I had my usual great experience at Cable Dahmer Buick Service for my Encore yesterday. I love coming here for service for my car. From the time I entered the Service area and was met by Nick who helped with my check in and noticed a missing part near my windshield and helped with that detail to talking about my other needed scheduled repairs, to getting a detailed description text from the technician about the work completed on my car and a repair that was recommended, to checking out and making arrangements about a repair to be done. All details were handled well and very stress-free. Always very appreciated. Thank you. Always a wonderful customer service at Cable Dahmer Buick!

Nikki was our sales person and she was very nice and easygoing. We told her what we were wanting and she did her best to make it happen! We ended up buying a Chevy Trailblazer which is what we wanted. I don t remember the financing guys name, but he was nice and accommodating as well! Overall a great experience here at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC! Would recommend to anyone needing a new or used vehicle! Thanks guys!

I truly understand that selling a car is just a business at the end of the day. However, my experience was not good. The entire time i was pressured and lied to about a car that I looked at online. I kept reiterating to my salesmen and the floor manager that if they could not get me to my monthly price I would understand and come back another time. I was made to believe that they were able to get me that monthly payment until I went back to finance manager and he told me a price that was incorrect and was over budget. My sales person told the finance manager that I was okay paying something I wasn't even though I said it 10 times. They never once heard anything that I said. They were only motivated to make a sale at the end of the day. I was contacted by the manager today. He said they he could get me the monthly payment that I want now after everything that I went through this past Saturday. Which makes it worse because if you were able to snap your fingers today and make it happen now, then why wasn't it done then? I will do my very best to never buy a car here or send anyone I care about here. You guys should do better.

Very poor service. I went in for my first appointment after buying a new truck here. I arrived just before my scheduled time. They booked me in however after 1.5 hours, I asked for an update given it was a simple oil change and tire rotation on a new vehicle. They stated to me that it would be finishing up shortly. I went back 30 minutes later, now 2 hours into waiting, and they said they were just about to pull it in. When I scheduled the service I asked how long it should take and they stated 1-1.5 hours max. Their excuses were that they were just backed up but never advised this while I sat there for 2 hours. Finally I had to leave with no service completed in order to not have my kids waiting on a curb. My only hope is that I never return to this location to purchase a vehicle or recieve service.

I bought my Yukon from this dealership. The sales process was very deceptive. They blow the loan screens up so big you cannot truly see what is being charged. Then instead of paper work, they give a USB that has the documents on it. Upon returning home to print the documents I found that I had been charged $11,000 in junk fees. I immediately contacted my bank and asked them NOT to fund the loan until this got resolved. The bank informed me that they've had many complaints from others with this problem.Secondly, the service department is dishonest. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and asked them to look at the rear brakes. They charged me $169.00 to tell me the brakes needed replaced all the way around, new rotors on the rear and turned on the front for $1600. I took the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. The front brakes were perfectly fine. The rear pads and rotors were replaced for $400 including labor. What a rip off. Clearly these service guys are paid on commission. Do not trust them.

I was impressed that the service guy remembered me from my previous visit and even came out to great me and get me checked in. The service was fast and they even accommodated me wanting to add an additional service. But they kicked things up a notch with the video review which actually allows you to see why they are recommending a particular service. This is BIG. Typical when the service guy prints off 5 pages of a todo list im going sure I bet your just trying to get my money. However having a video that shows me the issue is valuable. Note if I have doubts I can research it myself so that when I come back to book that service I feel confident I want being taken for a ride! Thanks Cable Dahmer

Service department spoils their customers! Today was the first time we received a video via text message from our service tech and that was so impressive and blew us away. We are sharing the video with loved ones so they can see for themselves how you take care of their customers.

Everything was great except one important thing. Took my car in, had it checked out and the part was ordered that was needed but they said I could drive my car and it will be fine until the part comes in. Meanwhile, I'm driving my car around with my engine light on and therefore I cannot use my remote start and it is some of the coldest days ever. So I wait at least 2 months. Never receive a call, I call them myself, leave a message and no return call, my husband calls and we go in the next morning and it's fixed before the days halfway over. Everything was great except we did not ever receive a call that the part was in so we could come get our car fixed. The part had been in for a long time!

Well I have bought 4 vehicles from them in the past and never really had a problem with them before or at least I really never noticed. But my recent visit here has shown there true colors. I turned down a deal with them because it was not a good deal at all, and I see they are just a typical dealer they try and get you in a payment that you are not comfortable with, they tried to make it seem like it's okay to roll 10,000$ over from my old loan to a new loan( this is not okay). They are not there to help anyone out they are there to sell cars and make money off the sales that is all. They don't care if you live pay check to pay check. People that work hard deserve nice things to. Anyways I hope this was helpful to anyone who likes reading reviews.

Nikki truly went above and beyond for my wife and I when we both needed new vehicles. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Blazer and couldn t be more excited and satisfied. My wife purchased a 2023 Kia K5, and she loves how well it drives (even in the snow!). Nikki has the best energy and personality, making the experience very stress free and easy. She explained the process thoroughly and got everything taken care of quickly for us. Thank you!!!!!

The service I received was superb. I was kept informed in a timely fashion, also your team worked with endurance, my insurance company and the whole process went very smooth. Your dealership even sent a shuttle to my home to pick me up so I could get my car before closing. The distance to my home was approximately 25 miles each way. All in all it's the best service I have experienced with my car ever from start to finish!

