This is definitely the place to go from a tune-up to a inspection and anything in between.The customer service is on point- friendly and their time efficient. I appreciate y'all as well as my mother was rather impressed too! Keep up the good work guys and thanks again!

Nice and fast but gave me some false info about replacing a Ball joint that you had to replace the whole A Arm when replacing the lower ball joint. The ball joint could of been pressed out albeit its difficult but its easily done with right equipment.

I feel really bad leaving this late review because the service was timely and this happened a while ago. I was driving around and my brakes started failing and I pulled up to this place (because of a recommendation of a fraternity brother). The manager [wish I remembered his name] was the last one there and was about to close up and go home but took a look at my vehicle, drove it around the block and decided to stay late and fix my Tahoe because it was too dangerous to drive. I really, really appreciate that because it could have cost a whole lot more in the long run. He did an outstanding job, was extremely personable and wouldn't even take a tip. Who does that? I appreciate you. I was reminded to leave a review because I just referred another fraternity brother to go there for his Land Rover to be serviced. Definitely recommend to everyone.-KD

Called on 6/6 for rear brakes and they got me in first thing on 6/7. Did not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary work. Manager is pretty cool too. Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

this was a HORRIBLE experience and the repair had to be taken elsewhere to be fixed because this shop did not tighten the frame bolts back after their "repair" -- Upon leaving the car was barely driveable!! Loose steering, clunking and horrible pull to left! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone who values honesty or safety!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for over a decade and as a woman, I've never felt disrespected or taken advantage of. They've always thoroughly explained everything to me and given me a "heads up" on any potential future issues they might have seen!

Very good overall check of car and detailed everything we needed done (at our request) but was not pushy about doing it all right now, or even with them. Had we kept the car I would of had no doubt in taking it to them for all of the repairs needed. Helped us to make an informed decision about putting the work I to the car or moving on to a new one.

I had gone to the dealership and they gave me a laundry list of stuff to get done and prices I couldn't afford. I was referred to Precision Tune Auto Care by my family that uses this shop. I got an appointment easily by calling and on the day it only took an hour for them to figure out exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost. They said they could have it done by end of day so I said go ahead since it was definitely more reasonable priced than the dealership. They called me at home when it was ready, which was 2 hours before I expected. The man I worked with was very nice and answered all my questions.Definitely recommend.

Went and got a diagnosis done on my car so they can tell me EVERYTHING that s wrong with my car that needs to be fixed and repaired. A couple weeks later my entire wheel almost falls off my car because the shock suspensions failed and it the frame detached from my car. If they ACTUALLY looked they would ve been able to spot it. They even said that my rear brakes needed replaced so I know they were looking in that spot. Now my car is totaled after something they could ve told me about and I got fixed. Will never be back and don t recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve came here to get work done on the last 3 cars I ve owned over the past 4 years. I haven t had any issues with Precision. They re always professional, helpful, and understanding to my cars needs. Beware. Took our Jeep in for air not working, paid for inspection and estimate, was told coolant was leaking out, they supposedly fixed it, charged $350, air stopped working 2 weeks later, took it back, was told it was a $2000 part that was leaking, was told to bad so sad that we had another leak, WDF!!!!! Was told the new leak wasn t detected the first time cause that part was not leaking then, how convenient for them to have us come back to pay an extra $2000. I believe they knew it was leaking the first time and was trying to gouge us for more $. I do not recommend these smart aleck a*******!!!!!

Absolutely awesome. The mechanic explained exactly what was going on with my AC and fixed it. It ended up being quite cheaper than I had expected. Totally "cool" place to have your AC checked out.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Found them about 6 months ago, called was able to get appointment that day. Have since been back with my other 2 vehicles for oil change and regular maintenance. They are very respectful and great with time management. The longest I've had to wait is a couple minutes just to get checked in. Also was cheaper than where I had gone for 3 years.

These guys are awesome. I had multiple things go wrong on my car all in one week and they got me in quickly and gave me great pricing. They also went above and beyond in explaining things that would probably go wrong in the future since I have an old car and giving me an upfront price on what they would charge me when the time came. Cal the owner is very sweet and Rick the front man is easy to talk to and explains things clearly to someone who has no idea about cars. Highly recommend.

I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu which I have taking to this shop for all my vehicles and never had much trouble. This last time I took the car in it had a brake pedal assembly issue which took a week, then found out something got in my dash and ate the wires, they replaced that and was doing a check and found out it's shorted out something in the pedal assembly ad need to be replaced I have now been without a car for 4 going on 5 weeks and was told that my car had to be worked in around clients that had appt, this didn't make me happy and wondering if I should go back, I have many times and was told I'd get a call back and never would, not very happy with them and I have put alot of money into that car from them.

I went in for oil change and alignment. I didn't need the alignment and he rotated my tires. This is the ONLY place i let work on my car. They are as honest as the day is long. Very professional and affordable. They are not out to hose you. Alot of places see women come in and try to take them for all they can but not these guys. I love this honest professional service i get here and i will be back should my car need a professional persons attention. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband and I went in yesterday to get my car inspected. We had an excellent experience!! The man that did the inspections could get to my car right away and didn't delay. He was professional, timely, and just a nice guy. How many times can you say that about mechanics or car shops?? We had such a great experience, we are going to return with our other car for an inspection! We were in and out in about 15 minutes!
