You can not get a better experience in feeling comfortable,welcomed,not sold but protected when purchasing a new vehicle or maintenance on your vehicle! Prices are fair,flexible hours,good people& all around a pea e of mind and new addition to your family. Always refer H&H Motors and do it proudly!

I went looking for a car and I always pass by this lot it's close to home. I got out and walked along 3 rows and a man driving a car that worked there drove up and asked me was anyone helping me I told him no. The car pictured below was the one he was in and on my way back to my car it was left unattended running at least I know it sounds good but they won't get my money WOMEN do know what to look for at least this one does.

I have them on recording staying they sell their inspection stickers they sold one to Reliable Cars Kc and now that vehicle is thousands of dollars in need of repairs because they sold me the car using H&H MOTORS PURCHASED INSPECTION STICKER and both business refuse to make right what they have done

After buying my car from there, my window wouldn't go back up and window washer fluid was full but not spray. I had this all happen within 30 days of buying my car. No warranty and Rob the mechanic said oh he could fix the window and get the fluid spraying for 280.00. Rob rigged the window and never fixed the windshield washer fluid. And now 3 months later I'm having to pay 542.00 on my window because it went out. Do not trust this person to do repairs.

Seem to know their business. I didn't buy a car but I definitely found one that I wanted. Very polite and didn't stalk us at all while we were there. There are some pretty good deals. I gave 4 stars because we were told that we wouldn't have problems financing, yet we didn't get a car. They definitely have some nice cars and pretty decent deals. They do have a garage on site that they use towork on their own cars. I definitely want to go back!

**BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Drove 5 hours to pick up a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country, test drove the car and everything "seemed" sound. Drove said car home and the check engine light was on before I reached the driveway. I thought since it was as is and I paid 5 grand for the van that maybe I could fix whatever was wrong with it. Put extra time and effort and a couple hundred dollars in parts to try and fix it for no reason at all. Finally took car to a reputable mechanic and they tell me the car has a blown head gasket or a cracked head. DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere where you will not get scammed out of your money for a piece of junk!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

My family and I had a great experience at this lot. We were looking for a car for my teenager. Nothing fancy, but I needed it to be in good working condition. I didn't want to finance a car, so they helped me find something very affordable for my daughter. I waited a while to do my review. I wanted to make sure we liked the car. It has been over a month and we are still happy with our purchase.

Summary: I got swindledThis is not a good place to buy a car or reliable people to deal with. I drove over two hours away to look at the car and before going over there, I asked the guy who sold it to me multiple times if there was anything I should be aware of with the vehicle, told me it was in good condition.I checked the vehicle, but because I wasn't a trained eye, I missed the nails in the picture, and practically got swindled. Immediately I got onto the highway, the car started jerking badly. It started shaking above city speed limits. I called the guy multiple times, he wouldn't pick his phone and I have never been able to speak with him directly ever since. I had to drive with great risk on the highway at city limits.After a few days, I called the company and spoke with the guy who runs it. Sent him the pictures and explained the situation. This guy asked me to drive a car that wasn't in a roadworthy condition for another two hours for repairs. I asked him if he would pay for the tow for the interstate transit, and then the story started changing here and there to call back and several other things until he actually insinuated I was lying of being aware of the nails. I did go there with someone and neither of us caught that or were informed of the situation.From my interaction with them, they don't do business with integrity.

Save yourself the time, I went to H&M today looking for a reliable car with low miles. If he didn't have that in my price range he could have said so, he recommended some cars and they all were either cars that are no good cars that were out of my price range. The one I actually test drove was literally the worst I've ever felt a car break, it was barely breaking at all and the turning was pretty bad too. He really tried to tell me it was the low tire pressure ... Low tire pressure doesn't do that to a car so at that point I told him I would come back later so he didn't try to waste any more of my time and of course I didn't go back.

If you're reading these reviews right now, take it as your warning. If you get a good car from here, you got lucky. Looking at the way they reply to reviews alone should be your sign to look somewhere else; it's not worth the risk.

Bought a car from them and it turned out to have a salvaged title. I have all the papers signed from them and not one of them stating that the title was salvaged. I didn t even find out about it until I went to do my tags at the dmv. Waiting for them to do the right thing and refund my money, they can have their lemon back. Best believe I will be filing suit if this is not resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

We went and looked at the 2012 Honda Fit, I asked the saleman if I could take it to my mechanic, Honda of Olathe, I was told " No problem". When I showed up after an hour drive to get there, he told me that he had talked to his brother, and that I couldn't take it to mechanic and that people were coming to take a look at 11am!!! Buyers beware!! That care needed major work done!

