Very polite people they have a nice selection of good preowned vehicles that will fit most people s needs. They offer a 3rd party warranty which was nice.

Great place!! Alex does everything he says he is going to do and does it quick. If my calm wasn t answered it was always returned!! This will be a great vehicle for me and my family and will be the place I go to for my next truck!!! Great prices, great people I wish I could afford a second vehicle right now!!

I got a car from there 2-26. The dealership said they drove it for 2k miles and it runs perfect. On the way home, the car stalled out several times. When I took it to the mechanic, they said there was absolutely no oil in the car. I called the dealership and they said the car didn t have problems when they drove it and there is a first time for everything . Had this reliable car for less than 30 min before it stalled and had to go into the shop.

I bought a car from Reliable Cars KC today and was extremely happy with the experience.The owner was very straightforward and easy to work with.The car is in great condition and was a great price.He was very honest and worked with us to give us peace of mind that we were making a good choice.I would highly recommend buying a car from Reliable Cars KC and will buy from them again in the future!

Went and bought a 2005 mercury mountaineer with a (going back ac compressor) and a non working passenger window motor. Spent $3300 on it and felt like a great deal. You are coming here for a used vehicle. They are always gonna have one or 2 issues. Remember you are paying cheap for a reason. Do your inspection before buying and during your test drive look it over. Great salesmanship and customer service.just wish I would have paid for the warranty!

Car we got was listed comes with warranty. They wouldn't sell a warranty. Should have known right there this company is not trust worthy.Got it and won't pass inspection anywhere. No one wants to be reliable to pass it cause they said it is not safe to drive at all. So can't even get it titled. Messaged reliable cars and they called and I tried explaining to them all issues, but they just asked does the horn work? Told them some of the wrongs with it, but didn't care. She was telling me a place where I could go that would pass inspection...ha dirty too... She hung up on us, and now won't answer. Horrible horrible place. We would return the car for a refund and let it be, but they won't even answer my calls.

Their car are all broken. I bough a car, in less that 2 weeks it was already broken. When i went to claim, she was pretty mad at me, she also call me the Police to let me get out of their property.. and she said that she won't able to help.. because that is my problem.. and they don't care If I put them in court.. I'm so upset..

I get a car from them and they said that nothing is wrong with it and it s been working. They have drove in it a few times out of town and everything literally the next day the car doesn t want to start up again and they are refusing to give us back our money And they re refusing to fix it. There is a lemon law that says under 72 hours you can go back to the car lock and get your money back or they have to fix it or give you another car and they are refusing. Do not even try and work with them , so not reliable that is false. I understand these are used vehicles and there would be a little bit of problems, but after one day of driving it, it should not of shut down like that!!!!

Overall I am pleased. Rebecca helped me over the phone 1st. Then, when I arrived, Samantha was pleasant and thorough. The process went smoothly overall. Aside from a slightly long wait, I was impressed with their service, and satisfied with my vehicle.

Very nice people but, the car I bought had to be put into the mechanic shop. The day after we bought it. Also had transmission issues but was told at the dealership that it just needed a oil change.

Update: bought this 05 f250 8 months ago this is the 5th time this truck has broken down on me, this dealership is the most poor excuse of a business there could ever be , don't buy any of there lemons on this lemon lot I put 4500 down paid $299 a month plus the insurance so in 8 months I've paid $9,300 for a truck that I've driven for less then a month with out the break downs and repair( cost of repair not included in this $9,300 8 months of wiping my a2s with my money and flushing it down the toliet) these people are scum lower than snakes belly worst then the smelliest porta-jon on a 120 degree day pure hot trash
