The repair person was great but their automated system is impossible to work with. I confirmed the part arrived by calling the number and they cancelled anyway. Autodialer called to confirm appointments after they already happened. You can't talk to a person to resolve these issues, even if you already paid. Took a week for part to arrive, and another week to keep rescheduling and install it. Missed work three or four separate days.Also seems sketchy the link to "rate your repair person" is actually the link to rate this company on Google, since those are two very different things.

Service technician was good, very nice and helpful. The scheduling and talking to someone about parts and scheduling is terrible. I want to talk to people not an automated recording. Five stars for the technician, Zero for everything else.

Very professional and courteous. He knew what he was talking about and was able to determine if the appliance could be repaired or not.
