Ethan and the crew were great. They got me in quick. Very professional. I did NOT get pressured with up sales. The prices are consistent with other oil changes I ve had elsewhere.

First time for me to try their service. Had an oil change only. Was very impressed with their courtesy and quickness. They worked well as a team. Catherine was my main contact throughout the whole process. She was very cheerful but professional. I will use them again.

I called beforehand, and felt welcomed just over the phone by Mike. Then, MJ and Kimmie greeted me with a smile and made the experience feel less intimidating. Ifykyk! The little waiting area is cute and comfortable! They even have dog treats if you bring a friend I could go on but I think you get it!

I am always happy with the service at Express Oil. There is always a coupon or special that helps out. I am now taking my 2 daughters' cars there now that they both have cars to maintain. I highly recommend them for mechanical work and oil changes.

I usually take my Honda to the dealership for service. Needed an oil change, thought I would give these guys a try. Glad I did. Service technician Zach did an excellent job. Even had wipers replaced which I had been putting off. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and at a far better price than the dealership. Will be back

Grace at Express Oil did a fantastic job when I got an oil change for my Mazda! Changed oil & filter, advised me on type of oil, did a full safety check and even cleaned my windshield. Quick service but thorough. Highly recommend!

Yo, they helped me with a simple fix but the customer service that came with it AMAZING! The moment I hopped out of my car I was greeted with the team, ready to help me out and offered me a bottle of water. The entire service was free (due to a minor issue) but the atmosphere and the hospitality will make me a returning customer. Before, I went through another company to get my oil changes, but after today s visit they ve got my business. You guys are APPRECIATED!

I appreciate the manager here more than she could ever imagine. I called and asked if they would install my battery they told me it would cost & they did it in 10 minutes and she gave my children suckers. I ll keep returning as long as she s working there . Kindness goes a long way and I m glad this company made her the manager. They were all great please let whoever was working with her know the same .

Wanted to say I had a great experience here. I went up there to get my tires done and Seth and Grace were amazing!!! From Seth explaining things and letting me know what needs to be done to keep my car running in good order and Grace being kind and answering all the questions. They have more selection on tires than any other place in Independence and their reviews are stellar!! Also I had a problem with my undercarriage as it was hanging down low and had a couple of screws or something missing but Seth helped me out and made sure it was on their securely to give me the peace of mind I needed and they didn't charge me a dollar for that. So all around it really was a five-star experience and I will be going back!!Thank you again Seth and Grace and Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers!!!!

Well my I didn't die between picking it up after service and driving my car home so I would say pretty good. They were great and cheaper than other places around for my breaks and rotors. They even worked with me on my service date and when I could pick it up. They will be my first option for my service work.Went back again and went great as normal guys are really great!

Man-O-Man! Ducodah Rodgers & Bobby Ray went so far above and beyond for our family. A flat tire in the snow for my 16 year old daughter went from a nerve wrecking problem to a delightful and easy experience. These two stopped just short of pushing the car into the shop themselves to help us get back up and running again. Commerce is just a transaction most days, but not today. These two men made us feel like family and completely at ease in a foreign situation to us.I heard another mechanic tell a lady he d say past 5 to be sure that she fit her car back today if needed. They have delicious coffee, a warm waiting room and even treats for dogs. This place and these employees are operating like an old school mom and pop shop that knows and serves their community. I m so grateful to have stumbled upon them today. They have a customer for life.

Everytime I ve been here I have been provided with excellent service! Kamryn and Bobby are super nice, and Dustin was very friendly and helpful! Thanks for always being there for me, y all!. I ve gotten oil changes and had help over the summer from Ethan with my AC. It s nice to know that I can trust them!

I had a fantastic experience and finally found a place that won t try to convince me there are bigger/more expensive issues with my car, being a 30 year old female. As soon as I pulled up, someone immediately ran out to my car to provide service. I explained my tire pressure was dropping significantly within hours and I believed/hoped it just needed patched and not replaced. My car was immediately taken to be looked at and I received frequent updates. They could ve easily told me I needed a brand new tire (which would not have been needed), however they were honest and never once tried to upsell me for an unnecessary expensive purchase. I am SO thankful they fixed my car promptly and under $30. I will always come here for any car service needs and recommend to friends & family.

I've been here twice now and both times were outstanding. Grace took great care of my car and was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a super friendly, knowledgeable, non pushy, and fair priced oil change or any other service they provide. If you don't want that, not the place for you

I will start by saying the team was nice and eventually fixed my issue. Here s the story: After an oil change my Toyota was leaking bad, apparently the tech did not correctly tightened the oil filter. They looked underneath and stated we don t see any leaks, just bring it back later if leak continues and we ll look into it deeper . I showed them a picture of the oil puddle in my garage. They reluctantly replaced the oil filter again which fixed 90% of the leak. However it was still dripping oil for the next week. My car has never leaked before this oil change. I went back again and then they noticed the oil drain plug was leaking and they replaced the gasket. I live far away and this was extremely inconvenient. I ve been a jiffy lube and valvoline customer and have never had these issues. In the end, Management contacted me and made things right.

