When others turned me down and or acted like I was being bothersome...dodge city and the guy who runs it was friendly showed very good customer service and explained everything to me with detail. Thank you I will be back for sure. I recommend this place times 100!!! -- Mike

I actually had a great experience here, the guy who runs it is very straightforward. Tells you if he doesn t know something but he s very knowledgeable about Chinese bikes. I brought all my gaskets into him, he compared everything right in front of me, and the only reason I give 4 stars is also a little my fault but should have been caught. The gaskets head bolt pattern was just barely off center so I had to file the top 2 holes maybe 1/16th higher. May be that exact gasket is nowhere to be found accept manufacturer, but the bike holds perfect compression and rides like new. So maybe If I could I d do 4.5

I've been going to Dodge City Motorsports for 3 years now. They've been a huge help in explaining parts and the inner workings of parts I need. He always answers my questions. They usually ( 9 out of 10 times) have the part I need on hand. And I get a good scooter story out my visits.

The guy that runs this shop is the kind of guy that everyone just waits in there life to talk to he is honest he is truthful and better yet he is one of us just a great person i will recommend him highly if your looking for Chinese part's and honesty this is the Man thank you for being a good person in

Would give 0 stars if possible. Only allowing one person in store at time because of covid. Understandable. But when it was my turn he made my 8 year old daughter wait outside while he rudely and condesendingly sold me an overpriced chain. I love buying local, but I'd rather buy online than from him. Avoid at all cost.

I spent $50 on a cab to get down there to they told I don't even want to look at the tool that you have that didn't work here's the tool that you need! When I could have screwed in the tool I had and it would have told me that the tool he sold me was the same exact thing and I would not have spent the $29 for nothing wasted trip for nothing I know I could probably go and get my money back but it's the whole solid fact that he wouldn't even look or listen to what I had to say! And my money is good and all I ask is for good information so thanks for nothing

Condescending from the moment I walked through the door and had an odd superiority complex despite the look of him and his shop. I will never do business with him. I strongly feel race was a part of my encounter with him I hope I'm wrong but my 40 plus years have taught me alot and I'm sure prejudice was the catalyst to my treatment, instead of feeling helped I was frustrated and mad.

I have dealt with this guy before so I knew what to expect as far as the attitude and the way I would be treated and I was begrudgingly okay with that showed up with a chain said I wanted a new chain and a sprocket to go on a predator motor 3/4 in I'm not sure if you properly I need the chain or not he laid it across the gear and said oh it touches four teeth I guess that makes it good and then told me that if the part was wrong and it wasn't the right chain that he would not take a brand new part back even for exchange for the correct part I was very clear with him I wanted the correct part he couldn't promise me it was correct and wouldn't exchange it or refund my money if it wasn't pretty good place to get Chinese parts I did walk out with my chain and buy what I needed online with very little to no attitude from the vendor

I've been coming to Dodge City for about 2 years. I've had a lot work done (mostly upgrades) and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found these guys and I promise u that once u buy from Dodge City you'll never want or need to go anywhere else.

Rays awesome. Me and my husband bought a Tao Tao scooter around March and it's well worth the price. We're thinking of either getting a 2nd one or a street bike from him in the next year or so.

They had me pay $1500 for my tao tao and they put used waterlogged parts on my scooter and my wife was stranded I'm the middle of nowhere!

I bought a new innertube for my dirtbike and brought it home put air in it and found out it had eight holes in it and they wouldn t give me my money back or a new tube

I could not believe the price for parts. Anything he sells gets a 30% mark up. He even told me that. So anything you need from him weather it's a scooter or a part you can get it for 30% less online yourself.
