I have been here several times in the last year. They made getting my real ID a breeze. Most recent experience, I renewed the tags on my car in record time. Best customer service I have ever recieved at a license office!!

Didn't have to wait very long and the process was quick. Was very happy with the service I received! I was dreading going but they made it a simple process!! And if you message them about a question they message you right back. Very good service!!!!

The girl with the super fake lashes we super rude to my mother and I after we have been there twice saying we need to constantly fix things to enlist our vehicle when we already had done it. I will give this back so I can help someone else in the snarkiest way possible. That s not okay.

Went today 12/06/2022, to renew driver license. Also wanted to update to "Real ID" status. Greeting staff was friendly and reviewed my documents. Sent me to Stetson who handled my renewal and update quickly and efficiently. The entire process was painless and took no more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this office.

I was impressed with my time here. It was quite busy, but the employees all were patient & kind. They made sure to do things right and were very helpful to get us done as quickly as possible.

I'm not particularly patient while waiting in line. So I went there with a fully charged phone to occupy myself while waiting. They had comfortable chairs to wait in and the ''line'' went fairly quickly. I wouldn't call the staff particularly warm, but they were polite and knew their job.My biggest complaint about the renewal process is the tremendous amount of paperwork required to renew your plates. Inspection, insurance, 2 years of PP tax. It's easier to get a passport. That problem is with the state not the staff.

Completely satisfied! I have been here a few times and each time was pleasant. My mom has also been to this location and she was blown away by the ease of getting tags on her new vehicle.

Just visited the Houston office for the first time in 10 years .Refused to use them in the past due to service , but this time Stetson , Macey and staff were more than helpful and patient w me while working quickly. BIG kuddos !!!CONGRATS ON OPENING !

I don't like posting bad reviews, but this place has me so mad I can't let it go. Sat in the room for 2 hours with my husband and baby, looking for any information on the walls about their specific requirements since it's our first time at the Houston office - nothing. Had all documents for both of us that were listed online, just changing addresses, husband already has Real ID but was told he needed all documentation AGAIN like he was getting it for the first time, so he couldn't get his... then they said I needed more papers too. If they had signs posted I wouldn't have had to sit for 2 hours, go nurse my baby in the car, then be told neither of us can get the Real ID and had to leave. If they were just pleasant people that would've made a big difference, but no. Never going back, were going to Mountain Grove instead.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. But that isn t an option. Between being yelled at in front of a whole room full of customers and being given the wrong document after waiting 50 minutes, this place is ridiculous. I wasn t even upset about waiting. I m very patient. But being 7 months pregnant, my patience will only take me so far. Sherry or terry (bigger lady with short brown hair) was very rude and raised her voice at me because I didn t know the correct terminology for the paper I was needing. But it was very clear what i needed. I wasn t even dealing with her, I was in the next booth over. And she made it a point to talk over her customer and at me. Did i mention raising her voice at me more than once? In front of a room full of customers. There wasn t an empty seat in the place.I d rather drive 2 hours to the next DMV than have to go through that experience again. Houston DMV is a joke and I will not ever be back here again. PS: I called the state office about my experience. Don t mess with a US Army Veteran. Common courtesy and respect is still a thing.

Couple of the rudest women I've ever seen. The little short fat one up front apparently was having a bad day because she had complained to several people. She even snapped at her co-worker behind the desk. We approach the counter they said they needed proof of residency I gave them my license which had my address gave them several pieces of mail which had the address I questioned why it wasn't good enough and he immediately got snapped at and almost yelled at by the little short fat one and the tall older one. I will not return to their I will go to another office

Most ignorant bunch of people I've ever dealt with in my life. Been in a run around with these people for two days, because they can't seem to properly inform and provide the correct information and paperwork. Also can't check the paperwork till 8 hours later, so you have to come back AGAIN and sign something they missed. I won't be back unless I absolutely have to.

Worst experience ever! Save yourself the time, go to the Salem Office! They don t even know you only need one form of documentation for a regular (not Real ID) Class F license, LIKE IT STATES ON THE CARD the Department of Revenue mails out? After I go and get ANOTHER form of documentation, she said I didn t see the flashing light on the eye exam. In the most hateful voice ever, I m flunking you because you didn t pass the eye exam, YOU need to take this form to be signed by an eye doctor. Two hours wasted..... I gathered my stuff, drove to Salem, walked in, this polite lady asked for ONE document, said step to the eye exam, I passed, wrote a check, and was out of there in 7 min.

I honestly do not have a problem with them. I went in today and had all the paperwork ready that I needed. I was in and out with no problems. We have gone in before with needing help with getting paperwork and they were helpful at that time too.

Possibly the most rude people I have ever met. Never again will I go there for business. They have no idea what the heck they're doing nor do they know anything about it. Definitely need to work on their people skills.

Such rude people for no reason! Every time I come in it s no change in there attitude! Terrible customer service and they re constantly messing up something. Do yourself a favor and go the extra 16 miles to licking the ladies are nice and get the job done RIGHT and with a smile.

It was hot and you had to wait outside or in your car.They were very nice but.....Only 5 people were allowed inside at a time. Some people had to leave because they close at 4:30 pm.

This DMV is one of the best in the state. Been going there for years and have never had a problem. It is helpful if you first use the dmv web site to review what paper work you need before visiting any DMV office. Saves a lot of frustration on our part.

By FAR the best license office I've been to! Have always gone to the Rolla DMV but never again. Houston DMV was down to earth, polite, and VERY easy to work with, thank you for being kind but yet professional and not trying to go out of your way to be difficult.

Had a long wait, but worker was very nice and I was done pretty quick. Definately need at least one more worker. The place was packed.

If I could give a lower rating i would. My hell they made me feel bad for breathing. Seriously need a new staff that actually enjoys working with people. Horrible experience, all I wanted to was license my vehicle not get a lecture.

The rudest group of people I have ever met in my entire life, they messed up my title & was told that it wasn't their "d#mn issue" & hung up. DOR in Jefferson City contacted.Any complaints can be sent [email protected]
