We were helped by Michael today and he went above and beyond his job description to ensure we were helped! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, willing to help us install the parts we purchased from Autozone. Couldn t have asked for better customer service. We will be back. Thank you, Michael!

This place is definitely one of the best places to get helped with your car troubles as they can assist you with their great knowledge. Jeremy really helped me out showing me how to use a brake caliper key tool that helped me changed my brakes. Good people. We need people like this to help us in the store and give us the knowledge and not just just say hi and bye and our the door.

My husband raves about how wonderful AutoZone is, but until yesterday I had no experience with them. I had a scary thing happen while trying to unearth my windshield from frozen ice/snow in that when I started the car, the windshield wipers started going under the ice! And that caused the passenger's side wiper blade to detach from the wiper motor arm! Not being very car-savvy, I tried to put it back on but the configuration made no sense to me and I couldn't. I then remembered about Auto Zone and thought maybe they would have someone who could help me. Sure enough a nice young man came out and in a jiffy had the wiper back on. Not wanting to ever have to go through this again, I asked if he could show me how he installed it. He smiled and patiently took the blade back off and then showed me how the parts went together and how to reinstall it. The nicest thing then happened when he utterly refused to let me pay him for his help! Where does that ever happen in this day and age!???? THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Ashley is AWESOME. My husband wants to drive the truck to work due the forecast tomorrow. Started it up and the battery was dead. Ashley was very courteous and knowledgeable and got the truck ready for tomorrow with a new battery. She even noticed the wipers needed replacing and he got that taken care of too. It wasnt the sale that was important to her; it was our safety.

I just went in and bought a quart of oil. I went to check and add oil to the car. An employee came out to make sure I was ok and just took it over and did it for me. She was really helpful and even made a funnel for me to help put the oil in. Love this place and is only 2 blocks from home!

My experience with the employees at AutoZone is just excellent customer service. The most recent experience involved my father. Mike recognized a loyal customer and understood the challenges of his memory loss, and volunteered to drop him off at home. Thank you!The old truck driver and his daughter

Guy at the counter bailed me out when in need by unlocking my door for me when keys were locked inside... His heart was big today... Do not know his name, but I'm switching from Advance Auto parts and will ONLY be dealing with this guy upon fixing my many vehicles Ty again Auto Zone guy for bailing me out in a jam

Not too many of these parts stores know what the hell we're doing but they're at AutoZone they hire people that do have brains and do more than just push buttons on a computer and hope the God they get it right and AutoZone they do care about the person the customer they get it right usually it's a luck of the draw if you go anywhere else and pray to God that your parts are right the loan not been used and throw back in a box and not even bothered to be clean up the passes now

My car alarm anti-theft system was going off and I didn't know what was wrong with it Sean took the time out in the cold to help me figure out the problem I am so grateful to the people at this AutoZone definitely shop here

Needed help understanding an air filter my vehicle was missing. It was not where the specs suggest. Danielle, helped us out above and beyond. Via you tube, she showed us, where it went. Thank you so much Danielle!! Stay solid! By the way, installing the fluid for our air conditioner was also understood via you tube. Dam she deserved a tip for all the above and beyond assistance. Very rare in this day an age. I hope her management appreciates her outstanding performance.

The gentleman behind the counter not only helped find the right parts. He assisted with installing the windshield wipers on my car. Brought my used car I just bought in. I needed windshield wipers and the battery tested. Ashley was extremely helpful in changing the wipers and testing the battery. I've found the whole staff at the store to be extremely helpful.

My brake lights flashing on my car not sure why it's got brake fluid it's not squeaking brakes aren't rubbing and I thought I could go in there and use a diagnostic... NOT!!! Bummer...

I go here for almost all my car parts from oil filters to headlights amazing customer service. I don't think I've ever had an issue. Thanks for helping us when in need.

Had to go to three different stores to find the battery I needed, finally found one and it was bad and they dont have anymore in stock so I wasted 4 hours and 1/4 tank of gas and still don't have the battery I needed , and on line prices and inventory are not the same just a heads up.

I went in to get my check engine light looked at, they were able to tell me exactly what was going on. The part was inexpensive enough and it was a simple fix. Haven't had a problem since.

Two weeks ago I came into the Truman Rd & Sterling Store & a Gentleman who worked there Verified what Brake Light bulb I needed to replace, and Actually did the install. Many thanks to Chris and Auto Zone. I had never done that before & I was all taken care of in less than 15 minutes. KUDO's to a Helpful Assistant Mgr. there & keep up the Excellent service:)

I went to AutoZone this morning several different times for things we needed for an oil change etc. Darrell was the man who helped me and he was more than amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I usually dont feel comfortable going to auto part stores but this experience was great and I can't say it enough that Darrell was great. He definitely deserves recognition. We need more people like him in customer service . Thank you Darrell for making a hard morning much easier and pleasant.

Went in yesterday night to return an item, the guy wasn t pleased to do it, then said he would then after attempting to refund me he gave me fake bills from the register. I always check my money even out the atm, that $20 had no face on it and ink running. Noland road location is more professional. Then he swapped the $20 out after failed attempt to convince me and gave me tens. Which still were questionable. I later went to quick trip across the street they accepted it.

Online Chat service is awful! They asked if I wanted them to hold my part they said they had in stock so I said of. Ourse. Got there and it was not oy not there but the man behind had no idea what I was talking about when I explain what their online Chat service had told me for their store in my neighborhood on Truman Road. Thank goodness for O'REILLY'S!!

In general, my experiences with AutoZone have been good. The car battery I bought from them developed a problem and they replaced it quick. What I didn't care for was the rudeness behind the counter. Won't be going back to this particular store.

This place is ran by thief's. We bought our products on the online store. Picked this location for pick up. We had our receipt and id. All because they are incompetent. We did not recive our order got called crack heads for no reason. Now we are waiting for a 150.00 refund. With no support from higher management. They can not figure anything out. Actual monkey's would for sure do a better job.