Hello,This past Friday (Dec 30), I had to stop at in Express Oil Change-Eastland in order to have an oil service performed.While Bobby Ray was nice and seemingly thorough checking lights and such from outside my vehicle. I am not sure of the name of the person who worked from under my car, but the quality is most definitely lacking.I have a 2017 Ford Escape for reference. Here is what my husband found (pictures attached) when I arrived home.1.) paper towels/shop towels crammed into driver side front control arm.2.) Fasteners for under body panels not installed/tightened properly. Portion was dragging the ground. Luckily I was able to strap it up until I returned home.3.) Fresh oil spilled onto engine cover by oil fill and dipstick. Enough that my husband pulled the cover out, and has set time aside to clean the fresh oil off of the top of the engine.4.) Oil cap not installed properly. It was literally just sitting on fill port.5.) Oil level IS in proper range.6.) Print out states that cabin air filter was checked. I was in my car during service, and it was not checked. It resides in the passenger side under center dash. I am not even certain that the engine air filter was checked.I am definitely concerned for other customers if this is the standard of service and not looking forward to having to fix what was damaged by the improper re-installation of my under panel.Sincerely,Kelly DavisService: Oil change

If you have ever wondered why car repair places have really bad stereotypes, and are known to rip people off, then visit Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers and you will find out why people consider some car repair shops to be full of crooks and thieves! I suspected we were in trouble as we stood in the lobby waiting for assistance, and listened to a mechanic badgering some poor soul about the thousands of dollars of repairs his car absolutely, positively, must have done before he should drive it again. The customer said he just needed the state inspection done (the very thing we needed to have done), and he didn't want to do all the repairs. The mechanic told him his car certainly would fail inspection, and was totally, completely unsafe to drive! The customer resisted having any work done, and the mechanic shamed him for it. Then came our turn. They had us leave the car with them for 2+ hours, and when we got the report on the inspection, they said it failed because the front end was in great need of $1,000 worth of immediately necessary repairs. Specifically, they said the struts were in horrible shape and must be replaced right now! I politely declined, and I took our car down the road to a Tire and Front End Repair shop, who reinspected it and said everything was in great shape, the whole front end was nice and tight, especially the struts, and no repairs were needed now or in the foreseeable future. If you LOVE spending money on unnecessary repairs, you'll love Express Oil Change!

Worst place I've ever taken my car too.I took my car to this place for a minor oil leak. I agreed to pay the money to get it fixed.Waited a day and I found out the next moring that wasn't where the leak was coming from and they told me the cam shaft was leaking. I told them to go ahead and fix it and asked why they didn't notice this before? They said they must of missed it, I say ok it happensThey took 5 days to fix it, Come on find out they had a guy that normally dose suspension work on my car.Then I get my car back on Saturday and I find out that they never fixed it. They told me the seal got ate up immediately.So I had my car in the shop for 1 1/2 weeks and they didn't even fix the problem. I paid over 1,000 dollars just to hear we tried.I took it to another shop they told me they messed it up and this new shop told me that would be over 1,800 dollars to fix my car and there is no guarantee that I would work cause of there mess up.

Grace, MJ, and Jeramy were very professional the entire visit. It was a quick process ~ from start to finish, it took them 8 minutes! I was offered a water (they gave me two!). They cleaned my windshield and topped off all the car's fluids. They actually showed me my air filter instead of describing it to me. They didn't try to sell me anything extra or claim that I needed something done that I didn't. And they gave me coupons towards my next visit to boot! Very pleasant experience. They are a bit more expensive than their competition, but they're worth it. If you need your oil changed and you're in a hurry, I would highly recommend Express Oil.Service: Oil change

I took my smart car in for an oil change. The manager, mike, was extremely helpful and very friendly. He took the extra time to reset my oil change indicator. I highly recommend this place. Quality Service, friendly people, reasonable prices

It s been awhile since I ve had someone change my oil for me. I brought my own oil for them to use. I paid over $45 for labor and a filter. I brought my own filter and oil. Wow outrageously expensive!! I ll do my own from now on.

Sooooooo, I m not very good with cars and my dad is my go too for absolutely everything, but I had to be a big girl and do my oil change on my own and came to Express oil change. I was In immediately and the workers were super nice. Especially when they had questions I didn t have the answers too, they were very helpful: they didn t try to push anything on me or sound like just sales company. Jeremy made it a relaxed experience. P.s I NEVERRRR do reviews, so this says a lot.
