Bought tailgate the listing said very clearly "tailgate. with rear camera" after purchasing it I realized the camera was not in it went back inside to tell the woman an was told it had a place for a camera then I showed her the listing an pictures of it an was told they took the pictures when the truck was still whole they would not do anything about it would not but anything from them again they are con artist

Needed a head for 07 mustang got their info from a local yard, called they said they had explained warranty (great price) also location details said bout a hundred miles from me, this was Wednesday evening (closing time) said call them 1st thing Thursday went as follows it was a gift for my son paid over the phone SHIPPED it was on my door step Friday morning. Huge thanks to Lauren and dad for making it happen, will be in contact NEW CUSTOMER ALERT & WILL GET YOU MORE

STAY AWAY! BEWARE! I thought the reviews about the owner and workers being rude were an exaggeration, but they were exactly right. Never experienced such horrible customer service from a business from the owner himself (Jim) and office manager (Lauren C) in my entire life. They will yell and shout at you if you have any additional questions about your purchase or received a bad part. They make it seem like it was your fault. They just want your money, and expect you to leave. CROOKS!!! They will promise you something, then go back on their word. If you have other options to go somewhere else, go there. Don t even step foot in this place. You will thank me later. They are not good people. Don t give such people your money or time.

I was in desperate need of a Subaru hatch. They said they had one. When I got there, the hatch was ready and waiting for me at the gate, with all mounting accessories included. Highly recommend.

Was traveling from Florida to Minnesota to pick up my 07 Cadillac CTS that I left up there last summer after my wife hit a deer with it. So, before I left Florida I found a replacement hood on eBay that was for local pickup only, and was supposedly located here. It says online they're open but when I pulled up at 1 o'clock this afternoon they were all closed up with no sign or anything! Good thing I have had so many experiences like this in the past that I already had a Plan B and I had also lined up another hood in Iowa before I left!

I have dealt with Johannes for over 40 years I never had any problems with the service or the parts I suggest others leave their want for free cards at home and wait your turn on line I've worked in the part department with Johansson

I was sent to call Johanna s because I was told they have newer vehicles and I was trying to explain to the woman that and she cuts me off and says what year is your car and what do you need and I told her and she was very short with me and was no help.

Very disorganized. Called and asked about a part availability at 8am and was told it would be ready for me when I got there and after driving 3 and a half hours one way I was told that they were not going to get it off the car til the next day. After asking them if I waited they still would not help remedy their mistake and I was told no. BEWARE IF DRIVING FROM AND DISTANT TO THIS PLACE THAT YOU MIGHT WASTE YOUR DAY AS I DID AND THEY WILL NOT TRY TO HELP IN ANY WAY.

I ordered a door over the phone and they told me it s in good condition after I drove 2 that door have plenty of dents and scratches.

Pitiful. Drove from TN to pick up an item purchased online. Was told the item would be ready for pick up but after a 4 hour drive they said that they had already sold the item and didn t have anything comparable. Completely unprofessional and I recommend you find somewhere else to do business with.

We bought an engine with only 30k miles on it and upon start up it had a very bad knock in the lower end. They replaced the engine with another but no help on the cost of install and removal. You would expect an engine with only 30k miles to be serviceable part which it was not. I've bought from other yards that do take care of you on these kind of parts, so think twice about where you buy or you might get left out to dry on the install of a defective part.

This place will not replace anything. If something dose not work it is always your fault. They will not give your money back our replace the part. They will tell you that everytime that it was something you did . They tell you the same thing eveytime it dose not matter if it's a motor, transmission, rear ends it dont matter what it is they will not replace it. We will not be doing business with them anymore and will not be sending anyone to them Ever again

Horrible very unprofessional 0%percent chance it ll work I bought Ah motor from them for 1900 dollars n it didn t work they offer you no service no help after the fact no care or concern highly recommended you go else where smh

Got a new transmission here, car runs great again! You can take back (trade-in?) The old part for some cash if you got a receipt. Will be going back to them in the future!

Will not ever use this scrap yard again. Sold me the wrong part, then Justin wouldn t refund me the whole amount for his lack of knowledge. Charged me a 20% restocking fee for his mistake. Much better options out there.

Bought a rear end from them and it was in worse shape than the one it was bought to replace. I drove over 2 hours to buy this thing. Luckily I was able to use parts from it and the other to make 1 decent rear end.

I really like coming here. Most parts are a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I also like you can examine the part 1st, before removing it (yourself) and pick the best 1 out of what's there.

we ordered a transmission for a 2011 750ix drive BMW had a issue with shiftingi called and explained the problem he told me to figure out the problem and call him back did exactly that put a couple solenoids in it fixed the problem100 percentthank you guys for the partial refundalways a pleasure doing business with a company that's looking out for their customers
