I purchased a 2024 Vulcan S Caf� here last week.Mike is a good, helpful and honest guy. He kept in contact and helped me through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and made things quick and simple.Jason was great. He got me geared up in all the right stuff and made sure everything was comfortable and fit properly.Advantage Powersports itself is clean and organized. They have something for everyone. There are also free snacks and beverages while you wait.I will definitely be back for any maintenance and upgrades.

Put a hold down on a motorcycle and decided not to buy it. Was told it was refundable. When i try to get my money back because i wasn t pursing the bike anymore, I got hit with Well 3 other people wanted it and we had to hold it since the hold was for a week Okay so give me the money back and hit up those 3 people. It was only 2 days. And NO documentation was signed stating if i were to back out that i couldn t get it back. Then he mentions that i signed over the phone. What?? I try to dispute it with my bank and they thought it was odd to that since nothing was signed besides a credit app. They told me to just get a copy of the credit app and we can go from there. I reach back out to Advantage to get a copy of the credit app and all of a sudden, I can get my $1000 HOLD money back. Real sketchy in my opinion.

My boyfriend and I just bought a new Brute Force with the great guidance and help from Gary, one of the salesmen! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Also Andy in financing made it a quick and easy process for us!

Andy and Gary made the buying experience painless and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!Edit: At 6 months, my motorcycle was stolen and totaled. At that time, I have used a single oil change on my 3 year service contract. I tried to get this cancelled. These cannot be cancelled. I loved the buying experience, but the service and care after is lacking. I'd recommend staying away from any service packages and just buying the vehicle.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Tried adding extra cost and increased the agreed upon sale price by $1000. When addressing the financing error became extremely rude and untrustworthy. The sales manager became involved at our request and quickly became rude. On heaving the business continued to yell at us as we left the business. The store owner asked us to return to the business to "discuss the interaction and work with us.". The owner simply told us his team was trustworthy and we should take the sale as they secretly amended it to their advantage no further willingness to work with us. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

The man that helped us was so patient, so knowledgeable! We browsed the entire store, Can ams to atvs, to every drivable piece of equipment! This store has a GREAT INVENTORY good selection, nice large facility that also does repairs. We have been happy with the repair shop as well. Thanks to all of you who help us when we come in!

Had an amazing buying experience! Andy is very pleasant to work with and explained all items I could purchase thoroughly. I didn't leave feeling confused or uncomfortable with the bike or warranty deals I had purchased. If you're looking to buy a motorized machine here that's about all to expect when coming in. There's no incentive to be an educated buyer to make the sales peoples/ finance department's job easier because it doesn't reflect in the selling price/OTD $. *No discount for saving time or coming correct.No one upsell'd me to their products, I had to ask to speak to the right person to then receive that customer service. My experience wasn't bad but for my very first motorcycle purchase I wasn't blown away. Is it crazy to expect that when spending thousands of dollars? Parts department was by far the most personable. Jason, you're the man. Advantage did help get my bike into the truck bed with a ramp and helped ratchet strap it down. Really appreciated that.

Very helpfull group. They give you multiple options. Found an awsome helmet. They looked and gave great advice on it. Even ordered what we wanted. Oh I got me a great bike. Multiple choices for people. Bikes, 4 wheelers, accessories and more.

I inquired after hours about a bike they showed in stock on their website. I was called promptly the next morning, was able to have a no BS conversation and secure the bike over the phone. In person dealings were just as fast and no hassle when it came time for paperwork and pickup. I'm quite pleased over all.

Service department is rude, and lately disorganized. They hang up on you, and talk down to you. Price gouging is certainly an issue here as well charging well over msrp.The only "advantage" they offer is having a great spot in the northland. Probably the reason they treat their customers like trash, because they know we have to drive a minimum of 30 minutes to get to LCC or somewhere else for better service, sales, and parts.I am hoping this review helps spark some change and make Advantage Powersports' dealership experience a little more pleasant or even enjoyable.

They forgot to put my brakes on my dirt bike (the only set of brakes) thank God I caught it before I rode. Service manager is incredibly rude and mocked me when I asked about it. Do not shop here! Shonna is awesome though!

We bought our first can a maverick on New Year s Eve! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stayed late so we could finish our sale. We can t wait to test out our new toy! If you are in the market for a new toy, I 100% recommend advantage powersports!

