The experience I had at KC complete was top notch. Harley made sure I got everything I needed to get back on the road safely. Her and all the staff I had encounters with were extremely polite and professional. What an exceptional crew you guys have at KC auto. Thank you for getting my car up and running in a timely manner! I m extremely happy and impressed with this amazing auto & tire store and I got fantastic service today from these great people! Shout out to the excellent Ashley who took care of my car service today and also to Halsey, she runs a solid customer service desk and is very helpful and friendly. My service today was of the highest quality and extremely professional. I will be coming back as I ve found THE place I can trust to reliably fix my car and do so in a very timely way for a reasonable and competitive price, no need to shop around anymore- this is the best service in town! The experience was not good! Told the guy I just rebuilt my front end of the vehicle and still tried selling me parts when all I needed was an alignment! Then started on the different years on my tire's! Doesn't matter if tires are a little bit older. Tread was fine! Whoever aligned my vehicle did a poor job!

Very good customer service. Honest, the waiting area was very clean and i love the fact that they provide you uber service home so that i didnt have to wait there for 4 hours on my vehicle. Also they made me feel very welcome and they were very knowledgeable. I will for sure return. Thanks to them for diagnosing and getting rightt to work on my vehicle, i was a walk in basically

I had a bolt in my tire and did not feel safe driving home. KC Complete was able to fix it quickly, so I could make it home safely. They were friendly and helpful.

Ron was very knowledgeable and spent extra time to find just the right tires for my F150. Harley was her usual friendly and efficient self and is a bright spot at the front desk. Got them mounted today and so far are very satisfied. People like these are why we bring our fleet of five vehicles to KC complete for service.

amazing service!!! i hate getting any work done to my car just because i am not knowledgeable at all abt them. Rob broke everything down for me as simple as he could, got me an amazing price on the service i needed done. Will definitely be back when i need work done again.

I called Telle Tire in Independence Mo to schedule a tire rotation and to see if I d picked up a nail or screw since I was losing tire pressure. Sure enough I had. It was in a spot where it couldn t be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. They had to order one in but put spare on and kept the old one. When I called the next morning the had my new tire ready to be put on. I was in and out in no time. The lounge is comfortable, stocked with coffe and snacks. Everyone is so nice and accomm

KC complete Auto and tire in Independence on 23rd and Noland right in front of QuikTrip has been our to-go place to fix all of our vehicles each vehicle that we have brought in for any issues they have been very professional and very responsive and very informative of what's wrong with the vehicle and they get it done. In a timely manner not just that but it's also very very affordable.

First time going here for service. It was finished faster than I thought it would be and was also very reasonable. Nobody enjoys getting their car serviced but it was a good experience & staff was nice. Would definitely use your shop again!

Needed a new tire an the Mangager called and had one delivered by 5:00 that afternoon. I took it in around 2:15 pm the next day and was told it'll be about an hour so I said ok. In less than 30 minutes it was done. Reasonable charge for the tire, the labor and whatever else they had to do. It drives real good now. I think they put air in all my tires becaue it rides so smooth now.

Excellent job on my Saturn Outlook. I have been stressing on what was causing issues and KC Complete found the issues and completely fixed it. Stress free now and riding at it's best. Thanks for the job y'all did today!!!

We are very impressed with the service we got at KC Complete Auto. This is the second time we have used them. Their diagnosed the problem with our Traverse after a oil change at drive through oil service. They explained the problem and fixed it the same day. KC Complete's communication and pricing are excellent. They will be our care care shop from now on. Thank you to the service team for their excellent customer service!

Don't go here of you drive a manual transmission. They will leave it in gear for one so when you start it you kill and and potentially damage your motor. And I went here before for clutch problems and they didn't know how to fix my issue but I did and told them what to do.

From start to finish I was kept updated! Harley was awesome!!! All prices quoted were exact and if anything was different then I received a call to make sure all was ok to continue! Very pleased with the servicing of my vehicle and especially satisfied with the customer service which we know in this time and age is a rarity! UPDATEI will only take my vehicles to this shop. Every other shop has tried to price hike and has done terrible work. Not kc auto complete, they're literally far above the rest.Friendly people, quick service, clean garage, fair prices, and knowledgeable individuals. Go see these guys before anyone else. Ask for Cody, and you won't be let down.
