I hadn't planned on purchasing the day I went to "look" at cars. I was just going to test drive. I had laid out all the things that I hated about my old car and what I wanted from a "newer" car. Byron "The Bear" listened to me very well. Pulled up the "car of my dreams!" I went for a test drive and was totally in love with a 2022 Kia K5. What a beauty! We even drove by my house to make sure that my 6'6" husband could fit well, which he did :-) I purchased it late in the day on the weekend so I needed to come by on Monday to get it detailed. What a great job they all did. There was a cover on the bottom front of the car that my husband noticed had a hole in it. No problem at all. The service department replaced that zero cost to me and ensured that I was completely satisfied with everything that they had done. Cody in the service department was great to work with. I have never purchased a Kia. I have friends who own 5 of them. Needless to say, I am glad I am now part of the "Kia Family."

Very friendly atmosphere! I had a great experience from the minute that I walked into the dealership until I left with my new car. Communication was excellent! Matt B did an amazing job explaining everything & answering all my questions. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with!!!!! A+++++++

On March 29, 2024 I had my car towed to Bob Sight KIA as I had a flat tire. The service associate that took care of my car was Cody. He kept me informed of the issue and had my car ready within 24 hrs. When he let me know that my car was ready I informed him that I had no way to pick it up as I had a child with me and needed a car seat . I was concerned how to get my car, Cody solved it. Cody and Chris brought the car to me and said he thought that it was the right thing to do. I consider that Cody and Chris went above regular customer service. I worked in retail business for many years and the service I received was great customer service. I highly recommend BOB SIGHT KIA, ON NOLAND RD IN INDEPENDENCE.

Just picked up my KIA Sportage Hybrid that I ordered in December 2023. Everyone at this dealership is knowledgeable and friendly, and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! If you are looking for a new KIA, definitely worth checking out Bob Sight KIA in Independence!

My wife and I bought a new Sportage, the experience was amazing, from the time we first walked in the door I felt like I was welcome. Savon was our salesperson, he was amazing! If you like a no pressure environment I would recommend bob sight Kia over and over!

Bryan B. at Bob Sight Independence Kia was amazing to work with. We purchased our new vehicle with confidence that we were being treated fairly and that we were getting a good deal. We shopped around at other dealerships before coming back to Bryan. He was definitely the best salesperson we met with over this purchase. I would highly recommend going to him. Also, the finance part of our transaction went great as well. He had a job to do, but he wasn't pushy about any of the extras they had to offer and worked with us on things I was not willing to budge on. I'm a very happy customer!

I totaled my car and needed a new one ASAP. My fianc� and I went to Bob Sight Kia and had such a great experience! Our sales person, Bryan Nickerson, was so incredibly great to work with. He was very knowledgable and helpful in getting us the right car. This was our first time purchasing a car on our own so we needed quality guidance and Bryan provided that. I went in for an oil change and was told I would be there for an hour and half but was there for over 3 hours and was late to my next appointment. When I was finally about to leave they left my passenger seat and glove box dirty from their hands! Dark spots where everywhere and my interior is all cream colored!!! They did not use any seat or floor protectors which is completely unacceptable!! I expected more from the dealership since I had just bought this car 7 months ago and had a previous Kia before this purchase and had always used the dealerships for my service needs. They did wipe them off once I pointed out the stains but hopefully a different Kia dealership location will be better.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked that the tire pressure be checked as my light was on. Was told they automatically check that. Upon driving home I realized the light was still on. I live 30 minutes away and was nearly home. I called when I got home but had to resort to a text. They said to come back in. I m not driving 30 minutes back when it should ve been done in the first place. This dealership needs to enhance their customer service. I won t be going back.

What a easy experience!! Sabrina D. Was great it was easy to test drive a few paperwork went as quick and easy as it gets. She was super knowledgeable and if wasn't sure got us the correct info. Real easy to work with and so was our finance man also.

