This man is a lifesaver! I am a seasoned mechanic, for the life of me I could not figure out this electrical issue. I spoke with a few shops that would not give me the time of day. He stated $100 to run diagnostic, I dropped my trailblazer and within a few hours he told me I was all set to pick it up. It happened to be an easy fix and he only charged me $50. Highly recommended honest mechanic. I found my new go to!

Took our car in to have the wheel bearings on the rear replaced, it was done in a timely manner and done professionally, Next I had the oil changed on my other car.I will be using him from now on!

I highly recommend this mechanic. J Howard Automotive is honest and does excellent work. It doesn't make sense to go anywhere else.

We have been taking our vehicles to J Howard Automotive for several years now. This mechanic has never failed to properly repair our vehicles. He does not add most cost to the estimate without first calling us. His prices are reasonable. He is honest and reliable and runs a clean shop. We have recommended all our friends to him

Service is fantastic. This is a reliable mechanic who will always give you an honest opinion about the needs your vehicle might have. I love that I can trust him to give me the best deal and lay out my options on any big repairs.

Most reasonably priced mechanic I've ever been to. He also is honest when it comes to repairs and will let you know if it is worth getting it fixed or if you need to get a new vehicle. I'm glad I was referred to him, because he has definitely helped me out several times!

Jason has been my mechanic since he opened. He's honest and knows his automotive field very well. I've sent friends and relatives to him in the past, and will continue to do so. An honest mechanic is a treasure!

I use to trust this place until I took it in to have parts replaced as preventative maintenance. I would buy my parts on Amazon, but I would make sure they were OEM. I had the ignition coil replaced and knew there was a short somewhere, I was told to replace the throttle sensor with a Kia part and the air mass flow sensor. After I kept getting an error and come to find when I removed the engine cover the ignition wire connector was pushed up against the engine and the thermal coupler was not replaced. I called Jason and he said the mechanic no longer works for him, but not apology or off to bring it in to make it right. I spent plenty of money here and this is how I was treated. I brought my car here for years too. So sad to leave.

Whenever we have an emergency with one of our business vans, he gets us in quickly! He is honest and prices fairly. Needless to say, he does all of our family vehicles also.

Worked on some maintenance items on my Jeep JK. Was done promptly and at a reasonable price. All work was priced up front so no surprises. Highly recommend this shop.

The owner is a highly skilled mechanic and friendly person. I may not always like what he tells me is broken on my car, but he has never been wrong, not have I ever had to go back to have the same thing repaired twice. I trust this shop with all of my cars.

Large lot. Very reasonable service prices (at least for what I had done). The only bad thing is they are closed Fridays and alot of Thursdays, which I can totally understand it just makes it hard to get your car there and back with them only being open 3 days a week.

God Bless J Howard Automotive! I had a flat tire on 291 this morning. I got off on the Truman road exit so that my daughter, niece, and I would be safe. I had no idea there was an auto shop here. I pulled in to the first driveway I saw, and low and behold I saw his sign. I asked if he could put my spare tire on and he halted his busy schedule to help a damsel in distress! Then as an added "cherry on top" he did it FREE of charge! Thank you again. You are a blessing!

The Best place to take your vehicle for repairs when needed. He's honest with you about what it's going to cost you to have it repaired. I always have my car fixed there.
