The guys that work here are awesome! I appreciate their help. Zach did a great job replacing my battery. It was so much cheaper and easier than the dealership. I will come back here when I need help again.

Shop here at your peril. They'll double charge your card, then lie to you on the phone and say they're refunding you. When you show up in person they'll give you the run around.

Been using this parts store many years. They are competitively priced, can order in parts quickly. Store is always clean, friendly and informative staff make it a great experience. They carry everything from batteries, tools, bulbs, all car parts and accessories. I recommend this business. A+

These guys at this place are awesome. They were nice enough to lend me some personal tools and let me fix the car in the parking lot. One dude even drove to another store to get my part while I worked on the vehicle outside. Awesome service.

My elderly mother was at the Hub Drive location in Independence, MO this morning. The saleswoman behind the counter was VERY rude to her. She refused to answer her questions. She took FOREVER checking her out. My mom is disabled and can't stand for long periods of time. Mom asked her how long it would take. The clerk just shrugged! Finally, mom couldnt stand any longer and wait on the cashier, so she left. Because of her health, it took her the rest of the day to get her energy back. Where's the compassion! People like this shouldn't be working for the public. We won't be going back!

Thank you, Garrett!We had a problem with our SUV and brought it in to Advanced Auto Part on 23rd street. Garrett put it on the computer and showed us all the possibilities of what it could be. He told us what to buy and we put it on and were good to go within less than an hour! We are so grateful to have such a nice, helpful young man come to our rescue!

I can not thank enough or give enough praise to Javair Langford! He was so knowledgeable, kind and more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. I just bought a new/used car last Saturday and to my dismay the air is just not blowing cold even after complaining, taking it in and being told nothing was wrong from the place I bought it from. Javair took the time to come out in the 100 something degree weather, take out my glove box and pull out what was the grossest air filter ever. He then helped me pick out what was in my price range and the best fit for my car filter. If that wasn t enough, the nice young man helped the five people behind me then came out and helped me replace the old for the new. My faith has been restored in humanity. 10 stars and I can not tell you enough how much his kindness meant to me today when I felt I was on the brink of a meltdown literally physically and mentally. Thank you so much Javair! You truly were a guardian angel to me today. I will always come back to your store if I get to have your help. It s really rare to find people like you in today s world.

They need an option for zero stars because my experience at this store was terrible. From the first moment I walked in I had an employee following me around and standing at the end of the aisles watching me the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and profiled. The old man there needs to get a hobby or something in his life and stop making people feel uncomfortable at his job. I will be talking to the manager. hopefully they reprimand him or something because the way he acted was uncalled for.

Consistently, working to offer solutions on the phone, in person. They even take oil if you do your own oil changes. They will diagnose codes and help as well as change battery or windshield wipers. I honestly believe they like helping you. Upfront they offer you 3 choices of prices and trust me, if it will last 1 year that will be all so choose wisely. Ive built a trust factor with my local, they acknowledge Vets, and thank them for service so they earned it.

One of my favorite part stores on this side of the kaw River. Extremely helpful staff!! I brought my car in and it needed a new serpentine belt and one of the employees helped my change it. Looking forward to my next visit back.

Wipers used to be easy. Dad and I stopped in for wipers, and the straight forward, just find the size and use the correct adapter, doesn't apply anymore. But going to Advance, they work with you until it's right. Even making sure we tested for smooth operation, and solid connections. Thanks to Brandon and his manager - Gary? :)

Larry has always been super cool. Couldn't stand Kieth. I had went thru two starters on my truck. Lifetime warranty right? He wouldn't warranty the third and said something else was wrong with my truck. Well, I'd remove the starters...have em bench tested...and they fail each time. So I went to another advance where I knew a bunch of kids worked and got my starter warranty. Kids dgaf.

Why is there no D at the end of advance? Advanced makes more sense to me. I love that I get hawkeyed as I navigate the poorly faced shelves. I'm not stealing, but your price gouging is theft from your customers.

The reason why I give it four out of five stars it's not that it's a bad store or I'm not giving it a bad rating it's that I don't own a vehicle to get around in so I don't have really any comments to make about their service and their parts but what I can say is sometimes I've used them for finding gifts items like for a man that does mechanic work like buying tools or whatever but other than that I don't use that store since I don't own a vehicle and their prices can be beat if you just shop around.

At first I was kinda sketchy about working here.. but turns out it's not that bad.. every one of my co-workers help me when I have a problem or get stuck on something I can't figure out.. they teach me whatever I don't already know.. my boss rob is a pretty cool guy, I have seen him work very well with the customers, takes care of them with whatever problem they are having.. great workmanship! I'm proud to say I work for the advanced auto parts & BATTRIES LolLooking forward to helping you with your auto problem needs... or try my best anyways..

I picked up a dashcam for a really fair price and still use it today. It's a great chain of stores to use for all auto mechanical needs. Decent prices and friendly staff make for a fabulous experience.

My first visit for a battery was not very good the Tech had no experience in changing my battery my all my system has to be reset by the dealer witch I wasn't told before this took place there was some guy loitering around the store claiming his wife worked there using bad languages he got involved an I trusted these people to do this because this is what they do overall experience -20

Great customer service. I get help and advice from very knowledgeable staff. I use their check engine scan any time my light comes on and that saves me money when I can do repairs myself or going to a shop.

The one on 23rd Street didn't have what I needed so I went on Noland road the man was very nice he even installed the air things for the back of my trailblazer for the lift wouldn't lift up thank you so much I appreciate it very nice man

i had a great experience at the 23rd st location in Independence,MO. Richard was the person that helped me on 7/31/20. Richard was patient and friendly and had that ole school customer service that i remember from back in the day.

Spoke with a woman in the store who was the most hateful person ever. Asked for a very specific coolant that would only be in the back and she refused to even go look to see if they had it. All after we were sent there from another advanced auto because they said they for sure had it at the 23rd street location.
