This was the first time I have used spradlin. They provided very good customer service. When I spoke to them on the phone initially they gave me a date that they could get my car in and an approximate cost. I brought it to them two days before my appointment and they held true to their word. They got my car done the same day that they said they would and the price was within the original price quote. I would highly recommend using them they are a family-owned business. They provide excellent service. I will use them again and recommend them to other people.Service: Electrical

I have been a customer of Spradlin Automotive for years now, and I can confidently say that they are the best auto repair shop in town! From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was in good hands. The staff at Spradlin Automotive are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy.What sets Spradlin Automotive apart from other repair shops is their commitment to getting the job done right the first time. I have brought my vehicle and my family's vehicles to them on numerous occasions, and every time they have diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their repairs.The customer service at Spradlin Automotive is also exceptional. They are always willing to answer any questions that I have and explain the repairs that are needed in a way that is easy to understand. They are honest and upfront about the costs and never try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or services.But what really impresses me about Spradlin Automotive is their attention to detail. I took my car there to repair the AC. For the past 5 years found it the freon leaks out and nobody can find where it's leaking from. They found it and submitted the warranty and all I had to pay with my deductible. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Updated: Don't waste your time or money. My extended family has been using this mechanic for a few years and so I decided to try them out. Even though my dad had a couple minor issues with them. They generally get the work done quickly. So I had some work done several months ago and the power steering pump broke again. They would not warranty the fix even though the break was from them putting the wrong fluid in the power steering pump (This was confirmed by another mechanic who put the new pump on) these take ATF fluid. They said since I supplied the part that they would not warranty the labor. This was not told to me when they installed the part nor did I ever actually ask them to use my part. I just happened to have it in the front seat.. If they had asked; yes I would have wanted them to use my part but it was never mentioned. Instead of apologizing in their response they just give excuses.None of us will use this mechanic again. There are plenty other good mechanics out here that would be happy to have you as a customer.

Excellent service & its operated by some really great people. They did my moms breaks at a very reasonable price & very quickly. They did such a great job & were so friendly I took my car in to have my breaks done 2 weeks later.

I got home from my overseas deployment with the army in May of 2018, my girlfriend was having problems with her vehicle while I was deployed so we took it here in June. It took them 6 weeks to get an answer of what was wrong with the car which in this case then engine was dead. So then Deborah told us she would find out cost for motor and labor and call us back, WE called HER 2 weeks later after not hearing anything and she gave us a quote on the "one Motor in the country" she found for that car which was pretty high price so she said she would check into other options and we never heard back from her. It is December 2018 and we received a call from Wells Fargo who we have the car financed through (we did not buy it from them) and they told us Deborah called them and said the car WAS ABANDONED 8 MONTHS AGO!!!! I wasn't even in this country 8 months ago, so then I call Deborah immediately and she tried to tell me she was just trying to get our contact info which they wouldn't give her (which you would think she knows from having a car business) which is a HUGE lie because last time she couldn't get ahold of us she called my dad and we called her right back we have done business with them in the past and have known this family for 20+ years and I cannot believe what they have become and I cannot believe Deborah would lie and try to take possession of our vehicle when she was suppose to get back with us, this is the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life and as a veteran is a huge slap in the face that she would run a business like this. I would NEVER do business with this place it has become the shadiest shop my family has ever dealt with and it is truly a shame because Art himself does good work.

Art & Debra are a great team & they have good men working with them. My Ole truck has had its hiccups thru the years and the team has been able to solve & fix, in a timely manner. It is difficult to find a mechanic team one can trust. Some things I can fix myself and I always get sound advise as Art did this week (7/22/19) They get to do the hard stuff I haven t the tools for. ............. Yes I highly recommend Spradlin Automotive & Repair. 5 from me. Go there and ask about your vehicle & if he can t fix it he ll tell you right up front; but if he pulls it in the garage - consider it FIXED!

i have been doing bizz with art and his sweet wife for years and there the only ones that i trust to work on any of my cars do not pay attention to the two one star reviews below as they are most likely competition

Unfortunately for Debra who has to use a fictitious name and give her own business a 5 star rating, the car DOES NOT have a blown engine. After all the bs Debra pulled when I had the Cadillac there I took it to Auto Doctor in Cape Girardeau where within 2 weeks was diagnosed with a bad wiring harness and now runs perfectly!!! So, Debra I m glad you left that review and stuck your own foot in your mouth! Again, people DO NOT go to this shop the only reason she tried to tell us it had a blown engine was so they could fix it at a cheap price then put it on their lot to sell which is why she tried to call our bank to take possession after she never called us to talk about repairs. So, they charged us $180 to tell us they looked at the engine and said it was blown AND IT WASNT EVEN BLOWN!!! So the way it looks to me is either your mechanics are terrible or you lied and never even looked at the engine! So again Debra, thank you for leaving that review about your own shop hiding behind a fake name! That s cute!! Oh, and the car was not there 8 months, and didn t you tell our bank it was there over a year??? Which is it Debra?? STOP LYING!!!!!! If anyone would like to see the car running just fine for proof please look me up on Facebook, cause I sure don t want this to happen to any other family!!! We ll be spreading the word!!
