This Walmart has been upgraded and I've gotta say I really love the new look and layout. The selection of products has gotten so much better also - lots of new and diverse products, and the groupings and layout of products is so much better now. The bathrooms have also been redone and look great.I've never had any bad experiences at this Walmart and I do the majority of my grocery shopping here. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy is great. The store always looks clean and the bathrooms are very nice and clean also. I appreciate the fact that there are similar products of various price ranges so if you're tight on money you can still get decent items you need at a decent price.

They are always short staffed! Very difficult to find a helper when you need to get stuff off the very top shelf. It is ridiculous that the heat and air is controlled in Bentonville. So you either freeze or fry there is never an inbeween.

I waited in the car while my husband shopped. Hate that this is the only place to buy groceries in the area.Updated 4/24Took myself fishing for my birthday after work. Before I Netflix and Chilled with myself, I decided I wanted a piece of fatty, sweet birthday cake. Found a pretty one the fit the bill. It was $4 and a a whole little cake was $6, but I only wanted a piece. I hard a hard time deciding, but settled on the colorful piece. Had lots of shortening (and cream cheese) frosting and was super pretty.

This was the Houston Mo. store and they had no pecan sticky buns but I purchased a smart outdoor security light,less expensive than Amazon

Just giving a shout out to Hailee, a young cashier at Walmart in Houston Missouri. She was very attentive and friendly, smiled & interacted with us while ringing up our merchandise. Thank you for being a customer oriented and friendly cashier Hailee!

Small selection, but does a good job of offering a little bit of everything. Staff is friendly and helpful, excellent at assisting with questions or concerns.

Self checkouts do not scan with the handheld for months now and have been unable to weigh for weeks. The attendants just stand by while it screams its song of denial when you pick up the handheld and look away. Parking has gotten INSANE and I've had a hit and run in the parking lot last month. Not thrilled at all with the whole experience all around

Fraudulent store! Doesn't uphold it's return policies on two week old defective products! They refused to return, exchange or refund the product I purchased with a receipt present! Report sent to BBB and the federal trade commission FTC! I don't play with fraudulent companies taking advantage of American consumers!

Cashiers are rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. If you ask them a question they'd look at you like your speaking Korean. Basic communication is not a skill needed to work there. Terrible experience with the clothing department.

Self-Checkout has had the hand scanners broken for many weeks. Scales do not work to the point we have left produce due to inability to purchase the item.

This store has a lot to offer being a small town. See so many people moving in this area from other states and complaining about what the businesses don t have or offer. If you don t like it here then move somewhere else or back to where you came from it s that simple.

Before same thing it was awesome to go shopping not now because on feb 24th 2024Around 9:50 pm to 10pm they did messed up 2 time which I already paid for it so be. Careful of self checking out if they have zero star I would press that because it is their job to make sure their computers are update

Went in with friends' son to get clothes. Was asked by the dressing room attendant if he was my son. Mind you, I'm black and he is an 8 year old white boy. I asked her why it was important. She said he looks like he could be my son. What? She stayed close by the entire time I was with him making sure his clothes fit him like they should. She was searching on her phone, probably seeing if he was a missing child. She tried making small talk when in actuality she should have shut her mouth and said nothing at all. Wow!

Has a weird selection, and is very poorly organized . Stuff is in really weird spots. Aisles are often way to thin, and can barley fit one cart. Staff is friendly, but there is almost no one ever in the guns department to open cases. Overall, it's a sub par Walmart, plus it's a Walmart, so shop elsewhere if you have the ability.

Stay away from the cellphone department at this store location. They are genuinely not helpful and the management is scummy. I've seen at least 6 employees come and go from here in the last 2 months and they can never keep quality help. The one person who was worth anything they fired him too. They dont know how to setup phone services and most Walmart associates aren't even at the desk. More times than not, customers have to page a Walmart associate because nobody is ever there. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the phone carrier store that you are having your cell service with. the 200$ in "savings" is a joke when you compare the time it takes to get a situation handled or to get help.

It's a Wally world but with higher prices than the WALMART! IN Mountain Grove. Like 10 % higher. Wow, that is a sexy little red Chevy!

Unfortunately they are remodeling every Walmart to be like all the others. My family has dietary restrictions. My son has Alpha-Gal, a tick born disease, where eating red meat or any kind of animal byproducts in the food, laundry detergent, lotion, toothpaste, etc., can kill him. Everything has to be vegan and gluten free for his children.Many people around here have this disease. Now since the remodel there's a MUCH SMALLER selection of foods to choose from.I wish Walmart would pay attention to different needs in different areas and allow the managers some freedom to special order items they know their customers need.

Vision center lady I think her name was Laura was very rude on the phone when I asked about my sons glasses and if she wouldn't mind when they came in to give me a call (like they're supposed to do). She gave me attitude and huff n puffed like it was such an inconvenience to her.
