I wasn t going to write a review but I really should get this out there so it doesn t happen to anyone else. I used A&A Royal to fix my leaky sunroof and replace my headliner on my car. I was told I had a warranty, all I had to do was keep the receipt. The first time it rained my sunroof leaked all over the inside of my car. I called and told them it was still leaking and now my brand new headliner is ruined. They were going to charge me $200 more to even look at it. These photos are how they make sure your headliner stays in place nope. It doesn t stay attached and makes my headliner drop in areas. I am now out of $630 and still have a leaky sunroof that is ruining my new headliner.Services: Car upholstery, Upholstery installation

Very bad service. He did not install the seating covers correctly and it went off almost immediately after installation. He did not refund any money and refused to redo it. they charged me $200 to only put the seat covering on and when I went back a few days later to get it checked because it wasn't put on correctly they wanted to charge me another $100 to do a redesign!!!!!!! They said it has life time warranty which they lied about as they wanted to charge again. Also the $200 I paid is just for labor not for the covers, I had my own covers they only needed to install it correctly which they didn't!!!!!! They also scratched the plastic while installing this which is extremely unprofessional and the car is brand new 2021 car!Service: Seat rebuilds

I am someone who works out of her vehicle and I transport dogs 95% of the time the vehicle is running. Dog hair accumulates quickly! My van was way overdue for a serious deep cleaning. I was overwhelmed even looking at it when I took the dog crates out.At the suggestion of a friend who had a positive experience having their van detailed, I decided to try it out. It took them 2 days to complete, but worth it. My minivan came back looking brand new!!!!!! They also sold me on this rubber mat that I can put down and help stay in place cut to the shape of the interior floor, so my dogs won't get my carpet wet or muddy or furry anymore! It's working great so far! VERY HAPPY with my service there! Would highly recommend! Photos of before and after!

Had some seat covers installed in my 21 Ram pickup truck. The install looks Awesome. Working with Anthony was great, Will use them for future jobs.,

I had a great experience and the work was above my expectations. They saved my 40 year old seats. The staff went over and beyond for all my demands and the price was very reasonable. They also fixed my dashboard but I don't have any pictures at the moment. Best work I seen in Kansas City so far....Wish I could give then 10 stars

Service was good,I have been coming here for years,gonna have some top work done on my sons Mustang,they did a top for me before on a Cadillac of mine they put a Landau top on it,and ot came out nice..don't have pics yet but I will post them when I take them for sure...these are the before look...will post the after ones later...after the 5th pic,the last few are the after pics, so the last 9.,good job Royal.

They did a fantastic job putting on my drop top for my mustang. It no longer leaks after taking it to them and having it replaced. Well worth every dime spent. Very professional and friendly. I am taking my car back to them so they can do my power windows and locks as well. Wonderful people, excellent service, superb work that is done. Excuse my car. I had not washed the bird poop off yet. But the black top is what I had them do. I'm in love with my car again because they did so well. Thank you guys!

Terms have been met and both sides have made ammends. The Showcar will enjoy it's new parts and The Stack of Gold will appear in the World of Wheels car show 2024 .. Thanks to Royal Auto for recognizing

Brought my car in for window tinting. The car ended up getting towed from their shop because they drained my battery. They attempted to diagnose the vehicle without my consent. They fried the hybrid system now I m looking at a high shop bill from Lexus. These guys are scammers rude and unprofessional. They also tried to commit fraud by charging me for wheels and tires using their Acima Leasing Company. STAY AWAY

Waste of time. CALLED them before i came & was given misinformation. One of the employees was rude, got on the phone immediately when he seen me. The woman was absolutely no help. all smiles. nothing intelligent, bless her.

I had them replace the lock in the front passenger door of my car, which was not responding to the key. When I walked in, they greeted me cheerfully, got the order ready, and had me out the door in no time. The repair, too, was quicker than I had expected. And they even replaced the battery in my key at no charge.I not only would recommend them for work on my car, I'm actually going back to have them replace two more car door locks.Great service!

I had a great experience here! I went to replace my rear view passenger window and they took care of it in a timely manner! I definitely plan to return for auto parts maintenance if I ever need it.

Super friendly customer service from start to finish. They matched the back of my car windows for the fronts and they look great. They installed my new headlights and my car looks new again. Also, I had my headliner replaced and it was not up to my standard and I found some flaws that needed attention. So, they re did the entire headliner and it looks awesome. Just took a 2nd trip back but they were super helpful and listened. I was skeptical at first but impressed that everything turned out great and they were really nice about it.Services: Privacy window films, Custom upholstery

I was having problems with my remote for my automatic startThe beautiful lady that worked there just went above and beyond to help me, she had a super personality and she was just genuine and really wanted to help me and she did. She gave me helpful information but also was Hands-On taking my remote apart and putting batteries in for me and I really really appreciated thatThese are the kind of people that deserve a shout out, thank you so very much ma'am,

