Great experience! I called the Ironton facility early in the morning. They were able to quickly get my car in to check the brakes and change the pads. Very efficient, thorough and very professional. Would definitely recommend their services

Thanks for the amazing service!! I ordered my tires yesterday and they got them in the next morning and placed them on my truck!! They took care of all our needs and was extremely informative on warranty and talked me through any questions I had.

Great services, the guys kept me up to date with parts and how long it would take and with the cost.I was able to leave my car there for a,few weeks till i could pick it upCar is running great with no issues.

I blew a tire today and thankfully Mike was able to get me a new tire on my only means of transportation in record time! Customer service was off the charts amazing. 10/10 would come back

I stopped in to order new tires for my pickup. Mark the assistant manager, helped me select a quality tire and they had the size I needed in stock. The price was significantly less than I expected to pay. Mark and Al went to work installing the new set of tires and also performed an alignment. I was out of there in about an hour with four new tires and money left in the pocketbook. The road noise from the tires is minimal just like Mark advised and they look great. My trucks smiling and just in time too, Al pointed out a slipped belt and bulge in my old takeoffs. The tires also come with free rotation and fixes for the life of the tire at no extra charge. This was a pleasant surprise. I couldn t be happier. Plaza tire really took good care of me with no bull or excessive ad ons. Highly recommend. Real people, real service, very sincere!

I absolutely love this location. All of the staff are professional and friendly. They take the extra time to truly explain what the issues are with your vehicle and the urgency of the repairs needed. I feel this is very important, especially since I've had other shops try to tell me expensive repairs were required (in actuality it wasn't even needed). The lobby/bathroom is always clean. Their manager Chris is doing an excellent job. I will continue to trust them with my automotive needs.

Absolutely a blessing. I called as we were traveling thru for tire repair on our boat trailer. The Plaza Tire shop answered their phone and assured us they could help. Saturday am, which I am sure is normally extremely busy... but they took time to help out a traveler in need. Highly recommend and am grateful for their help.

Truly 4 tires in one hour! Everyone is friendly and really care about your vehicle and good service. There when you need them. 7/23 Car problems again and again they provided excellent service and care. They could have taken advantage of me, but they didn't. My car is in good shape now. Thanks!

Great service for a small town Plaza Tire shop! When life threw me a flat tire, I responded with a phone call to Plaza Tire. Greatest solution ever. Plaza Tire has GREAT and IMPRESSIVELY fast service. The guy with the beard didn t hesitate to get me taken care of as fast as he could. Even after all the business he had on his plate, he still provided awesome communicable customer service. He was very open and honest about prices and gave me just the one that would work perfectly for me. I am beyond grateful, thank you Plaza Tire! I am a happy customer.

The oil change today was fine but I bought a set of tires a few months back and they have a vibration I have had it back several times.the last time they told me they would pro rate them and replace them. I don't think there should be a pro rate on tires that were never any good. So I now buy my tires elsewhere.

They do their. Best to fit u in and strive to help every one. In every. Way possible .. treat u. With a smile on their. Face and. Never make any bad remarks. And do all they can to make it right for your. Budget .. they. Help anyone and every .one . And mark is the guy to go see about. All your. Needs. .. from tires. To almost anything.. all the men there are. There to. Get the job. Done.. I would highly recommend them as well..

Had air leak on tire during trip. They got my car in quickly and then identified and repaired the leak. Everyone was polite and cost was very reasonable.

We have been to Plaza Tire Service for new tires, flats on many kinds of vehicles and for oil changes. The people working there are always polite and thorough. They get work finished in a timely manner.

We were from out of town and had a tire blow out on vacation. We found these guys by chance and they had the tires we needed, were reasonably priced, fit us in quickly and were extremely nice and easy to deal with! Chris, Jason and Kevin were above par in customer service! Would definitely recommend 100%!

We are on a biking trip with two small kids and got a puncture in our sidewall of a tire. We managed to get to Plaza Tire Service and not only was our tire in stock, but also the replacement was done in 30 minutes. What could have easily ruined our trip was a very pleasant experience. The kids loved going for ice cream while we waited, and we loved the quality work at a very reasonable price. Thank you for saving the day