I absolutely would NEVER recommend this dealership for repairs. I took my car in on a Thursday around 8am. The check in process was pleasant, Hunter and the other staff members were pretty nice. After going almost the entire day without hearing from them I called to follow up around 2pm. The gentleman who answered told me that they had not looked at my car yet but would have Hunter call me once he returned from lunch. I got off work at 5pm and STILL had not received a call. I called multiple times! No answer and no call back. Friday morning I m still without a car and no idea what s going on with it. I call bright and early only to be told that they just received a quote for about 2K. I was pretty upset that no one thought to call me before closing on Thursday to say, hey we still need your car- hope you have a way to get around. After I expressed my disappointment, the manager called me to discuss my concerns. I was told that I would be given a discount and he would pass my frustrations on to his team. I was even told that they would drop my car off to me to help with the inconvenience. I was pretty ok with that and thankful for the accommodation. I informed Hunter that I got off work at 4pm. I received a text at 3:10p saying that the valet picked my car up and it will arrive by 3:26. Around 3:40 I received a text saying my car was at it s destination. I walked around outside looking for it and assumed they were probably lost. At 3:51p I received a call asking if I could come pick my car up because the driver did not feel safe driving it, due to me not being able to afford the recommended repairs. I WAS LIVID! Not only did I have to order an Uber to get to my car I had to pay my child s daycare a per minute late fee. I m a single mom and that car is my only form of transportation. No one seemed to care or even notice how much I was inconvenienced over the past 2 days. I m not even sure how/why a wheel alignment check took 2 days! I got to the dealership, tried to be as respectful as possible, (although I did kind of lose it on Hunter towards the end) and I paid my fee and left. I won t visit this location again.

Nikki was an absolute angel. My wife and I were both wanting to trade in our vehicles and she went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for. She has the best personality out there, always made sure that we were happy and always made us laugh. She always made sure that we were happy and comfortable with our decisions. Nikki took an experience that is typically stressful and made it super easy and fun for us. Maybe we will end up buying a third car this week just to see Nikki again!!

We test drove a GMC Canyon with Hanna. She was very helpful with details and connected us with the right resources to answer all our questions. We ended up purchasing the truck and she will be personally delivering it to our house after the snow. Very appreciated.

From start to finish, I ve had nothing but a poor customer service experience. They were rude! Gave my tow gentleman a hard time dropping the vehicle off twice. I had an appointment scheduled Monday, October 16 and nick wasn t there apparently. I was told to bring the vehicle back Tuesday, October 17 in which I did. Vehicle still didn t start to get worked on or a simple quote provided until Thursday, October 19 because again, nick was out Wednesday, October 18. So for four days, my vehicle sat there at the dealership unattended as if it was a piece of trash! Every time I called, it was a hassle to check on my own car and then apparently the battery died while sitting on their lot/in the shop. Been having my vehicle two years almost three this upcoming March and my battery has never given signs it was going to die or that I needed a new one. They tried to blame it on the fact, it had been sitting and not constantly running every day like it use to. Well jokes on y all, I work from home! My vehicle doesn t run everyday no way. I ll go a week to a week in a half, maybe 2 without needing to leave the house. It doesn t make sense how the dealership had the vehicle for 4 days and it the battery magically dies. I feel like they are getting over on me! On top of the fact, a representative hung up in my moms face while she was speaking to someone. I was present on the line also so I could hear the conversation but couldn t respond due to work but that was extremely rude and unprofessional! Nobody calls to provide updates on the vehicle at all! It s a lack of communication and poor service. I feel like I shouldn t have to give my hard earned money to such a terrible place!

I scheduled an appointment at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC - Service Department in Independence, Missouri to have my car serviced. I was getting an error message on my dashboard. I had just enough time to drop my car off and get to work. The service department was extremely busy that morning and I was concerned that I was going to be late for work.When I arrived, the service department greeted me with excellent customer service. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and said they would call me as soon as they discovered what was going on with my truck. They ran the diagnostic and discovered it was a sensor failure. They were thorough and transparent about exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The cost was significantly higher than expected, but thankfully, the repairs were covered under my extended warranty.We had a difficult time connecting with the warranty company. Mark F., one of their Service Department staff, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in being patient with me and the warranty company in communicating the total cost of the parts, repairs and labor. He kept me informed of what was going on at all times. He even apologized for the delay in getting everything squared away with the warranty company (which wasn't his fault at all). He didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He made me feel like my business mattered.These days, excellent customer service is a lost art! These guys made me feel like family! They took good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. They are my go-to dealership and service department from now on!

They were very prompt got me in and out. Overall they did a great job. The only problem I had was there was some engine oil left on the engine which caused it to smoke but it went away. Great job and I will be back again

I brought in a vehicle to have sensors that I had already installed calibrated. They fought tooth and nail to do the calibration without trying to replace my parts and tried to install a whole new bumper which was entirely unnecessary. Refused to calibrate my radar module and said I had to purchase one of theirs, even though mine came directly from GM and was the same exact part. Tried charging me twice for removing the bumper, when the second time it didnt even need to be removed. Left the car, which was just detailed before dropping off filthy.

As a first time customer @ the Independence GMC dealer, from the minute I was helped at drop off, up to the day I was able to pickup my car - I experienced superb customer service!Jordin in the service office, along with one of his co-workers (I don't recall his name) - who was able to get me a loaner car, to Matthew, in the cashier's office - these gentlemen were very friendly & made me feel important, least of all on a Monday morning On the day of pickup, Jordin & other co-workers in the cashier's office, continued with the same quality customer service.We will continue to trust all our future car repairs to the folks @ the Independence GMC delear!!!

From the time I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I was offered coffee to warm me up and a seat to rest.Everyone told me their name with a smile. I bought a part, we have an account there the part was put on a cash ticket and I had to put it on a charge card and pay an up charge. On another occasion I had my girlfriend take my truck in for an oil change, they tried to sell her an air filter and a cabin air filter. The lost one of the screws out of the air filter housing and didn't put any of the screws back in the glove box door, which by the way they don't even need to be removed to service that cabin air filter. You are lucky you got 4 stars.
