Lee's shop will be my family's go to provider for the foreseeable future. We had a poor experience with another shop and misleading pricing and Lee gave us the best experience I have had in a shop in years. He is extremely informative with his explanation and wants to ensure that when you visit his shop that your needs are satisfied.

I've been going to Lee's for sometime now and prefer not to go elsewhere. They are always very thorough and prices are very fair.

Took 2 weeks to fix my vehicle. Quoted me way above almost $2000 more than what I came in there for. Found everything that was wrong with my car and tried to say if you don t let us fix these things all together then we can t guarantee our work for the actual repair needed lol Told them that s fine then I will tow it out out of there today to another place right around the corner. They called me back real quick with a quote for the actual repair that I had originally came in there for, which was close to $900. I let em do it since the car was already there but I will definitely not be coming back here. And guess what? My vehicle is running just the same as it was before without the extra stuff they tried to get me to repair. Who has $3000 dollars sitting around to spend on a car that s not even worth that price..lol They also refused to honor the online coupons of 10% off of any repair above a certain amount which is false advertisement. Dude at the front desk rolled his eyes when I ask to look over my vehicle before I paid. And all the employees sat there watching me like I was going to drive off without paying. He ask to move my car out the way so that he could get the keys back in his possession thought he was slick I just laughed to myself like whatever. But anywho only go here if you have no other options. LUBE CUBE around the corner is way better. NEVER AGAIN. Everything written in this review is my honest to God truth hand on the Bible regardless of what Lees Auto Repair says in reply. I stand on what I said In my review all truth not one lie was told I have nothing to gain by it, but try to help others find honest hearted businesses and you failed to achieve that. Have a good dayEdit: It was your shop on the corner of 24hwy across from Kathy s Chinese and the little gas station I go to on a regular with the nice white house on the hill.. I remember when you guys tore down that house on the corner to build your shop. I m not in your system..lol. How do you get all my info to check to see if I m in your system from 1 review online? I searched for a repair shop to handle my classic vehicle that had been sitting for years, lee and his team stepped up and had the experience to fix all of things I wanted to fix when all other shops had no clue about how to fix a car equipped with a carburetor. This facility is by far the best I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't take my collector car anywhere else

They did an excellent job repairing a blown head gasket and a valve job with timing chain replacement. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. My daughter said it was the cleanest repair shop she had ever seen. We will take her car there next week. I look forward to seeing them again. This place is definitely top notch! They have a customer for life! Professional, honest, great work, friendly and kind people. Lee and his daughter are amazing! There are not enough words to describe the great service that you will receive from this business. I was referred to Lee s Auto by employees at a local Auto Zone in my neighborhood, and I feel extremely blessed that I listened to their recommendation. I am extremely please with the service I received and my car drives like new again. I will recommend them to everyone that I know.

Lee's Auto is by far the best shop I've ever been too. I had my engine replaced in my chrysler 300. They do very good work, very friendly, understanding, reasonable prices, and don't have a problem explaining things where I understand unlike other shops. I will never go anywhere else to have my car worked on! Thank you guys so much I very much appreciate you and your hard work!!

I had an unusual issue with my door panel and stopped by and spoke with Steve. I had never visited this shop before. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness upon entering. You can tell they put a lot of pride in their work and ensuring their customers are taken well care of. Steve was friendly, open to listening to my concerns and validated them. He immediately checked it out and put my concerns at ease. He gets it! Peace of mind is everything! He is an employers dream. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. They have a new customer here.

Top notch service. Lee and his wife are some of the nicest people I've met. Lee took the time to take me back in the shop, showing me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle (wheel bearings) how it failed and how he replaced it. He shops quickly through several warehouses for the lowest price on the best quality parts. It was a great experience and I will be taking my vehicle back for any service needed that I can't do myself.

My wife and I moved from CA to Kansas City, MO and we needed an auto repair shop that we can trust. It looks like we just found our shop. Lee and the crew are real professionals. They truly care about their customers and they do not try to sell you stuff like some of those big auto repair franchises. We hope to be their customers for many years to come. Absolutely outstanding.Lee and his crew are incomparable to any other in my book. Not to mention, the establishment is clean and bright and comfortable.My van started having transmission issues when I stopped for gas in Independence during my cross-country travel from KY to CO. Joe, "the best transmission guy in town", from multiple sources, diagnosed the problem right away an hour before they closed for the night. Lee was EXTREMELY hospitable, personable and attentive. He let me sleep in my conversion van in the parking lot, provided me with power for my heater, SHOWER in the beautiful shop shower, made sure I had eaten, and most importantly- he was honest, straightforward and quite the comedian! Michael at the desk provided me with water, coffee, donuts and cookies, and frequently updated me on the status of my van!!Joe was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the mechanisms of the transmission.Previously, my Dad has been my mechanic and I've always had a hard time trusting anyone else, but these guys have my trust!THANK YOU Lee, Joe, Michael, and all the other guys who made my experience so enjoyable!Rock on, fellas!