I had seat covers that I purchased specifically for my vehicle. I contacted this business and set an appointment for installation. As soon as I realized that I was running late for the appointment that day I called them, still making it in to have the work done. I thought their price was a bit high but compared to another quote for the exact same work from a competitor which was $850! I decided to utilize this company. After taking several hours to get the work done they advised me my vehicle was ready. What really irritated me was the interior was dirty, numerous spots of mud located on both the floorboards and the seats. I was further amazed at the lackluster concern by the "manager" with what I was dealing with. He stated how there were two individuals working on this job and how he was extremely ocd. I was amazed that I had to start working on cleaning the interior myself with some help from the manager then when I went to check out there was no real adjustment even offered or discussed. After leaving that location my first stop was a car wash and vacuum area. Again, keep in mind this is a car detailing business. Lesson learned, there's got to be a reasonably priced business for this kind of work that cares about the final product they roll out to the customer.

I cannot tell you how awesome they are. Seriously one of the best places to go for your car repair they were able to give me in same-day and I got my car back at the end of the day I had to have my paneling on my jeep renegade repaired and I am just extremely thrilled with the work that they have done and how kind everybody is. Completely amazing I will be referring and coming back if I need them again.Service: Car upholstery

I took my truck to them for power windows looked, fixed. I was told price of new motor was 75x 2 possible regulator 75 plus labor. Then a switch bezel had to be made 60. This came to a 585 total. Then when I picked up the truck the bill was 700. They stated the motor, regulators were not separate items so 2 doors 150 each. Then the installer says they only put one new motor in the rear door and the new combo in one. When asked the boss man he blamed the price discrepancy on he had to leave and the girl up front ordered the parts. I asked him why they didn't call about the price said doesn't like making phone calls.

I don't know what those people were talking about, but I have been really impressed with the work they have done.I had a new top put on my car as the old one was falling off and they not only put the new top on they fixed the motor so it would come up and down correctly. I had the car detailed the car detailed and with the ont of dog hair my vacn or shop vac wouldn't get it out. For a 20+ year old car it looks fantastic. I will continue to use their services

I took my sport car to A&A in the 90's and they did a fantastic uphostery repair job on it. So last month when my leather got torn in my Lincoln, I was so glad to know that A&A Royal Auto Trim was still in business after all these years. How do they do it???? They are fast and meticulous, and you would NEVER know that anything was ever ripped or torn. It looks like factory work.Service: Custom upholstery

Did quality work timely,but I do feel like I should always ask for awrittenn quoted because I was verbally wioted$275 for the repair and a additional _26Pp00 for foam repair.whe my wife picked up my car the price had jumped to _500 the representative told her they used a better wialitayetoal

Me and my family have been coming here for years, we love this place!! I always leave satisfied. We've brought in several cars to have the windows/ windshields tinted and they always look perfect when finished. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I recommend everyone to go here! Plus they guarantee all of their work. They want you to leave happy. Great people!

Royal Trim has always been my "Go-To" auto detailing shop. I have always gotten quality results from their experience staff in I just got my front windows tinted over the weekend, and they match the ones tinted in the back perfect! "Quality" is their "middle" name! Check them out!

A&A Royal Trim we re exceptional with their treating and coating our BMW Z4 convertible top, as well as performing a complete detail of our convertible. Both Alan and Anthony were great to park with, as l as the wonderfully polite woman behind the counter. A and A performed a sunroof glass repair on our 2021 Kia K5. Not only did they do a great job with the glass replacement, the overall experience dealing with the owners was about a s good as it gets. Friendly, courteous and professional from the minute we stepped into the shop. They are a little hard to find, but it was worth the drive to get to their shop. We plan to go back and have them do a paint ding repair, and perform a ceramic paint coating/sealant on my wife's car. They are a great local business, and I recommend them 100%.Service: General repairs

Prices are slightly higher than most. However the quality of products ie. Window Tint etc. along with the attention to detail, quality work and customer service; makes the overall experience very worth the prices. Plus a convenient location they ve been at for years in Midtown-Westport.

I am giving them 4 stars because of my experience with the "customer satisfaction" of the product/service. When I wasn't completely satisfied with the product that I purchased and asked for my money back, they told me to come right in and that they would refund my money and remove the product from my vehicle. Most companies would have probably reacted differently and would probably say "well you already paid for it and it is installed", but they did the opposite. I wish I was more informed about the product before having it installed in the first place as I was misinformed about the functionality of the product. My only complaint is to make sure that whomever is selling a certain product, knows all the features that come along with it.

They did a window tint and installed a new stereo and speakers. The work was done timely and the service was great. The tint looks awesome and they were able to provide some great options for the radio/ sound system. I am bringing my other vehicles in for work. Also, two years ago they modified a backrest for the sissy bar on my motorcycle. My wife is much happier now that metal is not jamming into her back. The pad modified is comfortable and matches the bike.

I had them install a remote start on my vehicle. After a couple weeks, I noticed the hood safety switch wasn't installed. This is a standard safety item that comes with all remote start kits. When I called back to ask about it, they were wanting to charge me an additional $50 for something the should have installed the first time.
