I've been going to Family Wrench since 2015. My mother had been since 2009. Every person who works here has been honest with me. I always ask what's best for me and my car, and always an honest explanation is given. If I've ever felt that something got missed after leaving, they have been quick to address my concerns. I never expect the secretary to be a mechanic nor answer mechanic questions. That would be like asking a dog grommer to be knowledgeable of a warehouse operations, lol. I just patiently wait for the actual mechanic. While they are always booked, because of their service and prices, the wait has always been worth it to me. And now my aunt goes to here as well. Word of mouth, and she's satisfied as well. Thank you so much for being our family mechanic.

They are honest and won't scam like a lot of other mechanic shops. Their prices are the best in town. They just got another loyal customer. Thank you Family Wrench!

I was told I needed brakes all the way around on my car by a different car repair shop. I came to Family Wrench to get the brakes done (they were cheaper). I was told brakes were not necessary at this time. I was told I could probably drive another 10,000 miles! I definitely appreciate the honesty here! From now on I plan to get any repairs done at Family Wrench when necessary.

I definitely would not recommend this place. Went in to get my oil changed. And they wasn't gonna change it because it was not at 57 on the miles. I change mine every 3 months because of me driving so often. And they called the place that had changed. My oil previously, and they said that it didn't need to be changed. Well, they didn't look at it. So no, if any place is gonna refuse to change your oil after about 4 months? Don't matter what miles it's at. Then I won't recommend them.

This business is amazing. They are honest about what repairs are needed and are not needed my sons has had his car in here several times. Things we thought was wrong turned out they said it wasn't that. I will highly recommend family wrench. Me or my son will only go for repairs to them

I've been taking my cars here for the last 8 years. I have never been pressured to buy unnecessary car parts or system cleanings. While car work is in it self costly, I've never felt overcharged, and compared to alot of other places this is the most affordable I've found. If your looking to be treated with respect and need a trustworthy mechanic to fix your car, Family wrench is the place to go!

AMAZING! Love them! The staff was so friendly and understanding of my time constraints and budget. I didn t feel pressured at all. My mechanic, John, is the best and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very transparent about cost and the time it would take to do my repair. When I went in with my friend to set up getting her car fixed, he was very clear about what he thought her issue was and checked us for understanding while he explained it. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any mechanic ever. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and boy howdy am I going to tell everyone to go here! Honest. Hard working fellas here with a name for themselves.They take pride in their no advertising and let the wrench do the talking.I highly recommend these guys. They took care of my Ole ladies scion, and my sienna for an affordable price. They're usually really good about pickup and drop-off.They even have a key drop box so you can make an appointment, and drop off anytime 24/7 so no worries if you need to be towed at 2am.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this one. My car broke down as I was driving through and the people at Family Wrench took amazing care of me. They are very straightforward and honest, and the prices are totally fair. When my car's problem persisted after I drove it away, I brought it back and they checked it out again and advised me free of charge, plus told me which dealership I needed to take my car to and the things I needed to get taken care of beforehand. If you need a mechanic, this is the way to go.

The Most trustworthy and honest auto shop you will ever find. They will explain your problem and even show you whats broken before just handing you an estimate for hundreds of dollars.And if you can't afford what is recommended, they will try to find alternative ways to save you money when they can.These guys really do treat you like family.

This place is awesome. I got their # from a friend needed a 2nd opinion on my car. Called and got my appointment they checked it out and I'm so HAPPY with the results. They gained a lifetime customer for sure. The waiting room was so spacious and inviting.Coffee and water readily available to customers. My appointment was at 2 ad and my car was in the stall @ 2 this is a rare find. Don't take my word for it go see for yourself nice friendly neighborhood business.

Ed, Aaron and John are the best! They don t try to over sell you things you don t need and they give you tips to try to diagnose any issues without having to pay them a fee to diagnose like a ton of other shops do.I just started coming here a few months ago but they ve earned my business for life!

I just want to say how amazing everyone here is!! I have been using them for years and today I had a horrible experience with another place and went to them in tears for the way I was treated and they helped me out immediately and made a bad situation into a much better one and completely turned my situation around and I can't thank them enough. I will never be going anywhere else but Family Wrench!!

Wow! New alternator, new battery, and some miscellaneous other issues, and I was only charged $600 after tax. Treated with respect the whole time, really kind mechanic and a really fair price. I will be returning for all my car repairs!

Dont take your car here!!! After my car was serviced they poured something in my break fluid car was smoking now what started a small fix is over 3000.00 n they know what they did as retaliation over a dispute from 4yrs ago!!! That was not my fault to begin with. They are saying it is not there fault mistakes can happen. They refused to take responsibility.

I have been coming to Family Wrench for 3 or 4 years now and I have had nothing great service and very fair prices. Aaron makes sure to explain in detail things that are needed now and what can wait. I came to this location because it was close to my house and they had good reviews. My own person experience wasnt quite pleasant. I brought my car in and lady at front desk was. Poor communication ect When I picked my car up it was making a knocking noise and that was new because it wasn t making this nose at first. John told me it was minor and only thing it would do it irritate me. It s not Minor and also the only thing that would irritate me is me. Ridiculous!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took sons car to be looked at. They said it would cost so much more for them to fix it. Referred us to a place down the road that would fix it at a more reasonable price, and did not charge us to look at it. We think they are Awesome!!

Shout out to Aaron and the rest of the team. My daughter had a cruise control issue which Aaron quickly remedied. He was very thorough on explaining the issue, the fix and the price. Aaron was extremely generous on how much time he billed for the repair. He found an after market part that saved a significant amount of money. Saved over 50% from other quotes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs car repair.

I would give these guys a 5 considering their diagnosis was spot on. Friendly folk good service. However when given an estimate the part they quoted was roughly 342$ funny because it's the same price as it would be if I bought it from the dealer. Now I went online and lo and behold Amazon had the exact same part. It even came with the sensors and gaskets. Upper and lower intake. Drum roll please... lolz...it was 80$ since I am a prime member shipping was free. So 4hrs and 80$ later I fixed the issue myself. Had I allowed these guys to do it... well 800+ $ is just a little too deep for my pocket. So the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of transparency when it came to the part itself. When I looked up the actual part and realized I could buy the exact same part for over 200$ less. I wasn't really disappointed I figured these guys only use OEM parts from the dealer unless they are unavailable. That information itself would have been nice to know. Even though they didn't tell me this I can honestly say they diagnosed it correctly. I was able to fix it. I would recommend this place for diagnostics. Thanks guys.

Ed and the guys at Family Wrench have always done a superb job for a fair price and they've always treated us well. If they can't fix it, they'll let you know up front. We've had several vehicles repaired there and have no complaints at all. I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs that you might have.