10/10 service.I called them right before they closed to see if they could help my car that wasn t getting power to the engine. I got the car towed as soon as they opened in the AM, and they had it up and running in hours! They were straightforward and affordable. The owner even explained to me what I should keep an eye out moving forward with my car.Great experience.

I have been having issues with my Nissan and Stephen was ABSOLUTELY 100% honest with me with the problems that I was having and what gave me professional advise on what is the best route to take with my car!! Awesome service! No inflation of costs. Very fair and reasonable and honest! Lee himself works in the garage, and he works very hard. As a single female, I completely trust this auto repair service to take care of my 2006 Honda Accord. Thank you, Lee!!!

It's not often you find an auto shop you can not only trust, but also be confident in their abilities and services. As an analytical person, I appreciate that they took the time to show me what was going on with my truck and to educate me on why I was experiencing the issues I had before taking it to them. They also do great electrical troubleshooting and repaired the wiring to my transmission which had been damaged and left unsecured by a previous shop. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Lee's from now on.

I had my car towed here from another mechanic up the street because my car sat for 2 days without them telling me they wasn t going to be able to diagnose the problem for another week, let alone fix it. I had my car towed to Lee s Auto repair on a Monday afternoon and my car was ready for pickup Wednesday. Lee was very helpful and even checked with my warranty company to see if anything would be covered. Very happy with them and the service they provided. Thanks again.

Enjoyed my first experience with Lee's Auto Repair and will be returning. Mike was able to get my vehicle in quickly and I really appreciate that. Mike also has great front desk/customer service demeanor & communication. Keep up the good work Lee & staff. Also very nice new facility & customer reception area.

I wanted to update my review as I've been doing business with Lee's Auto for a few years now.I initially brought in a vehicle that was passed over by multiple mechanics and swindled out of money. Within a few days, they diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. Wow! Was I impressed. Then came a vehicle that was sitting over 5yrs out in the country. Countless problems and headaces for them I'm sure, but they were able to get that vehicle running in top form better than it was before it was left to the elements.Put aside there expertise in vehicles, they are great people who go out of their way to walk you through every issue and bend over backwards to accommodate and help with any and all decisions for the best outcome. Lee and Steven are great people with great values who go above and beyond. It's hard to find honest mechanics, it's even harder to find honest people who genuinely care. You have earned my business a million times over and wont ever think of looking for any other to trust with my vehicles.Anyone and everyone I run into with car issues or questions, I refer to Lee's without hesitation. I have had several cars in for routine maintenance & inspections. I've been in with 3 separate vehicles & my husband has taken his truck. Every time they've found an issue they have explained the problem & SHOWN me. They're honest, courteous, and helpful. I got my car towed to the shop around 7 o'clock PM and the owner was still there. Got me signed in and the work was done quickly and was very affordable. Gave me pricing before they even started the work. Highly recommend.

We've been bringing our vehicles to Lee for about 20 years. Good customer service. Prices are comparable or better than dealerships. Work is guaranteed. I like that it's a hometown small business, too.

Car died on my out of the blue and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had to have it towed and had it towed to Lee's. He diagnosed the problem and did it correctly as he was also working on it looked like 6 other cars. What a multi tasker ! Great pricing. Masterful Service and just an all around great experience. If you ever and i mean ever have a car issue. This is the guy to come see.

This was a great place. I needed a pre purchase inspection for a used car and they were amazing! They knew exactly what was wrong and steered me away from buying a really trash car. Very friendly and very fast service! Great guys.

VERY honest, extremely knowledgeable mechanics on duty. Lee's has the most professional, compassionate and experienced staff on hand! If you want your vehicle treated with kit gloves and repaired correctly the FIRST time, take it to Lee's Auto Repair hands down!!!

Top notch repair shop! The guys here are very professional and polite and they treat your car like its their own. Fast, reliable, reasonable, and they won't try and sell you anything you don't need. I had issues with both low beam headlights going out at the same time. I had replaced the bulbs and ran on high beams about a month. Then the drivers light went out. I took it in and worked with Steve and was excellent to work with. I highly recommend themService: ElectricalService: Electrical
