I've bought 3 trucks there.. I even had to Take it, I'd take an airplane drive far away across the country. Have a bat by old and blow up. Because I'd prove it for so, but that was my own fault. But all the vehicles I've got there. Great. I don't go anywhere else. I get offered some other places to buy things. And that's the only place I'll go. So let's let's say something so cars plus cars. Is this place for you to go independence? Missouri and Todd the owner. He's great, so what the other dog salesman, but HD's the best. And I don't put my name on anything unless it's for god to put anyone anything but I like it there they're their excellent and follow through it's placed to go

I Bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta a couple of days ago that I seen on car guru I contacted one of the car salesmen named Brad who sold it to me. The car now has a check engine light on and an oil leak . I just bought this car Saturday 3/6 and now 3/8 having problems and didn t notice the oil leak until I got home. They won t help me get figured out what s going on with it and they have their own mechanics that work for them, I thought if they re good salesmen they would at least look at it for me but to them when I called it s not their problem anymore . All I would say is be careful with these guys don t let them over sale you and when you test drive make sure you get a good one in these guys are tricky.

Salesman was very nice and respectful. He never came across as high pressure, dishonest or anything less than a decent good guy. I paid extra for a 6 month warranty for a little peace of mind. We'll see how it goes from here. Hopefully, I feel exactly the same way in a year or two.

Ad for the vehicle was accurate. Test drive was seamless, negotiation was fair, drove by several dealerships to get to this one worth the drive. In and out in less then an hour. Best car experience in my time as an adult. Staff was friendly and honest.

Ron at Cars Plus Credit was easy to work with, gave us space to look and decide. Zero pressure which was a nice change of pace. The car lot was super clean, and the quality of vehicles was top notch. Definitely recommending them to others. Was a smooth purchase, thanks Ron!

The best place to buy a car, these people will work with you at any cost to meet your needs, the whole staff is awesome to work with, I'm updating this post with the same words and then some, still the best people to work with when you're buying a car, I had called them 2 hours early they had the car ready for me, I test drove it, they helped me with all the paperwork and the down payment then I drove off the lot with it.By far the best car lot to go to to buy a car, and still the best people to work with, I will still continue to go through them when buying a vehicle, they still have a great team to work with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Do not buy a car from this lot. They will rip you off. I bought a 2007 Subaru for 4000. I asked them if there was anything wrong with this car. They said it runs great and even sold me a 6 month warranty. The said that if there was any issues to call them and they would fix it. They said the warranty would cover all repairs with the car. Boy were they wrong. The car was driven 198 miles and it blew a head gasket. I don t even make it a day. It took two weeks to get it to a shop. When the mechanic looked at the car he said that the cars radiator was half full of stop gap and that is why we never noticed the car over heat and why it just blew a head gasket. The dealer knew or should have known it had a bad radiator. If they would have replaced the radiator it would have operated just fine. The warranty would not cover the repair because it was a preexisting condition that the dealer knew about. I spoke to the owner, furious as expected, and he said I should not threaten him, which I didn t, I should be nice to him, why you ripped me off, and that I bought the car as is and that he would not refund me anything. I asked him to refund me half and I would bring him back the car and he said no. That I can sue him if I want and he gave me his name a business address. The repair would have cost 7000 dollars and he warrant was capped at 1500. So even the warranty he sold me was bogus. Do not buy a car from these people. They stole 4000 dollars from me, and they will steal from you. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Way to put your customer first and make it right. I hope they go out of business.

If i could give less then 1 star i would. This place is 100% a rip off. My wife paid 6000 cash for a lincoln mkx had it for less then 6 days the engine blew (see list of things needing replaced in photos). Not only could that not happen in own a car for 6 days when brought to the dealships attention we Got no service in fact we were laughed at, Told the owner would call us(never heard from owner) and told to leave. If u want a good reliable car DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

They were stand up as I purchased a vehicle that turned out to have a ton of serious issues and they let me return it and offered refund or another car. I chose another car it needs a complete brake job unfortunately but other then that it's a good car so far. I'll know more once I can truly drive it once I can afford to fix the brakes they are quite expensive as every thing needs to be replaced! Do appreciate them taking first car back though as it has major issues that the mechanic said it wasn't worth the fix. You might definitely have your mechanic look before you purchase so you'll have no surprises! Nice guys always polite!

This is the best car lot, I bought a suv from them ,no problems at all! they check to make sure you re in a reliable vehicle, honest good people. I ll be back in a month to purchase another vehicle. Great cars! Great customer service!

I truly wish I purchased a vehicle from another dealership. I never expected them to sell a vehicle leaking oil and coolant. I expect certain things may be wrong with it like cosmetic damage, needs new brake pads, rotors, tires, things like that but what I received instead was a vehicle leaking oil and coolant and water pump needed to be replaced. One shop told me it would be cheaper to replace engine than to try to fix all that, they did recommend I get the coolant leak fixed and just drive with the oil leak checking every few days. And of course the warranty does not cover this. I called cars plus credit a few times and they keep telling me the manager will call me back, the last time I called the guy I spoke with was like the manager been out last week but he'll be sure to have someone call me back and 3 weeks later I still have not received a call. I took the car to another shop and the same issues the first shop found they found as well but they were able to fix it all and it cost me a few thousand dollars. I end up spending way more than that car is worth. The worse part is this car is for my 16yr old who saved up more than half the money for the purchase of a vehicle. And this is her experience.

We recently bought a used car and loved the easy process. We were in and out in about an hour with a new-to-us car! We looked at so many cars at other places but finally found what we had been looking for at Cars Plus Credit. Staff was very accommodating and Ron was the best!

I went to Cars Plus Credit and it was awesome! The staff was super cool and helpful. They had a big selection of cars and the whole buying process was smooth. Had a great experience with Cars Plus Credit.We were looking for used Nissan Rogues, and came across one on their lot in excellent condition despite slightly higher mileage. After looking over the car for 20 minutes, we had a number in our heads of how much we felt it was worth. When I asked their asking price, they repeated the exact same number back to me. They didn't play games with the price, I didn't try to haggle them, it was just a smooth, quick, easy sale for all involved. The salespeople were all very friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all.The car's running great, exactly what we were looking for. Thanks!
