While their labor is affordable you are bound to make repeat trips to get your transmission to stop leaking and run correctly. In hindsight the savings you'd make coming here is insignificant compared to the cost and time Mike and his people will have on you.But the cherry on top is when you entrust the shop to keep your property safe only to find out their cameras are just for show...especially the one directly in front of my vehicle and their front entrance...thus allowing your vehicle (and 2 others) to be vandalized and gutted. But wait it gets better...to then be told "it's not my fault" by the shady owner Mike. Whom then likes to act like Big Bad Leroy Brown by yelling at a woman, getting in my face, threatening violence, all before kicking them out instead of finding a fair and reasonable effort way to make things right.100% avoid this shady joke of a business.Service: Transmission

Had my transmission supposedly rebuilt in 2022 and it went out a month less than a year later. Towed it back to their shop and they paid for tow, they had it over a week. I got it back and I asked if my warranty was extended for another year. NOPE, I made up my mind I was never coming back right then. Get home and now I have motor oil leaking all over my garage, take it back and of coarse it nothing that they did! Now I have to climb under there and see what they screwed up? Don t go there. Terrible workmanship! Should have went to certified !!!!!!!Well this is in response to your post. I had the car for 4-5 years and yes it did leak oil and i showed you the pics of the before and after you took the transmission out. When i got it back it leaked a drop a second which was not like it was. You know it and I know it reguardless of what you say and i will add the the motor blew up on me a month and a half ago. Yes im very displeased with things now. I had to buy a new car so thank you very much. Don t beleive me? Call brads auto and they will conform. Its a coincidence that my motor blew up two months after you worked on it. Sorry not satisfied customer is to say the least. Not sorry

Had a new transmission installed in March and then a leak repaired in October - Gary and his crew had me back on the road in 2 days. So important when you work and have to reply on others for help getting to and from locations. THANK YOU so much!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Mike and Gary solved my transmission problems. Yes, more than one, so it was somewhat frustrating to resolve. Dealt with different shops on and off for over 8 months. They were suggested by a friend who had work done. Fixed the problem and at a very reasonable cost. A+, I definitely would recommend.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

You guys did a horrible job. I then found out cars got broken into at your shop and you do nothing. Hands down, this is the place I will always take my cars in for repairs. Mike ( the owner) is reasonable, honest and knows how to fix and diagnose the problems almost immediately. My Ram 1500 wouldn't shift. It sat at another shop for 2 weeks and all they did was misdiagnose the problem twice! When I called AAA 11 days ago Gary told me they couldn't do it till today but they'd get on it right away. Dropped it off at 8:30 a.m.. Mike called at 10:15, told me what part he needed to replace, how much it would cost and said he'd have it done this afternoon by 5. He called at 2:30 to say it's ready and price was exactly what he'd quoted me. Couldn't be any more pleased!Service: Transmission

AAA told me that I needed a distributor so I had AAA replace it. Only to find out that they never replaced it at all. Always ask any mechanic for your old parts. A couple months later my truck wouldn t start so I took it to a mechanic closer to my home. They told me it was the distributor so i took it back to AAA because it was under warranty. Every time I called to check the status, they told me they were going to get to it the next day. Needles to say that day never came but what did come was my truck was vandalized, 2 catalytic converter s, 2 busted windows and my stereo system stolen. That happened on a Thursday, I didn t get a call until the following Monday which then I was told that I m S.O.L. because they don t have insurance for theft of the vehicles left on Their property. This place is very fraudulent and I can almost guarantee that you ll be back with more issues than which you came.Service: Exhaust

Needed to have a transfer case replaced, which requires a lot of labor and removing of parts to even access. Mike and Gary were straightforward, honest and fair priced. They got my car in and out within 2 days. Highly recommend for any transmission work. Thanks you!!

I had my truck serviced after I bought it by a mechanic who found a very minor transmission leak. They referred me to these guys and their competence is lacking greatly! It s is an older vehicle which is incredibly easy to work on and they can t seem to fix a leak that used to be minor until they got their hands on it. After the first go around I had to rent a vehicle for a week on my dime and it was returned to me with a far worse leak than after I bought the truck. Plus my transmission had bolts missing to top it all off. They were kind enough to stand by their word and fix it again but unfortunately the transmission continues to leak. I asked them to cover the difference for a rental car for another week and they refused to be accommodating. I understand things happen but I have already paid for a rental once for their mistakes and to refuse to help for something they are not competent enough to fix boggles my mind!!! Their excuse is that it s old but I have been to three different mechanics who all told me that this excuse is false! They do stand by their word on fixing their mistakes but BE WARNED!! It may take them several times to get it right and that s if you are lucky and be prepared to rent a vehicle 2,3, or maybe even four times! I would recommend someone else at this point! Fool me once shame on me but if you fool me three times you just don t know what you are doing!

They diagnosed my transmission fluid leak correctly, driver side axle seal. Within a week I had a leak again. Thought was from a different location. So I took my car to a different shop. Same diagnosis. Leak is worse now than ever was before. This garage has fixed it correctly for even a cheaper price than I paid AAA transmission. Never again will I come here.Service: Transmission

I took my truck in there to get a transmission rebuilt they couldn't fix the transmission couldn't figure it out so they bought a certified Transmission and put it in there. It took them 6 weeks to do this now I take the transmission to certified to have my certificate signed off on and it wasn't installed correctly leaky fittings save your money don't go to this place just go to certified and be done with them worst experience of my life. Their rating should be negative 5 stars

My motor went out on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. Couldn t find anyone to put it in, in a timely manner so I called these guys. Bought a use motor from a salvage yard in Kansas City. They put the motor in didn t replace anything on the motor liked asked to do. Gaskets, motor mounts etc.... and my transmission started leaking because my motor mounts we worn out. This all happened around April - May 2020. I still have issues with the car since then. I would not ever recommend them to anyone for anything.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car was broken into on their property and they're not taking any liability for it. Over $1,000 worth of clothes, tools and miss including my remote start and they still held my car for ransome.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

took my roush mustang in for an upgraded clutch install. drove to the shop perfect!! took them 2 weeks to get the parts in, and then 3 days to complete the job. car wouldnt drive itself home under its own power and they have yet to return my phone calls 3 days later...wish i could give these shade tree mechanics 0 stars!! EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

I needed a new transmission for my 1988 Ford Mustang LX.This shop delivered on the work.There was a slight hiccup with the delivery of the new equipment.Overall though great customer service and friendly folks to work with-thanks guys!
