They normally have what I need or can get it in a few days, but can be terribly disorganized. The right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing as they say.

My Pathfinder needed a new Alternator so went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they had one and find a replacement.Talked with Kayla (salesperson) and she found me one (which it showed in stock but when she checked it was not there) so she called and got me one quickly. Meanwhile while waiting for it to show up I went around checking prices on other items to see what inventory they had and check their prices all seemed reasonable.Alternator showed up about 15-20 minutes later and I left.Returned several days later with my old core Alternator to get a core refund credit talked with Scott which did a quick transaction and refund me on my old core quickly. Seems like a friendly place everyone was nice and knowledgeable so I would recommend this place.

The employee Jon at the Jackson, MO store was very helpful in finding the correct battery for our vehicle and assisted in installing into our vehicle and suggested new wiper blades and installed them before we left on our vacation.

Just visited this location during a mandatory mask order(posted on their door) and not only did they allow 6 people in without masks but the cashier also was not wearing a mask. If it wasn t an ordinance I wouldn t care but if they don t care about their cities jurisdiction.... just thought Id let people know.Otherwise fine service.

My windshield wiper flew off in storm last night. Next day went to Jackson location. Could not find right size wiper blades. Bryce was awesome. Help me find the right blades for my car and even offered to put them on. Thank you Bryce for being polite, respectful and a good guy!

If you have to go to brick and mortar. Oreilly s is my recommendation. However, please understand the guys behind the counter are not professional mechanics.

We only buy parts with O'Reilly. Trustworthy and they price match. And they keep all the transactions in the computer so I don't have to keep my receipts.

If you want a place that will install windshield wipers that fit but don't lock and then come off in the middle of driving in a storm then this is the place for you! Luckily I have rain X on my windshield or I would have probably wrecked with the amount of rain coming down then.
