walked up to and told me I had an issue with the truck. I explained to him that I had just had the alignment done and had brand new steers put on at 58,000 miles. He proceeded to show me the issue and I asked if he had time to fix it today. He had me in and out a short time later and have driven 50 miles since chad did the alignment. The truck feels more stable and I m not counter steering near as much after every little bump in the road. I highly recommend chad over any other alignment specialist. Thank you!

Chad is the best alignment guy on the planet, bar none. Seriously. I am not kidding. He has a well-earned nationwide reputation. He will solve whatever alignment problems you are having. Go see him. :)

I went to Chad after my friend heard about him and after being to 2 different Alingment shops and 2 mechanics for tires wearing funny and my truck shaking. The other Alingment shops took my money and the mechanics said they could not figure it out. Chad diagnosed my truck in about 10 minutes. I got the necessary repairs done and Chad aligned my truck. It is a different truck now. No shaking and drives straight as an arrow. Chad is the only person who will align my truck from here on out. I live in Louisiana and will happily deadhead to Kansas City for him to align my truck. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Chad really knows his stuff. I love how he explains exactly what he is doing and why. As a owner operator it is important to build relationships with guys like him that truly care about our trucks. I highly recommend Alignment Solutions!

Chad is the best alignment technician in the country! He aligned my truck 2 years ago and it was still going straight. After we had just about the entire steer axle replaced, he set the alignment up again. He didn't even start working on it until 6pm, but that didn't matter. He made sure it was perfect before he let me have it back.Did I mention that I live in Central FL and only come to Kansas City to get me truck aligned?If you have had multiple alignments done by some other place and it's still not right, let Chad take care of it. He will make sure to get you straightened out.Thanks Chad. See you next time.

I went here hoping to remedy a bad steer tire wear issue that four other shops took my money but didn't solve. Chad (the owner) is knowledgeable and sees it as his job, if not mission in life, to educate his customers (a refreshing change from bigger shops who don't want you anywhere near your truck when they're working on it). I don't have enough miles on my new steers to know for sure if the problem is resolved, but so far (3k miles) things are looking good. He offers a 60 day warranty on his work. If you don't think it's right within that period, bring it back and he'll make it right. I hope I don't have to make use of that policy. In fact, I hope I never see Chad again because that means everything is running great, but hey, it's trucking, so I'm sure I'll eventually be back with this truck or the next one.

Chad Hohn with Alignment Solutions has been doing perfect and long lasting alignments for years. Chad was Mike Beckett's apprentice for many years. To this day Mike Beckett the foremost expert on alignments in the country and now retired from alignments, refers everyone to Chad. Chad won't do an alignment if there is something wrong with your truck that he thinks will prevent a perfect alignment. Its mind blowing how knowledgeable, meticulous and honest he is!

I had a inside steer tire wear issue. Had a friend suggest I check out a place that uses the MD Alignment system, so I called Chad at Alignment Solutions to see if he could help me with this issue. I WILL NEVER GO ANY PLACE ELSE AGAIN!I set-up an appointment for that afternoon, showed him what was happening (replaced steers 8 mo.'s ago) and he said "No Problem, I can fix that". He explained and showed me exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and how he was going to fix it.I was at the point of needing steer tires again because of this wear issue.Now I have new steers, a straight, non pulling, non jumping front end, and the drives aligned with the steers as it should be.DRIVERS......dont waste your money at TA, PETRO, LOVES, FLYING J OR ANY DEALER......they cant deliver what Alignment Solutions delivers.I'm eternally grateful to Chad and his expertise. The truck is straight as an arrow......thank you so much Chad.

After having taken truck to numerous shops for tire wear and vibration Chad located issue after 15 mins and had truck scheduled for repairs next day. T&E came in under estimate and Chad finished with alignment. This truck has never ran this straight down the road. My only regret is not taking it to them when issues started. Could've saved thousands of dollars going from one shop to the next.

I payed $365 for alignment of my truck, but it is as bad as before even worst!! Racist ,wrong , bad job people!! The guy was super unprofessional and had a bad aproach and bad attetued!! He never was able to find my truck alignment issue and never refunded me!Keep off from this place by far far away!!!

What more is there to say? Chad is hands down, the best. He is the only one I will allow to align my truck and I will continue to drive to KC to do so, until the day he calls it quits.

After taking my truck to a Loves, TA and a Freightliner dealer I finally found this guy thank God. I could tell right away this place was different. All three axles were outta whack and he figured it out and sorted it in no time at all. I learned a lot from this guy. Only place I'll go from now on

If you want a place to get your truck aligned this is the place to do it. Chad knows what he is doing and are reliable in getting what needs to be done. Very knowledgeable person.

I dont know why I didn't have this alignment done sooner. The last shop charged me close to $600 for an alignment. I fought to keep the truck on the road. These alignments are amazing. I'm a customer for life. Just wish they'd do trailer alignments.
