First I'd like to say the good things. Charlie my salesman was very nice and reasonable. The truck I got is extremely nice and we got it for a good price. I had it checked out by my mechanic and he gave me the green light. The bad part was the vehicles could me maintained better. Before I bought it. The battery needed to be changed and it needed a new coil pack on one of the cylinders. But they fixed it and were very nice about it. The only thing they didn't replace I'd like to see is the backup camera is blurry ( due to it being 9 years old) and they didn't want to change it. Luckily it's only like a 50 dollor fix but I feel it is something they could have done. My advice but this apples to all used car dealers is do your research and get it checked out by your mechanic.

I really want to give Jake and the entire staff a big shout out, what a great bunch of folks helping people get into reasonably priced vehicles when they need one. I would highly recommend doing business with them for anyone looking for a used vehicle. The only reason I did not hit the 5 stars is the same as another review I had read, most of the vehicles needed a good wash and one we had chosen to test drive wouldn't start at all. Good for us as we ended up in a better vehicle, but that could have been a big put off for other customers. The customer service is top notch, please go see Jake and the crew at First Auto Credit!!

We had a great experience with Jacob. He handled the purchase of ours son s first truck for his 16th birthday. He was straight forward and made the purchase of the vehicle smooth and easy. I would certainly do business with him again in the future.

I showed up at First Auto Credit around 9am and was out the door a little after 10am with my new vehicle. This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership through several different car purchases throughout the years.My credit situation was far from ideal, and filled with collections, repossessions, and outstanding unresolved debts to creditors.Kevin Cahill went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I personally picked out.I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who asked me for a recommendation.Thank you again, I am beyond estatic to have a vehicle once more.

Wow! From start to finish First Auto Credit worked hard to accomplish my goals when buying my truck! Caleb responded extremely fast with all my questions. No body was pushy. Caleb gave me nothing but professionalism and the info I needed to make the purchase! Sales team were all really nice and professional and the finance department worked great finding me the best deal for my budget! I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle! I have looked at a number of car Dealerships and could not find anything I wanted. I decided to give First Auto Credit. After seeing their commercial on TV. I called and spoke with Nick who made purchasing a vehicle so easy. I recommend buying your next vehicle from First Auto Credit. Financing was easy. When I decide to purchase another vehicle, First Auto Credit will the place I go. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Walked in with very little hope and left with a truck! Caleb worked extremely hard and was very patient with us while working with different finance companies to approve us for a vehicle. The service was very friendly and we will definitely be back to get another vehicle!

Great place to find a good used car. Caleb was very helpful and let us look at as many cars as we wanted. We looked at a bunch of cars, (Caleb was great running back & forth to get keys), drove a couple, and decided to see what kind of financing they could offer. They offered us a couple deals, we agreed to one, and signed papers. Start to finish probably a couple hours. They comped us dinner at the restaurant next door too.Since our deal wasn't completely finalized and it was Saturday afternoon they made arrangements to get everything finished up on Monday and they delivered my car to me where I work free of charge! We're very happy with First Auto Credit, our salesman Caleb, and the car we got. Go check them out!

I bought a 2011 Ford f150 Super Cab V6. I test drive it and was very please of the performance and how quiet the truck was. Charles Hirt was the salesman who gave me all the information on it. He didn't rush me. He was very helpful. He help me get the financial help I needed with lowest rates. I definitely will recommend if you need a truck or car then I highly recommend you see Chales Hirt. Tell him I recommended him.

Caleb D was so helpful! My car gave out yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I m driving away in a MUCH nicer and WAY more reliable newer vehicle. It took a little bit to get me approved but Caleb didn t give up and we got everything squared away in no time at all. If you re looking to sell your car First Auto Credit is the place to go! The dealer couldn t touch the price we were offered by Jared. This is the second vehicle we ve sold here - Jared, Ross and everyone else we ve worked with have been extremely helpful, professional and so easy to do business with. Called ahead because I had over an hour drive. Nick was extremely helpful over the phone. Truck was exactly as he stated. After buying the truck I discovered an issue, Nick and First Auto Credit went above and beyond correcting it. Very happy and impressed with the customer service!

I begin by saying that this was a pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. My past interactions with other dealerships have always run into prideful and pushy sales people, which is very unpleasant. It was a joy to work with Jacob as he listened and understood what I was looking for and didn t try to sell me other vehicles that I was not interested in. After a little negotiating, we agreed with what I believed to be a fair deal on a suburban that we were looking at. The suburban was just as it was advertised and very clean. Thank you for a great experience in helping us find the vehicle we are looking for.
