Great experience. I bought a battery and had the employee install it and she was great. She was straight the point and a pleasure to work with. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for car parts/needs.

Just stopped in with a brake light that was out. I am the least handy guy on this planet. Grateful for employee Eric who came out and made sure the light was installed correctly. Outstanding customer service and he made sure I understood the solution for the future.I recommend this store/location.

I gonna to there for car part there was only one person in front desk he was talking on phone I had to waiting for 15 minutes and no body show up and no one served me I have to leave.

Awesome place and helpful employees. I'm sorry I forgot your name but who ever the lady was that runs this location is soo nice and helpful and this location usually has everything I need. They have also helped me out with the trash location in olathe on Santa fe. Worth the 30 minute drive.

They helped me get the right part , and had it in stock , staff was friendly and eager to get me going with what I needed. Including a 10 mm ratchet wrench , if you know you know. LOL

Very poor service. No line but still I waited twenty minutes for help. When someone finally appeared they were wiping what I believe to be the remains of a jelly doughnut off their face. On a previous visit the clerk allowed someone in front of me to test their battery. I would like to say I won t be back....but I will.

When my wife was released from the hospital, our car's battery wouldn't start her little car. A jump start got us going. We went to Advance Auto Parts # 07562. John checked our battery and determined we needed to replace it. Which we did! Haley installed the new battery and I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. She did the job in short order. Haley should be commended for a job well done and a raise would be a just reward for her. My wife and I will definitely go back to Advance Auto Parts.Thank you,James DeWoody

Excellent customer service. The guys there are very nice and knowledgeable. Swapped out my old battery with a brand new one! They will be go-to place for auto parts from here on out .

Was pretty baffled that i was unable to find a very basic part at this store either in stock or on their computer. I had to put up with the employee going through a list of a thousand washers to try to find me a copper crush washer. clearly i should have stuck with the internet instead. I will say if your looking for overpriced valve stem caps and air fresheners this is the place to go.

Didn't need parts, just a screwdriver to put on new plates. Chris was more than helpful on a tool loan. Ended up buying the tools as a thank you. Clean, well lit, happy establishment. They made a new customer here ;-)

Notified order was ready 2 items drove over without the copy delayed finding the bulbs said that was all there was installed bulb while there looked at receipt clearly listed the other item inside a different clerk said the bulbs had been taped to 2nd item a day my name was on it. SMH

The people at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were a great help to me when my battery was giving me fits. They tested it with their reader at no charge and answered all of my many questions.

I went to this Advance store because the store had the power steering hose I neededThe gentleman that helped me is willing to look under my vehicle hood when I asked so I could understand better that my diagnosis was correct/incorrectVery professional and personal/patient with me. A true professionalM very pleased with this store

The 3 ladies working Saturday night 11/17/18 on Burlington in N. Kansas City were extremely knowledgeable parts counter workers.I observed several customers receive parts advice beyond anything I have ever seen in my 70 years. Some males have not reached that level of expertise.