Pure and simple thieves. Bought a bike and a week later the battery was dead. I replaced it. the following week after two miles of riding the front tire was flat. These people had to keep the battery on a charger, keep inflating the tire while it was on the floor. When I called to inform them they're reply was "what did you expect? You bought the cheapest model on the floor." In which I found on Craig's list. A flat tire can be dangerous, but they made a sale. Or a kill as they call it.Took the bike to a local shop, in Mission Shawnee, found a "loose valve stem" and missing cap. Installed a new cap and tightened the valve cap for free. Beware where you buy from ....

We bought a Can-Am from them and have had the worst customer service ever! Go somewhere else if you expect good customer service or want them to actually work on your machine. We have only owned ours for 3 months and it has been in the shop more than we have had it and still no resolution.

Only 4 stars because when we went in to look/purchase our new Can Am Commander; the sales staff needs some work. I felt like we were looked down on with a little "Pretty Women" movie reference when looking at the vehicle. After asking two salesmen questions and getting no where, Gary approached us and offered us everything we asked for. Even waited after hours with me for my husband to return with a trailer to take it home with us! 5 stars for Gary.Also the finance manager was extremely helpful and even offered us a contact for more affordable insurance after the deal was closed.Just watch out for those couple of bad apples.

We bought a new machine from this place. Pricing and documents where like you was trying to steal something. This was by far the most uncomfortable buying experience I ve ever had. Due to this I wouldn t want to buy there again. The location was clean and had a nice showroom.

Service department is horrible. Had a bike in their shop awhile ago and ive recently been adding a few new parts to the bike, only to find out they skipped steps and now i have to spend more money in the long run. Just stay away from this dealership and take it to a dealer like freedom cycles. I wish i would have now that im going through and having to spend more money on all the stuff they covered up

I bought a Used Can-Am Commander from Advantage in 2017. I was thinking about trading that in at a dealer near our recreation property. I went to find the docs on the Commander, and couldn't find them. Todd at Advantage worked HARD to help getting replacements. Replacement MSO was no problem, but it was stamped with a lien from previous buyer. Todd was able to get a duplicate lien release from the old lender. Todd and Advantage didn't have to work as hard as they did, but I sure appreciate it, and will be sure to patronize them when I can and recommend them to friends and family. They went the extra mile that isn't seen often. Great experience.

My mother recently purchased a Trailmaster Mid from a salesmen named Mike. After stating the Trailmaster Mid might be to small and that she would need the next step up for the kids, Mike became irritated and short when my mother didn't take his recommendation.After trusting Mike she purchased the TrailMaster Mid. Only to get it home and realize it was in fact too small!!!!Not only is it too small, the steering column sticks making turning dangerous, the positive toe-in is so bad is makes the Kart look cross eyed and easy to roll (especiallysince the streering is sticky. the engine doesn't stay running for more than 5 minutes at idle, and it's leaking oil.Not only did this happen to my mother but her neighbor who purchased a Trailmaster Mini for her daughter so the kids can play. Upon her delivery A WHEEL FELL OFF. They are missing parts.Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. The only reason I have a 1 start is because I can't give half a star.Salesmen are pushy inconsiderate and only in it for the sale. Whoever put these together is putting people's lives in danger.Please read all the reviews before you think about setting foot in this dealership.

Super good guys as long as they're taking advantage of you. Says it in the name. Btw, they sell you an aftermarket warranty. Better verify they actually bought it, they just kept my money and wouldn't even look at the issue with my bike. Then ignored every attempt to contact them. Terrible service from top to bottom

This is for my grandfather worst customer service he s ever had in his 85 years. He brought his ATV in to have them look at it and they told him to come back so he did, on a Tuesday morning since they are closed Sunday and Monday. No one offered to help he when he brought it back a second time. The man was too busy eating behind the counter. And when they finally did acknowledge him, they told him that they couldn t even look at it for a month.

Not a good experience. They charged my bank account twice for one down payment. There bike was way overpriced because I found the same model 2 years newer for $2000 dollars less and the guy on the phone said I was lying. So I would be careful doing business with them.

Mike was quick to get back to me when other local places weren't. Quote and availability responses were fast also. Andy was great getting everything squared away with our purchase. Would definitely recommend purchasing through Advantage!
