Super friendly and caring people. Got my transmission fixed real quick and at a great price, then they even stayed after hours to make sure everything was in working condition and that I d get home safe! Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service!! Stopped with my Aunt she had a leak they got her in checked her van out, told her a couple of options. She went to pay and no charge. Kudos to you.

I've bought several cars from them from the age 18 until now I'm 30. The car I'm driving now I bought from the about 2yrs ago.. when my car brakes down they tow truck picks me up take my car to the shop then takes me home wit out a problem. They are some real nice people.willing to work with you in anyway possible. They fix my car when needed. I've even referred my family and friends to come and get cars from here. And the NEVER had problems . Go check them out for yourself you'll be HAPPY!!!

They were very thorough and as someone who doesn't know much about cars and less about transmissions, they explained everything and something's twice. LoL Amazing service for just the right price.

I have been coming to A-1 transmission for about 10 yrs. My family have brought 3 cars in this 10 yrs period. I love their services. The staff is friendly to their customer in person and on the phone. There up front to there customer on whatever problems you have. I took my car in another auto service and they told me it was my tansmission. I took it to A-1 transmission to find out it was just a head gasget. They could have easy said the same thing as the other auto serives but they was completely honest. I have refer A-1 transmission business to friends and family.

My car broke down nearby and had towed to this shop. They are honest and are very professional at what they do. They have been in business for years. Very trustworthy.

Not happy at all . Ordered on July 1st 2020, still have not received the transmission , call and get excuse after excuse . But they got my money .Considering hiring a lawyer . Terrible place to do business, never heard so many lies .

Walked in and customer service terrible. Treated rudely.We were there to meet someone about a car.The Lady in the front was kurt and nasty.They also weren't wearing mask...we won't be back.
