I will say that I have never had such a smooth experience with anyone before when it came to my cars. The scheduling was easy. The drop off was helpful and the work was done way faster than I expected and although the cost was more as I had no clue what was wrong it was a fair price. I would highly recommend that individuals come here for any vehicle work that needs to be done.

I found Ryan s Car Center in Independence on the internet and made an appointment to do work on my 2014 Chevy Impala. It need a lot of engine work and under body work after my kids drove it for a few years. After arriving at his shop, I was truly impressed that he was working with his son on teaching him the family business. That in itself, tells me that they care about the customers knowing the business will be past down to family. After going through the entire car and its engine and driving ability, I received a report on everything that needs to be fixed versus what s still in good shape. So, of course, I had them fix all the broken issues. When I picked it up, I was extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost of the service. He was very fair and honest on getting the job done. The car has 150k miles on it but it drives likes it a new car. It runs great and all the rattle noises have been fixed and repaired. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an honest family mechanic business and fair costs on car repairs, come see Ryan and his son to bring you into the family fold. All my cars will be done at Ryan s Car Center off Truman Rd.Frank

I have had to drop my car off 3xs and my son's truck 1x without an appointments in urgent situations. With both vehicles other places had misguided or caused the issues. Ryan's not only drove me home all 4xs while they worked on them. They kept me updated while they had them and it always costed less then the quote. The guys are all amazing. Anthony is who usually takes care of me when I come in, he is always so respectful and polite. All of them truly are. Do not go in expecting any less.Thanks to all of the AMAZING Ryan's staff!!! You folks are the best.

I was referred to Ryan s from a friend. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment online. The day before my appointment, I was surprised to receive a call from Ryan asking me what services I needed the next day. I told him the issues a different shop had told me needed to be done. Dropped my car off the next morning and within 2 hours had a detailed bid sent to me on what needed to be repaired, MOST of what the other shop told me was incorrect!! I picked my car up the next day and it drove like brand new !! Ryan and his staff couldn t have been more pleasant to deal with! This will definitely be my go to for ANY car needs, thanks Ryan !!!

Totally affordable. The nicest staff. Great communication and efficient work. I have a new car that was already giving me major problems. They fixed it in a day and returned it like new. Definitely will become my regular car shop when needed!

I've taken 3 different vehicles to them. Every time their service is fast and friendly. My husband's car had to be towed in. Was fixed in 3 days. My father's truck for oil change and check engine light - same day pick up. I had declined to have the glo plug replaced at the time. No issues with saying maybe later. New rotors and breaks on my escape. Ready next day. You don't have to worry about them trying to "get over on you" as a mechanic. If they offer something in the estimate and decline, they simply explain why it's needed and say ok. No over selling or trying to convince you of things. The guys are all friendly and helpful. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this honest local man supporting his family. Prices are right and work is well done. Thank you for all your help Ryan!

Never pushy sales tactics! Hard to find these days! Got my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan in and out within 2 days. Replaced my radiator and did a full inspection. Even helped me tow my van there. Great service and pricing. I will not be bringing my vehicles anywhere else for now on. They have even teamed up with local Community Service League to do charitable work. Honest, Reliable, and Affordable. Thank you guys.

Professional, very friendly up front and right on with diagnosis and very reasonable on the cost. Went above and beyond by giving me a ride home and even picked me up to get my car. Might just be one of the few honest shops left around.They could have tried to fail my state inspection for something very minorly worn but didn't. (I am a former tech/Inspector).Shops don't make $ on inspections but rather on the repairs from them... So this tells me they were honest.I will be going back to Ryan's for the stuff I can't do myself.

Very professional and timely. They have a big operation, but still have that small business familiarity. That makes a very comfortable. There is no other clients by name. The waiting area was not overcrowded which means their scheduling is good. I was in and out fast. Everyone was very polite and the waiting area was very clean and accommodating. I plan on coming back if I need more work done ; this is a great place to have your vehicle maintained or repaired. (I came back recently on a separate issue and again: great service that was super fast! It s hard to know these days where you can trust to get your car repaired. You can trust these guys. Its clear the owner s philosophy of customer care is evident in all aspects. I feel very confident recommending Ryan s.

The owner really turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. I was replacing a distributor on my truck and could not for the life of me get the timing set right. I took it up to Ryan s and after two days of troubleshooting, they determined my brand new distributor was bad from the factory. Ryan made sure to explain exactly what was happening throughout the process even though I was bugging the shop for information. I went to Ryan s this time due to its close proximity but will be returning because of their honesty and service.

This place is a class act! I haven't felt this comfortable with an auto repair shop in decades and they are very reasonable, professional, courteous and do the job right the first time! I love theses guys THEY have saved my 2000 BMW 323I ALONG WITH THE CSI COMMUNITY SERVICE LEAGUE MY CAR WAS SITTING FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THESE TWO BUSINESS HELPED ME TO BRING LIFE BACK TO MY CAR AND MYSELF I AM DISABLED AND A VETERAN AND IM VERY BLESSED AND GRATEFUL FOR THERE HELP AND PUTTING BACK ON THE ROAD AND I'M VERY PLEASED AND THANK YOU

I needed to have a used car from a dealer inspected and they were only a mile away. I never want to buy a used car without an inspection and I saw their reviews and decided to have them inspect it. Well, Mike the really friendly guy up front offered to do a complete inspection for 2 hours and fit me right in for it. They did an excellent and organized detail for what was needed and I was able to negotiate down $1000 on the price of the car because of their outstanding work!They also were able to fit me in the next day to repair all the issues that came up during the inspection.Super well run shop, Ryan and his staff are super professional, honest and decent people. Ryan is a good and honest man. He fixed the water pump on my jeep this summer and it runs like a champ. You won't be sorry if you use him:)