We find a car that we like and it is reliable when you have a baby on the way. We buy a car from them some year ago it was a good car.Update: the vehicle we had got we have to more money into it the owner knew it was a bad axle problem and sold it anyway, we just replaced a water pump, outer tire rod and a ball joint. Please make sure you bring your mechanic with you if you buy car or just take your money some where else. It get 2 star because you can not treat nobody like that, the vehicle we do got is good just for them little big problem.Please females please bring a male or a mechanic with you because they will get over on you if you by yourself you dont know anything about car and mothers too please we work to hard for are money so it can go down the drain. Remind you we buy are vehicle on 02/26/2020 we already put in 300.00 in it already still more to come.

Drove all the way here to buy a car that seemed fine and they made to seem cool I drove it twice and the transmission went out. This place is a rip off.

My daughter bought a car from this place- after the guy posted it on Craig's list to sell. She didn't even get out of town and the car broke down onI-29. The "salesman" lied to her multiple times about the car, he knew the car had issues and sold it anyways. He has changed his story multiple times, has said he would fix the car at his shop and expects us to trust him, I don't think so. I wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't post unless I did. Do not trust this dealership unless you want you money stolen and have to pay to get your car fixed.

We found a 2008 Suzuki that they had just got in from aution that we purchased and all seemed well. As soon as I got home the check engine light came on which was a big red flag! Took to my mechanic who found 14 difference vehicle codes 6 of them major engine problems. We Informed H&H Motor group and they said to being it up to them.I at this point was upset that they sold us a bad vehicle and felt cheated out of my money. They kept the car and called the next day to tell us they found 16 codes!The manager AZ gave us a full refund and handled the situation incredibly well! The reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because in all honesty they shouldn't have sold is the vehicle until the had looked it over from auction. Either way everything was handled and taken care of well.I would go back to purchase a vehicle knowing that their management knows how to treat their customers!

I have had very good service with H&H, i purchased a white impala in 2010 have no issues except regular maintenance, i have sent many of my friends over to them and they have nothing but good reviews. I would highly recommend H & H to anyone looking for a starter car on low budget, or even big budgets, you can't make everyone happy but looks like they try.Thanks guys.

Been given the run around waste of time and gas . Told to come in and get there and dude that does inspection just left we were told to come back in the morning and got told 1pm so we did that as well and got run around between Elvis and a.z . Elvis said he don't do inspection which he's done 3 of our cars and charged 25 each which is well over what state of Missouri allowed charging price by law is only suppose to be $12 and a z was to busy and would of costed more . I've also had a strut tower welded by them it took a month charged more then he said it cost and very bad repair job .. my advice find a different place to go for service

everyone was nice and friendly. we bought a GMC Acadia and it was buy as is. needs some servicing but we knew that buying the suv. they have a whole lot of cars to choose from. Highly recommend if you are in need of a car asap.

Fiancee bought a vehicle here on Thursday of last week. Got it home an the check engine light came on, took it to a shop an the diagnosed the problem an found out it need a new engine and also the left rear turn signal was not working, i was told it need a whole new tail light assembly, i then had to fight to get my money back on the vehicle upon returning it to them. After it was returned to them they put it right back on there lot with a for sale sign on it without fixing any problems that was found by a mechanic of 29 years, even after I gave them the diagnoses sheet that was provided to me.

Bought a car from them less than 6 months ago and now I can't drive it. Because it can't even pass a state inspection. They provided me with a state inspection slip when I bought the car however less than 6months later it can't pass again. Don't waste your money on this place you'll need to get another car in a few months anyway.

Sold me a lemon and then wouldn t fix it. I was told If it s not broke don t fix it . Then why tf is the check engine light on within a couple hrs of driving? Now the car is just sitting because it runs hot, smh .

Bought a car 2 weeks ago for 5000 now it s in the shop for something that will cost me 7000. Do not buy from this people. I did a review on the guy on social media and he blocked me. Clearly they have 0 costumer service experience. Again please take your money elsewhere.

Lessons learned:1.) Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing (even the little things)2.) Make sure everything is signed off on the paperwork so there will be no problems at the DMVHere's my experience:Firstly, I walked up to my newly purchased vehicle to put the paperwork in the glove compartment and it just falls to the floor (not exaggerating)! The seller saw this happen and said he would fix it. After a few calls, back and forth, I noticed that the seller was making the process complicated so I decided to fix this myself. My problem isn't that the glove compartment was broken, it's that the seller gave me his word on fixing it and never did.Secondly, I left work and went to the DMV and the DMV worker told me that the seller forgot to sign under "Signature of Seller," so I couldn't get my tags. I got told by the worker that an e-signature could be sent by the seller (through e-mail), but after notifying the seller and waiting 45 minutes at the DMV the seller said to drive up to the dealership instead and get this title physically signed cause he couldn't figure out how to send an e-signature.

Got a lemon. Bought the car 3 weeks ago and took it for an inspection yesterday. The inspection passed, but the "turbo charger" must be replaced as the car is burning oil. The car holds 5 qts of oil and in the past 5 days we've put in 5 quarts of oil. We paid $3200 for the car and it will be at minimum $3500 to fix the turbo charger. Got a dud and out $3200, since it is "as is". Beware.