He asked clarifying questions to find me a car that was in my budget and has the features that was most important to me. I will be coming back in the future for any other car needs. Easiest experience from sales to closing with the business office! Matt Rodecap is one of the best salespeople I ve worked with. He is super responsive and flexible to work with via phone, email, text. He let me drive the experience but answered every question honestly and quickly. No pressure or sales talk what so ever. He built up so much trust over the years of shopping around that I knew Bob Sight was the right choice. I m very happy with my purchase. The business office was also great and it was a similar experience no pressure; just honest people. The sales manager reached out to offer support along the way as well. If you black don t go here to buy a car or work, they just fired my brother with out a reasonable cause. They wrote him up once because they told him he should have been helping him one day or whatever day it was. And so the next week they fired him claim he lost a key. (Could they have took that amount to replace another key out his check so they claim) was the reason of termination. He didn t wreck a car or did nothing major to be fired. Just warning my black people don t go here to buy a car or work. He did work in the detailed shop there. Also guys he was the manager and they told him we gone give it to the white man and degraded him down and since they got the new manager in there that s when they start having issue with him but before than everything was fine. He had a speech impediment, be was an awesome worker, was on time and didn t miss a day, but one day to move into his place. But told them way head of time. Discrimination at its finest. Will see them in court.

I've had some bad experiences with dealerships the past five years. I will no longer go to Cable Dahmer or McCarthy as they have sold me inoperable vehicles after completing "inspections" or the vehicles being "certified". This was my first time at Bob Sight and boy... The vibe is completely different. I waited a little over a month after my purchase to provide this review ensuring everything worked out smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bryan Nickerson and the whole Bob Sight team treat you well, are personable, and swift. After I drive the wheels off my Kia, I'll be returning for another.

They were honest with their position, and I had done my homework so I knew the price listed was a best price. So, we were able to complete the deal in a minimum amount of time. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Terrible experience every time I went in. The car they showed me had been there for weeks without being serviced. They showed it to me with the interior trashed, garbage and paint stains left over from the previous owner. I could not test drive it because they had yet to get it inspected through their shop for "safety concerns." I informed them I would come back another time to be ready to test drive the vehicle. Despite calling ahead and trying to get a response for confirmation the next time I went in nothing had been done to prepare the car. The salesmen, Jon, went as far as to make some comments that lead me to believe he was holding the car to sell to his friend. When I asked to talked to the GM I was told I couldn't speak to him just because I asked, that he only dealt with "certain issues."I tried setting up a better time to see the car when it would be ready. I was brushed off and they shrugged when I asked when to expect it to get serviced. I got a call back the next day that someone else had put a down-payment on the car right after I left (which still had not been cleaned or inspected) which confirmed to me that Jon or his buddy were gatekeepers for their own purchase. All around extremely unprofessional and do not recommend buying a car through them.

Once we settled on a Forte, my wife came in for a test drive while I was at work and Bryan Nickerson met her and helped her make a decision. He was very helpful and professional. Financing with KIA was easy and Finance Manager Mike Goslee was knowledgeable, fast, and pleasant to work with.Purchasing this car at Bob Sight KIA was a 5 Star experience!

I took my car in last week Thursday with an appointment to be seen on Monday. Today, one week later, I picked up my car, which hadn't been moved from where I parked it. They completely ignored my appointment even though I did check in daily.As I was waiting for my keys to get my car to take to another Kia dealer, they took in two others. had their cars in the garage, while mine sat for a week.The work is warranty work which would have been paid for had they even attempted any work on my car.Now I have a $600 rental car bill and 2 days lost work totaling $350 and my car is still not fixed.My suggestion is first, never go to BOB SIGHT KIA. Second, don't trust a certified pre owned guarantee, I bought this used car only 2 months ago, worth 40k miles on it, (from an out of state dealer, my Kia of 9 years, died due to a software update. I had no warning and no check engine light).
