So order food on the app, way way good. Burger, crispy chicken sandwich, cheese potato tots, and the popcorn chicken are 10/10 for me if ordered on the app so it's fresh. 8/10 if its one that was set out. Gotta have that fresh hot crunch ya know. Pizza is the best in town. Love the veggie pizza.Staff is awesome, they recognize us and the banter is light. Definitely our favorite place to shop. If we can get it there we usually do.

So I stop here at least every few weeks, has never been great service but today topped it off! Will not waste my time stopping again! Wall up to front door and employee is setting there smoking, I say hi she says hi, proceed inside and no one is at cash register, I see atleast 4 employees , no one says a word to me, the women that was out side walks in and right past me to the kitchen, still no one, the guy that was working walks behind the counter and throws something in the trash, I have been there over 5 minutes and everyone just walked away! So I said out load so they would hear me. " I guess I will take my business some where else!" Still no response from anyone. So some where else got my business! And will continue to!

This Casey's is in an odd location for the gas pumps. Can't use the pumps because they are in a bad location. Inside & Outside is scattered and the restrooms were dirty. The cashier was nice and checked me out quickly.

Slow service half time and then Casey's replies back that this does not represent them but yet it is a Casey's and then on top of that you can't even get biscuit and gravy half the time because the person at night doesn't do their job the slow service is to Casey gas station not the food and their food problem is because their employees don't want to do their job the night before and prep

Very disappointed as we ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread sticks and when we got to the store the guy that took our order via the phone said we never ordered anything. If I could do no stars I would for sure. Our pizzas were a taco pizza and a breakfast pizza with half bacon and half sausage. Then the guy claims we never called. Yet we have the number on our phone that we called.

On a long trip. In the middle of the night. My 1st Casey's that I could not use the bathroom. Septic back up.

I often bought their pizza by the slice. I liked the sausage. The last time I bought two slices of the sausage pizza it had a lot less sausage and was filled with scrambled egg. . What a CHEAP Chintzy way to make the sausage go farther and not raise the price , If I wanted egg pizza I would have asked for it. I would rather pay a buck more and get the real thing. I won t be buying anymore pizza by the slice.

This store is always a nightmare cashiers are always outside smoking or dismissive at best. However today takes the cake. I called twice trying to get someone to answer the phone so I could order a pizza and when I called back for the third time they took the phone off the hook.Pizza is always thrown together anyway but you just lost our business for good. I guess we will go to pizza hut from now on and avoid Caseys completely.

Hire someone that can actually handle running the store. This new manager is such a joke. Shes loud and obnoxious. Very unprofessional and very under educated for the position. If it wasn t for the last manager putting in a word she wouldn t have gotten the job. I had to stand and wait for cashiers while she counsels them on various things that could have waited or done in private. Gas pumps seem to never all be up and running. Pallets of products have sat out front of the entrance doors for the best part of days. Can t keep fountain drinks supplied. Can t even order the correct straws. For some reason she blames the supplier. Every Casey s I ve stopped at has Casey cups. But ours has Pepsi cups. . She also needs to know the propert boundaries of her store. Hope they pick someone better for the job nex time. And actually look at resumes.

Normally excellent staff- super nice, helpful, professional. Clean restroom facilities. Excellent pastries and pizzas. Only " issue" I have had is one staff member (appears older, thin, short gray hair) who has repeatedly been rude to me and my family as soon as she discovers we receive food stamps. She can not seem to remember us from trip to trip. We come in and she's nice as can be until my ebt card comes out.

Clean store and friendly staff. There was a line when I went in but they moved it extremely fast..The way a convenient store should do. Reward system seems great but you HAVE to have app and sign up to get any sell items they have our you'll pay full price.

3rd shift people don't want to put fresh pizza or make any breakfast pizza the guy that works 3 rd is lazy there always messing up on some sort in the kitchen the manager with the black hair was giving us attitude about free pizzas since they were over the expiration time and they still sell them even when the pizza looks like leather and as a owner u need to do something horrible employees and never have fresh pizza and they don't even put time stickers on the pizzas and they never want to make breakfast pizza

Had an issue with my scratch offs, where when i went to return my winners the tickets were cashed in already! Management was super helpful and hunted down the issue and paid me the 200 dollars that was owed to me. thanks again for all the help

I don t know why they re open 24 hours. After midnight I hope you like old pizza and on having one option to eat until 5 some nights.

Average gas station food is good here but I don't like the prepay gas set up when it didn't used to be

Won't manually enter a card, told me they don't do that when I'm fact other Casey's do. Wouldn't let me try another we way with my card that I know for a fact has money on it. Kept saying card unknown.
